The Westin Hotel Tokyo Review

Both the room, the food and the service are satisfactory

I have visited this hotel on business several times and it never disappoints. The rooms are large with big beds and are very clean. The sky lounge on the top floor is perfect for a pre/post dinner cocktail. The drinks are expensive but that's pretty much standard for a higher end hotel in Tokyo. The breakfast buffet is well equiped with plenty of Asian and western options. The staff and always helpful and friendly with good English skills. Don't assume things like snacks/peanuts/chips are free in the bar because they aren't..just be aware. All in all, I can't wait for my next visit!

Very clean and classy hotel. Staff is really friendly as well.

Very friendly staff, spacious rooms. The complimentary umbrella when it suddenly rained was clutch. Great gym facility that you can use as a guest. Small but has everything you would need while on a trip.

Among all the Westin in Asia pacific, Tokyo Westin Ebisu is the best in terms of early check in and late check out for members, polite staff and and attentive service. Minegishi san from the 17 floor lounge deserve special mention !

Luxury hotel. Convenient for shopping and transportation. Sapporo and Kirin have thier showroom in front of the hotel.

We walked relatively from Ebisu station and did not know whether we could go through Garden Place well. There are times when you can not pass through the aisle when there is a wedding ceremony, but it was basically a hotel where the quality of staff was high and safe.

Nice hotel with good service. My trip was primarily for business, but I did some sight seeing as well. I was able to.walk to the office, but proximity to train/subway stations was convenit for exploring Tokyo.

Teppanyaki Ebisu, the view is good and the price is reasonable. Mr. Yakite also offers sophisticated service like a hotel.

Although it is a luxury hotel built in the bubble era, cleanliness is solid and there is not much to feel old-fashioned.
All meals can be supplemented at the hotel
Ordinarily, it costs 4,000 yen for a breakfast or 40,000 yen for teppanyaki, so it can be used for a great deal if you upgrade your room or use it well. There is GYM in the hotel, but it's rattling, so there is a secret, and TRX (suspension training) is also a merit point up!

The French restaurant on the 22nd floor had some of the worst service from any restaurant I have ever been to. We got waters at the end of the meal only after we asked. I had a steak bourguignon. All it was was two think steaks on top of each other in some beef liquid. Then a basket of steamed vegetables on the side. Way overpriced for this.

It is inconvenient that there is no convenience store nearby, but it is difficult for the hotel to find improvements, such as the location adjacent to the Garden Place and the customer service. I can't complain.

What an amazing hotel. Perfectly organized staff, incredible rooms with great views from the top floors. The variety of food and drinks in the lounge are perfect, the food at the bar is also great. The location, close to Ebisu train station makes it perfect for city sightseeing.

Nearest Marriott vonvoy member hotel (may be closer to Miyako Hotel)
You can stay in a change of mind once a month, but you can respond by just asking me to remember the car number. I am very happy to receive such a response though it is a small thing.
Walk a little to Ebisu Station, but if you go to Garden Place, there is a walk through. A good hotel.

After staying at various business hotels in Japan for a week, this was such a welcome change. The service level, the rooms, the spaciousness, the amenities. Finally a comfortable few nights. Will always return.

It took more than 20 minutes to connect with Reservation after dialing each time I tried. Also it took more than 30 days to respond to my mail. This communication mechanism seems to be out of order.
The hotel is comfortable but.

There are a lot of five-star hotels in Tokyo these days, which are older than others and I didn't expect much, but it was very good. The moment you enter the lobby, the floor is black marble, so it has a luxurious feel and does not feel old. I felt like I came to a luxury hotel. The atmosphere is classical and you can feel the royal luxury. Compared to the recently built five-star hotel, the price was reasonable and I was satisfied. It's natural that it's expensive, and it's not bad here in the sense that it's affordable but good. Cospa is good for a sense of luxury, isn't it? However, it seems to lack hospitality compared to other luxury hotels I have stayed at. The staff is not so exhaustive. But Japanese people aren't used to treating it like a concierge or a king, so I think this is enough. Also, the night view from the window is not good. The atmosphere in the lounge isn't that good either. However, the price is more than enough. Although the location and scenery are a little inferior.

Anniversary lunch at Victor on the 22nd floor. It was an express course, but it was a content of satisfaction including customer service.

It is a very high class hotel.

It's old, but it's not bad. I did a certain suite this time. The tragedy that I had only chocolate and candy when I went before the lounge closed in Corona (laughs)

We stayed for the first time, but service was able to stay comfortably well. We stayed at the executive floor but breakfast was also delicious. We also had a small bed for a small child.

Roppongi Hills and Tokyo Tower were close from the club lounge and I felt better

Visited the restaurant and enjoyed the lunch pretty well! Conference room was well-equipped and well-organized.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Views from the lounge really gave perspective over the city. Convenient to public transport and so many amazing restaurants nearby. Staff so attentive.

Wow just does not describe the service we have received during our extended stay. All of the staff were A++.

The breakfast buffet and the service - with 5 chefs at the ready, 2 baristas and 5 waiters (for only a medium sized dining room), was absolutely top notch.

Located only 3-4 minutes from the train station and about a 30-40 minute walk away from the famous Shibuya intersection.

I went to the Christmas season, but I can enjoy it without having to stay, with a good sense of decoration. Enjoy delicious cake if you can book the international buffet restaurant "The Terrace" o (^ o ^) o

During the Christmas season, we are excited to see the Baccarat chandelier at Garden Place. The interior of Christmas is gorgeous and tensioned. I love the scent of hotel white tea!

Westin has the same scent as Westin around the world. I love this scent! A big tree comes out in winter. Look forward to it soon!

Beautiful 5 star hotel with great hardware, fabulous service and many amazing restaurants. We enjoyed staying here very much and have tried almost all the restaurants and the bars.

Love the breakfast buffet and really enjoyed the teppanyaki, the executive lounge is also a great place to hangout for a bite and a few drinks.

I like this hotel that I use for many years! The rooms are big, the bathrooms very decent, only the breakfast is not at the price requested in my opinion. I recommend the view from the top floor of the ebisu tower nearby!

The food is reasonable and the costs and charges are too expensive.

I booked a weekend over Valentine's day as a surprise for my wife and the staff at the Westin Tokyo was extraordinary at making sure everything was perfect for the surprise. The location is very convinient near Ebisu station and across the street from Garden Place, as well as a short trip from Roppongi or Shibuya.

I often go underground from the moving footpath of Ebisu station and go to the hotel, but as soon as I opened the entrance door, I had a very good smell.
All the sofas that I have put in places are comfortable, so I just relax.
We use in sweets buffet, but correspondence of telephone is kind and polite.
The other day when I used it, I was kept waiting for a drink to arrive, but the staff's response was good.

Great hotel. Incredible personnel. Everyone spoke good English which was a nice bonus.

The rooms are nice and spacious. The service is great too. The staff is very friendly and they even provide a little map if you want to get in a nice 5k run in the area. You have to pay extra to use the pool, and pool is actually a little bit outside the hotel which is a little annoying. The bar/lounge area is well stocked with alcohols and cigars.

The nearby yebisu station area is nice and has many shopping options. I haven't really explored it though. There is also a brewery nearby. This is a nice area to stay in if you want to be able access downtown Tokyo but still want some peace and quiet. The nearby garden area is nice.

Join a friend's wedding. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were also very good.

The hotel is located near Ebisu Garden Place and close to the station. The price is high and there is no complaint about the facilities and cleanliness of the rooms. Correspondence of the front desk was also polite.

Upmarket European style hotel with fantastic breakfast buffet and club floor. Gym is very small.

It's a little inconvenient, but quiet, away from Ebisu Station.

Twenty-five years ago, I had a wedding at this hotel. I have been struggling with my wife so far, so I used the hotel's Teppanyaki restaurant (Ebisu) as a celebration of the silver wedding ceremony. It was a holiday lunch, but it was so successful that it was full.
Then I got a cake as a service from the shop. I was happy to have a meal with my family after a long time, but it was also a good memory to have a celebration from the hotel. Only the picture of the cake is attached.

Great location and service. Easy walking to JR Line and Tokyo Metro. Staff are always exceptional and the rooms are larger than your typical Japanese Hotel. If you like cigars then also have an amazing cigar lounge.

Everything was excellent! Staff people, service, room accommodations, decor, food - all excellent! We really enjoyed our stay here.

I was allowed to bother you with afternoon tea. Lids were also attached one by one as a measure against corona. The taste is really elaborate one by one and looks delicious. There were so many kinds that I couldn't eat.
