Best place to grab airport busm it has a covered underpass that gets you to the underground train station without getting wet
It's very crowded, probably because Go to travel has been lifted. A procession to do anything.
The rooms and spa are old, but the service is not bad.
However, the "terrace" of the main dining is not quite available. It was morning and evening, so I got it, but isn't the taste bad at this hotel level? It's a low level. Even coffee isn't delicious. Because breakfast is crowded, I was allowed to share a table in a private room in front of the kitchen in the back, and the coffee I ordered in advance did not come, so I went to order. I felt sick from the morning.
There are other great hotels in Tokyo so I won't come here again.
I wonder if the Obox Hotel is good for people who come to Tokyo for sightseeing.
I can only say it's a shame.
The buffet here was the most delicious I've ever eaten! How many types of yogurt are there? Freshly squeezed orange, smoothie, 2 kinds of bacon etc. I wanted to eat the night next time.
Use The Terrace for a cake buffet. The cake level is one by one, but it is difficult to make a reservation.
Would give it five stars except that they still allow smoking in their bars. I thought that we were past that. You can't smoke on the streets in Tokyo, but you can in high end hotels? Terrible.
Morning buffet
You can choose between Japanese, Western and Chinese, and they are all delicious
Due to the corona, it is necessary to talk to the staff for rice.
Choose the ingredients yourself and in front of you
You can enjoy the omelette you can make with your eyes
A fancy, comfortable Westin. One of the better hotels in Tokyo. Service is good. The room coffee was super average. I stayed here for 3 weeks for work.
Food is very okay and expensive. Better to eat out at the 100s of restaurants nearby in Ebisu and Daikanyama than eat at the hotel.
Really nice hotel with beautifully appointed rooms and very welcoming staff, especially at the concierge. Changing money there was a bit of a rip off but other than that, it was an excellent stay.
Beautiful Location. Calm. Nice night view. Yummy breakfast buffet; variety of food
Each person has different values.
There is no waste in this hotel.
It is one of the hotels I want to stay in again.
It has a classical, aristocratic and luxurious atmosphere.
Very dignified hotel. The location is great, the subway can be reached in 10 minutes and thanks to skywalk the track is also good with luggage. Shibuya is 1 stop away, Haneda Airport 30 minutes. Emerging area for locals, many restaurants and shopping options, barely tourists. Great view from the upper floors. Not surprisingly, the whole thing has its price, even in the hotel's restaurants and bars.
The whole lobby smells very tobacco. This is the first foreign capital hotel. To Naze ...?
The interior still feels like an old American '80's baby.
It is a building a little while ago but the cleaning is perfect and it doesn't matter how old it is. However, the footsteps of the upper floor sounded and I was worried about that at night. The staff is basically at a high level, but on a day with a lot of weddings, the service was messy. I think that it is the best for the person who relaxes in the hotel because there are few facilities around in the distance far from the station
I had a wedding 10 years ago. Good hotel with high hospitality.
The bar on the 22nd floor has great atmosphere and a wonderful view
It is fun just looking at the Christmas tree decorated every winter.
Although it is a little away from Ebisu Station, it can get wet even if it rains because it is connected by the passage.
Very good!!
The BAR at ground floor is great.
Awesome hotel, this is the night view of the room, you can see the Tokyo Tower!
Really nice rooms. The gym is very small. If there is more than three people in there you get claustrophobic. Breakfast is great as well as the views.
On-site parking, fee: 1,200 yen per hour
Valet parking, paid: 2,000 yen a day
For customers who use only the restaurant, the parking lot is free for up to 3 hours if the usage amount is 3,000 yen or more.
The parking fee for hotel guests is 3,000 yen per day.
Awesome service and good quality. Rooms are a little dated but nothing to complain about.
The service is attentive. It is in the old category but Park Hyatt or Westin can be satisfied anytime
The hotel is a bit outdated but overall is still very classy, clean and tidy. The rooms have amazing views of the Tokyo skyline. Make sure you reserve some time for yourself to sit back and relax in front of the floor to ceiling window and enjoy the skyline!
Bedding and bathroom are great. Breakfast at The Victor s is awesome! The only downside is it needs 15 minutes walk to station and it is the last stop of Limousines bus.
It's because it's already old.
About 15 years ago I liked staying here and eating freshly baked pancakes for breakfast.
Ebisu Garden Place itself is now gone.
There is no problem because the moving sidewalk is installed although it is a little away from the station. I always feel happy because I always see my bride in the lobby. The lobby in the lobby is apt to be seen, but the staff are very nervous and the food, drinks and services are all very high so we always enjoy it. Thank you very much. Please continue to be a wonderful hotel. I support you.
My second time staying here, beautiful hotel, great and helpful staff. Executive lounge has a wide variety of good food. Nice gym with great views. Conveniently located across from a mall with different restaurants including lawrys steak house. You can get to mall and awesome market that had fresh fruit vegetables and many food options from the lower level of the hotel, which convenient especially if it's raining .Trains and transport close by. Love this place!
Stayed in one of the refurbished rooms, nice and spacious, good WiFi, and cold A/C. It s about 800M to Ebisu station, but the walk it mostly indoors. There are lots of dining options close by.
I thought it was far from the station. It was difficult to understand the guidance to the event site.
Moreover, it is registered more than once.
It looks good. Is it the atmosphere?
The room and bed are nice.
bar is also good.
However, the service on the terrace is not very good.
Even though I'm eating, I don't mind cleaning, and the smile of the staff seems to be very intentional.
The location and service are very good. It is quiet and is the best for a stay.
He worked hard to wake up a friend who didn't wake up.
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The Staff was incredible and the ambiance of the hotel is above other Westins I have stayed. Some Westins can feel like business travel factories, this hotel is warm, welcoming, and elegant. It is also well located on the Yamanote JR line Ebisu Station that is essential a beltway around the city and free if you have a JR pass. The Ebisu Garden center across the street is new and has a great beer museum.
It's an intimate place where you set up a wedding, a wedding, and a reception.
I like the rooms, the restaurant, the bar and the lounge.
We had a party of about 100 people, but the food was deliciously satisfactory.
View was ok from the 6th floor. Bed was nice. Breakfast was amazing. A great stay.
For what you pay for the room, I'm surprised that and afternoon cappuccino runs about $11.00 to your room. I think coffee should be included at these rates
It is a little away from the station and the surroundings are quiet and good.
I often use The Bar. It's an authentic bar, just the right size, a very relaxing space. You can also enjoy cigars here, so it is recommended for those who want to enjoy a combination of cigars and various liquors. The famous cutlet sandwich is also delicious.
I visited for a wedding meeting. Even though it was cold, iced tea with ice came out. I was disappointed.
There are overwhelmingly many types of books in stock. There is a place to sit down, but I don't feel like reading a book in the store, and it's close to a public library.
The hotel feels old. There is a hint of cigarette smoke smell and much of the decor seems to be from the original build out. Everything is in great condition and the staff are very hospitable. The metro is not too far using the skywalk to the east of the hotel.
It was more wonderful place than I was expecting, but a bit far from the nearest station.
Room is good Westin standard, comfy bed, good amenities. Hotel is a bit of a walk from station but in a nice area by Ebisu Garden place and is quiet at night. Service of the staff was not very good compared to Japan standard or other Westin hotels I've been at. Could not find staff in the lobby when I needed and had to walk around until I found someone, and when checking in the staff was cold and provided no info. I had to proactively ask about my SPG welcome benefits. The service is the only reason why I gave 4 star instead of 5.
It is very clean, location is convenient and next to shops and restaurants.
Access from station is a little inconvenient, but environment is good in Ebisu garden place. Morning buffet is recommended.
We are indebted at weddings, dinners, events, various timings
Excellent 5 star stay
Amenities include a gym and spa
Rooms are clean and well maintained
Buffet and in room dining options available
Vegetarian options available on the menu. I would say the vegetarian Japanese curry in 2018 was was better than in 2019. Haha, get the chef back
The Chinese restaurant on the second floor offers authentic Chinese cuisine.
I used the lounge, but when it was time I was kicked out without use.
I know it's use in time, but I wasn't feeling too good as it was being driven out.
Veri elegant hotel located in a great area of Tokyo
A corner of the former Shin Misanke. It's been a long time since the boom left, and the price is high, but the service and comfort are the best in Tokyo. Compared to downtown hotels occupied by adrenaline-addicted businessmen who are just new and have anti-social forces and strange eyes, the hotel is a mirror that reflects the times. Here you can see a glimpse of the shadows of the lost 20 years.
Nothing wrong with it, but nothing special about it
I went to lunch buffet. The location, the atmosphere and the food were good, but the main food seems weak. The sweets look good and delicious.
Very tidy, good customer service, comfortable and clean room
We walk a little from the station, but it is hotel with product in calm hotel
Its nice hotel. Given a suite. Views are very nice from the room and the lounge. Need to up. The safe in our suite was huge. Biggest I have seen
The hotel has historical furnishings, but it feels intimate service~
It's spacious and reasonably priced, so I definitely want to use it again.
The service is good and the atmosphere of the hotel is good.
Great location, walking distance from the train station, shopping and just a few stops away from Shibuya and other hot spots.
The hotel is immaculate and kept up very well, but the rooms are dated and in need of an update. The beds were not very heavenly - mattress was very stiff and the linens and duvet were lacking their soft, crisp touch. This is the first Westin I've stayed at where the bedding was a disappointment.
Jin lime that I was drinking until now was not a Jin lime shock. Life best bar
It is a luxury hotel that many foreign tourists use.
Use for a meeting in the lobby. I was impressed by the sense of luxury and good service.
I have been on the terrace Christmas buffet for over 20 years, but the number of dishes is decreasing year after year. And the quality of the food is down. This grade is the same as a weekday buffet, though it is the price of a Christmas buffet. By the way, the breakfast buffet at the local JAL Hotel may be better in number and taste.
Breakfast was a buffet.
I lined up for more than 10 minutes to order an omelet.
This has been a pain since the morning.
I want you to order as much as egg dishes at the table.
When I got back to my seat, the coffee was cold.
And why is there no consideration for smokers?
Why not set up a smoking room?
It is fine to smoke in the room,
I wonder if you can smoke in a place without a roof beside the entrance
It's a hotel where you can't feel the hospitality.
I thought it was a first-class hotel,
It was a business hotel.
Fusion of Japanese and foreign exquisite accuracy and efficiency
Reception appropriately
Looking at BS in the room and Ebisu Plaza outside the window
Very relaxing and comfortable
