It's a Westin.

It's a Westin.
Because of the 5 star hotel, the dignity and the rooms are also refined.

Meh. It was probably nice 25 years ago. If you're not into French 2nd Empire style (blue carpet, yellow drapes, maroon woodwork and faux painted decorative columns) you should skip this place.

I visited the other day.

We are not staying, but we were impressed that all staff members were kind to all people!

Also, if you pass nearby, I will stop by.

In addition, about cafe in building, we were relieved that it was not expensive for hotel.

The cakes and iced teas were also very tasty, with a good taste!

Visitors who can come were only people with good manners, and it was a cafe that everyone could use comfortably!

It was good because we could walk from Roppongi Station even as rich!

There is also Wi-Fi

Naturally, there are more items than the executive lounge on the 17th floor, and the atmosphere is also muzzy. There were only a few seats facing the garden and this time it was not available.
I saw the rice ball on the spot on a blog or something, but it wasn't abolished.

Westin is a great chain and this hotel meets the standards. Big rooms and great service, and relatively bigger gym than similar hotels. One downside is a relatively long walk to the train at Ebisu, of around 8-10 mins, although you walk through a nice open center (and in Tokyo it's not that big of a distance). I always enjoy my stay at westin, thank you

Room is spacious with comfortable beds. Decor is not as modern but it is well maintained and clean. I like it because you don t feel that you are stuck in a very tight space. There are many shops and cafes near by. 10 minute walk to the JR line.

Rooms are pretty good.
May be guest floor hallways requires carpet replacement, for me that is the only thing I felt is low comparatively rest.

There are many new five-star hotels, but the same comfortable hospitality as before is a stone's throw.
There are no unfortunate places in the room, reception, food, and parking lot.
I think it's definitely a hotel.

pretty great hotel. the highlight of our room was how spacious it was!

we had spent several weeks in airBnB apartments in tokyo and elsewhere and most japanese apartments are fairly small (not a complaint, just true relative to american standards). so we were expecting a reasonably sized room. but, no, it was definitely huge! ie, even by said american standards.

the decor was a tad dated, as others have noticed, but everything was clean. ie not really an issue. and the staff were very pleasant.

getting there.
it's fairly close to the ebisu station (which is on the well-connected JR yamanote line; 4 stops to shinjuku station, for example). getting to the westin is fairly easy thanks to the yebisu skywalk moving walkway (pretty sure there were signs to the skywalk at the station), which brings you out at the yebisu garden place. from there it is a short walk to the westin.

if it's raining/hot/inclement weather, there is an underground connection from the station all the way to the inside of the westin. the only downside is that you won't be using the skywalk, so it'll be a longer walk to/from ebisu station. (and you probably will need help finding it.)

getting to the airport.
the airport shuttle (bus) to narita stops here. ask someone at the hotel for the schedule.

things to do around the hotel.
the tokyo photographic art museum is right next door.
we liked the burgers at the great burger stand.
there was a fair amount of shopping in the yebisu garden place complex.

finally, the hotel sports a very tranquil (designed) garden in the rear of the hotel. our daughter loved it - it had a bit of secret garden-ish feel to it. and, apparently, if you're lucky, you might see fireflies on summer nights.

It is a five star hotel. Not to mention the hotel's merit, the audience is rich in foreigners. We had a buffet dinner with dinner but it is delicious.

I got angry with the late morning coffee serving Boy's (dead language) coffee and I felt sick, but if I close my eyes, it's better to have a better pudding than other times, as compared to when I was old. Yes.

Had high expectations because of the price.. im guessing this was once a great hotel. But needs renovations. Lounge full so we were denied access. Windows dirty. Aircondition not really working.there is nothing to do in this area so you will spend alot on taxis. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is very conveniently located. People are just amazing trying to find the best solution for anti issue. We were upgraded with a wonderful suite with great views and great quality of the amenities, definitely a place to stay when you are in Tokyo

Being a Lifetime Titanium Elite member with the Marriott group, we managed to get upgraded to the Executive Suite which was amazing! It rivals the Presidential Suite (almost) at the Westin Paris Place Vendome. The room was spacious, clean and the layout, perfect. Housekeeping was excellent (kudos to them!). The Club Lounge was a bit small but the staff were helpful - it was also great to be able to check in and out at the Lounge to save time. While the hotel is a bit of a walk to the Ebisu station, it is a pleasant (and covered) one passing through Yebisu Garden Place that houses many retail and F&B outlets including a Mitsukoshi dept. store along the way.

I stayed at GW in 2019 for a family trip.
The Westin Sendai, which I stayed two weeks ago, was a great customer service, but most staff in Tokyo felt unmotivated. For example, if you take a walk and return to the hotel, no one will try to keep your eyes on it. I do not try to see the customers passing by at the entrance or the entrance.
The sound of the glass hitting the club lounge in the club lounge, so when I turned around, it was the sound of the staff putting the glasses in a messy table. I saw for the first time a person who has ever lived and put a cup on a table with so much noise. There is no boss who is careful about such an act.
When I arrived at the front entrance with my own car, I was told, "Would you like to park here?" When it confirms, "It is so". Valley service is not always available to everyone. There is no limit if you say it.
When I went to the first floor to eat breakfast, a long line of snakes. Wait for breakfast? When I asked my staff near me, "Do you have breakfast in that line?" "What's that?" It came back with the expression of. It will be a daily meal.

I think it is a luxurious and well-appointed hotel, but the clerk standing in the lobby was overpowered and overwhelmed. Is it so high? Do not you try to show a smile because there are many foreigners?

I went to the dessert buffet.

I went to the dessert buffet.
The sweets are made one by one carefully, and even though they say strawberry sweets, the tastes are all different and it was a series of impressions.

There is also a light snack menu, but there are things that you won't see elsewhere, such as Inari-san, and pickles (about 10 types only).
I wanted to eat all sorts of sweets, but I couldn't eat very much. I want to see this in other seasons.

As it was February, cold protection was essential, but you could keep it when you entered the store and you could relax and use your seats. We went to sweets buffet in strawberry season in other hotels, but there was not such correspondence. Really great customer service.

The only drawback is that it takes time to provide a drink.

I use the buffet well.

I use the buffet well.
The cake is exquisite. Not recommended for those on a diet. The sweetness is really good and you can eat a lot.
The photo is a zoni of the New Year menu.
Also, I was not bothered by the voices of other tables at all, as the ceiling was so high that the sound was difficult to hear.
It seems that children can eat with peace of mind, and many families came.
The service is Westin, so the level is high.

It is a hotel that can be reached by walking for a while from Ebisu Station through Ebisu Garden Place. Afternoon tea is also held, and you can enjoy classical sweets slowly while enjoying the calm atmosphere. You can ask for words to put on the message plate when making a web reservation, so it is perfect for celebrations and dates

Staff is superb and accomodations are top notch. Room is spacious and super clean, though the lighting could be better. I appreciate the Nespresso machine in the room. Location is convenient to Ebisu Station but enough apart that you feel like you've escaped the hustle-and-bustle of Tokyo.

I ve spent a total of five WEEKS at this hotel over the past two years. It s my home away from home. I have never stayed in a more professional, impeccably clean, beautiful hotel in all my my travels. I would never even think of staying elsewhere when I m in Tokyo.

Wonderful hotel with top notch hospitality. I had the king deluxe with city view and it was spacious and old school luxurious. Location is a bit away from all the hustle and bustle, which I enjoyed. Pro trip : take the ebisu train stop and use the living walkways to link you to the hotel.

Relaxed on the sofa and at the hotel's lounge, drinks and other items are expensive, but delicious!
It is a bit disappointing that the clerk's customer service (smiling smile) was unbelievable from the viewpoint of the customer service business.

One of the best hotels in Tokyo located very close to Ebisu Garden place. It is 22 floors tall and has a good mix of restaurants inside. The scenic beauty around makes it the best place to live while in Tokyo. Its my first preference even for my subsequent travels to Tokyo. Tokyo tower is visible from half of the rooms so mention it at the reception while checkin if you want one! Overall an awesome and memorable time stay.
Note: Donot take SPG card or account. Its rules are so weird that you will never get points.

If anybody is trying to find good deals on hotels visit HoteIR ven. com booked a hotel on there and they had the best rates anywhere!

Large upscale hotel catering to business and international travelers. Located in a very quiet neighborhood with a view of the local area. Interior feels very regal with marble floors and columns. Apparently weddings sometimes are also hosted here. Staff is very attentive but not overbearing.

Some good restaurant choices that are relatively close by. From high end to budget friendly choices.

Note: Not close to the train station. Approximately 30 minute walk.

Nothing great. Very nice lobby and impressive entrance. As a platinum member used my free suite award to get upgraded - big mistake. Room was big and clean. Slightly outdated as the reviews say. Asked for a quiet room - got placed right in front of the service rooms! Should have changed rooms but was too tired. Big mistake as every day /hour there would be some sort of noise in the room. It s 16:25 while typing this and sound of furniture being moved around above me can be heard clearly.

Bed - Westin beds are usually great. Maybe I got a defective one! As it s pretty old and is slanting off towards the edges. Very uncomfortable to sleep on.

YouTube auto-runs on 360p .... when placed on 1080p tends to buffer.

Limited room service menu. Certainly need to add more options especially to the late night menu. (The sandwiches are served cold - just so that you know). Plus point the draft beer is fresh as they actually have a portable draft trolley?!?

Taxi stand is great and staff outside really helpful and speak perfect English.

Have airport shuttle busses as well. Sadly going to Haneda Airport which only has 3 pickup times. Narita Airport has numerous times for pickup.

Overall it s a pricey hotel with a burger costs 4000 yen but the quality of the room and sleep could have been much improved. Me personally will look for another hotel at my next stay.

Revisited
The Christmas decorations were very cute.
There were some Labots on display and the kids were nailed. The children in reindeer, Santa and Westin uniforms were very cute.
When I went to take a picture in the middle of the night, some bears around the tree were lying down and sleeping.
Everyone got up and greeted me in the morning, and the children were happy to see the children who were awake with very detailed art.

The room was cleaned and set up as usual.
The child was very pleased to have the Bomboi chocolate and the card delivered to the room for a return visit.
We had you upload to the club floor with platinum privilege.
The out was until 14:00 due to congestion.

The operation of the club lounge was almost unchanged, but the number of cocktail time items was increasing. I can't enter the room if I have children, but I'm grateful that you brought a lot of food and drinks (bread, etc. like children) to the room.
I was very happy.
Breakfast was a buffet at Victors. (Because it's Sunday?)
The number of people was small and I didn't have to wait in line for a seat, and I was able to calmly go get the food and it was very delicious.
The service felt very polite.
It seems that there was steak before, but now it is not.
Also, it was a little disappointing that there were no rice balls and soups on the terrace.

Also, I'd be happy if the club lounge was open in the morning.

2020/10
The children's amenities and the things I had told them to keep were properly prepared in advance, and it was a very reassuring response.
I haven't talked about the size of pajamas either, but I wondered if they would prepare for my age, so the size was perfect.
I'm not prepared for anything at other hotels, and the only reason to tell how old my child is is money. There are many places like that.
The interior was also cleaned in detail, and the amenities were scattered in the bathtub and shower booth, and I felt the consideration.
The cocktail time was a substitute for children's age and they brought it to the room, and the lounge staff was very nice.
We had you upload to the corner room with platinum privilege. Out is 14:00.

Unfortunately, the club lounge is open from 14:00 to 20:30 on Saturdays and Sundays, and there is no time to use it with children.
That's why late check-out is until 14:00.
I don't think Friday will come here.

I understand the influence of Corona, but I wonder if customers will give up because it is goto, isn't the Marriott system scratching crossed legs too much?
Even though the breakfast was restarting the buffet quite grandly.
I realized that I couldn't use the lounge tomorrow until I returned to the room with the feeling that the explanation was swept away.
Many hotels, such as InterContinental, will let you know in advance about any changes.

It's a pity that I can't even drink because of what the club lounge benefits are.
Then I wanted more water, drinks, tea leaves, coffee, and drinks in the room.
I have a reservation for a few days later, but I would like to come again if that point improves.

Highly recommended to visit Ryutenmon during your stay -- chinese restaurant in this hotel -- and try chilled chilli sesame soup & noodle. I guess they use Japanese pepper instead of Chinese pepper against ordinary recipe. Please don't miss the dimsum cart as well. Those two, are the reasons why I visit this place. Amazing.

I love the Westin Deli Strawberry Classic Shortcake. The lounge is very classic and perfect for a date alone. We can spend relaxedly.
If you order a cake set, the plate will also be decorated for the season.
You can spend a very special time.

There are a few better hotels in Tokyo, but the old-fashioned look of Tokyo Westin and the view of Roppongi are reason enough to choose here. The price is high but the caustic rain is good. The staff were so kind and full of good memories. The hotel you want to find again.

I asked at lunch.

I asked at lunch.
It was my first visit, but the scenery was very good.
The chef was a woman!
The meat was made together with those who went together, so I was able to enjoy both parts.
The course was full of meat and fish, so I was full.
The pace of serving food was good and satisfying.
The dessert and coffee after the meal seemed to be troublesome at first because it seems to have you move the seat, but I think it would be nice to have a separate seat.

It was a treat.

Buildings, interiors, decorations, rooms, facilities, services, staff ... everything is very satisfying.
The twin rooms are large enough and have plenty of amenities! The furniture is luxurious and the interior is chic and calm.
The night view from the window is very nice.

However, as a Japanese, I think it is inconvenient that there is no shower in the bathtub, but it is unavoidable. After all, there are guests from all over the world ...
The front, back, left and right of the morning buffet were Westerners, and I felt a little different space between foreign languages.
However, I didn't see any people in that Southeast Asian country with no manners.
There aren't many varieties of food, and I think we carefully select the ones with good taste and quality! It is not a small number. I'm very satisfied!
