The Westin Hotel Tokyo Review

I tried to use the cafe in the lounge, but the operation wasn't working. I was told that the seats were empty but I wasn't guided at all and waited about 5 minutes.
I will never go again

Used at the wedding. Ebisu Garden Place, far from the station. Facilities, service were first-rate.

It is reasonably reasonable.
Of course, the restaurant is delicious.
If you're a member of SPG or Club Mariott, it's even better.

This is a classy hotel!! I was there for a company party. There is nothing about this hotel that was not calculated to impress. I have no idea how much a room costs or how the spa is or any of those other details. All I can say is that the lobby is gorgeous and that the public spaces are well-thought out. I look forward to the opportunity to return.

In this age of modern design, the classical, solid and striking interior of this place is just the precious world of 'THE HOTEL'.
If you want to immerse yourself in a world of high-quality, solid hotel-like hotels, this is a great choice.

Classical interior. It was my birthday, so I was happy to receive a small gift of white tea body set from the hotel staff

Rooms are big which is awesome! But they look like something Versace might ve dreamt up in the late 80s or early 90s which didn t quite suit my taste. Food here is pretty expensive and not amazing, but pretty good. Service was fabulous and lots of fun little amenities like bath salts, tub pillow, great products, even a plush yoga mat, and to top it off, a lovely cotton kimono to keep you comfortable and relaxed. The hotel is roughly between Meguro and Ebisu stations which are pretty decently central (but not as well connected as Shibuya or even Roppongi). There s a skywalk that you can take to get to the Ebisu station pretty quickly (a series of enclosed moving walkways like at an airport), or you can meander down and walk there via street pathways if you prefer.

If leaving the country via Narita (which is not recommended - go via Haneda!! It s much closer) I do NOT recommend taking the airport limousine bus when leaving because it s the first stop and you ll spend literally an extra 60 mins just visiting the other hotels picking up more riders before even getting on your way to the airport!!! Super annoying.

It s way faster to take Narita Express train. I took the train on the way in and was very comfortable in a plush seat and was entertained with free WiFi. Get our own booked seat, lock your luggage in to place near the doorways. I came in via Meguro station which was only a 12 min walk (not recommended unless you ve packed light) or a few mins in a taxi from there to the hotel.

Large, clean well decorated & maintained place. But the quality of food leaves a lot to be desired. Did not like any dish ordered in room service. Poor choice of menu for room service too.

Stay with the benefits of SPG Amex. Accommodation with 2 adults and 2 elementary school children.
The service of the employee is the highest and the furniture is the highest. It's all done.
The stay time was short and I felt a little lost. Hotel which we want to spend in room slowly.
Below you can see the restaurant of Jewel Robuchon. Ebisu Garden Place is right in front of you.
Moreover, it is a wonderful hotel which I want to stay by all means.

Although I did not stay, I was overwhelmed by the lobby full of solid feeling of European taste. I would like to stay once.

I visited the lobby lounge at The Westin Tokyo for the first time in a while.
You can spend an elegant time in a sophisticated space whenever you go.
A sweets buffet was held on the terrace next door.
There were Halloween-style sweets in the lounge, so I ordered immediately. Pumpkin pudding.

Although it was a lobby only use, it is wonderful that the employee always pays attention to the customer.

Compared to over Tokyo hotels the rooms are very large, but what they have in size they lack in substance. Our room made strange noises all day and night which sounded like old water piping. Other than that breakfast here is amazing. Mostly dropping a star for the conceriage. Disappointed that during every interaction they did really listen to what we were asking leading to incorrect and missed dinner reservations.

Too hotel, business rather than boutique charm. Walking distance to the metro.

I stopped by to see the Christmas decorations. It's just past Ebisu Garden Place and it's accessible. The calm atmosphere and the state of being refined have been transmitted.

Decent business hotel and quite near to Ebisu metro station

I went to a relative s wedding.
As expected, it is a 5-star luxury hotel with an antique atmosphere.
The ceremony was cozy with a dozen people
The relative room was a lounge-like room.
The chapel in the building is a small and very nice chapel.
The service and hospitality of the staff were meticulously detailed and the wedding was wonderful.
The food was particularly delicious.

Every time in the Westin hotel in Japan, I feel that it is really cool.
However, the correspondence of the reception of a private lounge is always disappointing. Every time I go, I remember that it was .... (Lol)

The hotel is located in the heart of the Ebisu Garden.
The hotel was great and I loved the bar.
It was a bit far from the subway station, so I had to walk every time, but the way to walk was fine and the nearby Ebisu Garden Place was fine.
Hotel was good, too, and hotel bar and night view were pretty and were good.

Amazing Hotel! Nice Japanese/ American breakfast. Close to train stations, easy to walk to.

It is a nice hotel. The correspondence of the staff of the reception desk is good, the correspondence of the room service is also good, I want to come again.

At the last minute of the SPG AMEX award deadline, I searched for a designated hotel in a nearby area and suddenly stayed. The room is narrow, security sweet, disappointing. Heavenly bed can't fight for me with insomnia. If it is a regular price, it is a hotel which can not definitely go up as a hotel candidate.

The afternoon tea in this lounge is the worst. After an hour and a half, he was asked to pay for the two-hour system, and was told that he wanted to clear the three-stage stand even though the meal was still on, so he would give it away. Just because it's a famous hotel, I just think it's on track.

Available at the dinner buffet. The roast beef here is exceptional!

I went to a French restaurant and a cigar bar.
It was a cigar's first experience, but the clerk taught me kindly and carefully, and had me choose a good one. It was around 800 yen. I felt relieved because it was cheaper than I expected. Thank you very much for closing the store.

I like Ryutenmon and The Bar. The hotel's Ranwooji is crowded.

We had an adult parfait served at The Bar and The Lounge at night. I enjoyed it like drinking a cocktail because it has an alcoholic feel. I think that it is a menu that you can ask the bartender for more pairing liquor and enjoy the bar of the hotel everyday.

I was worried about the smell of cigarettes in the lounge ...

I used it on weekdays, and although there was an upgrade, there is almost no status service.
The bar was so crowded that I waited for more than 30 minutes in the room, and although it said that there was an hors d'oeuvre, it wasn't really there at all and I just got something like a commercial chocolate. It's hard to say that it's a first-class hotel ...
It may be crowded, but the correct answer is to stay on a day when the club lounge is available.

every time a door is closed in the adjacent rooms, i felt my bed board and bed shake. It was so noisy and disturbing to me. Didn't have a good rest on days i need to sleep in a little later. Rooms are dark even when all lights are turned on. Not ideal at all when i need to do some work.

To be clear, the quality of the staff has dropped dramatically.
The dishes in the meal are tidy up and the service person at the entrance doesn't know anything about the hotel, and honestly speaking, I don't think it's worth the Westin.
Of course there are of course friendly staff and the quality of breakfast has improved.
So we have 2 stars.
Why don't you bother with breakfast at another hotel?

I visited for lunch buffet. The food was good, but the dessert was great.

The European classic style interior makes you feel like you are abroad. It's a rush to open a new hotel in Tokyo, but it's also good to stay at a stable 5-star hotel.

This is a foreign-owned luxury hotel located further south of Ebisu Garden Place, located south of Ebisu Station. The decor and interior are appropriate for the class, but the prices are moderate. Afternoon tea is also reasonably priced, but you can feel a little better.

Close to shopping. Wonderful staff. Very nice rooms.

Classic hotel.5 start standard.Great breakfast with both western and Japanese choices. Spacious room and great view of the Tokyo Tower. Love it.

I used it at a work meeting. It was very convenient because it was connected by an indoor passage from Ebisu.

Only been there for events so I can t comment on the rooms, but the atmosphere is great, the service is too.

Beds and pillows are hard and uncomfortable. Furnishings are out dated. Breakfast is super expensive. Only upside - staff is amazing, and the nespresso machine in the lobby in the morning.

Location is excellent, within walking distance to metros. Rooms are nicely kept but not large. Executive center can be a bit crowded at times

I used it at the seminar participation. The staff provided food and drinks and the venue was good too.

We mainly use the buffet of "The Terrace".

The dessert buffet offers high quality sweets with a theme set seasonally.

Lunch and dinner buffets may or may not have themes, but you can enjoy international cuisine and the high quality sweets mentioned above.

Roast beef is recommended for lunch and dinner! I have a buffet at various places, but the roast beef here is the most soft and delicious. If it is served in a bowl, please try it (^-^) /.

A friendly hotel that also accepts common people like me

It provides the best service and a comfortable space. Although there are restrictions due to the corona sickness, we will do our best to meet your requests.

I asked for coffee at the CAFE in the lobby, but it took some time until it came out. . .

I went to the dessert buffet on the terrace.
There are a lot of elaborate things, but there were few orthodox cakes and it was a little more for myself. Normal cream puff is good.
The pasta was delicious.

Although there was a point that it was a little away from the station, it was a luxury structure and I could stay comfortably.

My go to hotel in Tokyo. Bonvoy Platinum plus the airport bus stops at this hotel.

Just what you would expect from a top level hotel of this rank, location a bit inconvenient but plenty of good food nearby.

I visited with a foreign friend, but the response was very good. I can speak English well. We walk a little from Ebisu Station, but it is within the allowable range. The view from the room was great. 22nd floor? I ate French food but it was really delicious

I will walk a little from Ebisu. It is a new building, but it has a good architecture with an atmosphere that makes you feel formal. The reason for the visit was that I did not get in touch with it, but the movement of the staff was smooth and calm.
