Use The Lounge, not the rooms or the restaurant. The courtyard with a view through the window and the relaxing sofa are comfortable. There are a lot of seats, so it seems that I often wait.

Great room. Huge compared to the airbnb units we've been staying in. Everything is faux european, which is sad because it's Japan.

Staff is first class.

Location of course, there is a room at a reasonable room rate there, also good customer service.
Hotel which we want to use again

Very comfortable room, with nice big TV, sufficient lighting, beside light controls, silent and efficient AC, nice bed and pillows. Very ergonomic and nice bathroom. Breakfast buffet is nice with variety of tasty options. Free WiFi is good. They have bus service to both Airports, convenient but can take much longer than train.

The accommodation is perfect, but when I write, it's an afternoon tea.
I want to go home late with a late checkout.
Even if you stay in the hotel for 24 hours, you are full of happiness.

The minus point is that it is far from the station
The quality of the restaurant is good, but it is too crowded recently. There are wrinkles in various places.
The Narita limousine departs from here, stops at the Sheraton, Shinagawa Prince, etc., and it takes about an hour to leave Tokyo, and it takes two hours to reach Narita.
Return is also the final hotel.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the beds are more comfortable, and the porter and counter staff are very good! It s just that the floor of the building is not soundproof.

Great hotel with lots of class, large foyer, and spacious rooms. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. HUGE thank you to front desk agent Xiaozhi Chen who helped us locate our backpack, which we had left behind in a taxi.

Not exactly a budget hotel, but reasonably priced given the clean, spacious rooms and flawless service. Starwood Platinum members also receive complimentary breakfast in the Lounge or ground-floor restaurant. The latter is recommended sure to the more extensive selection.

Restaurant service at lunch was normal without feeling that it was particularly good

The room was very clean, spacious and the staff were very friendly. The hotel's location is not the best though. It is a decently far walk to a train station so you pretty much have to taxi to the closest station.

Stayed in a suite after afternoon tea on my wife's birthday. The building is not new, but it was a space with a solid feeling and a product.

You can get wet from Ebisu in the rain.
I used it at a meeting, but it was full of sense of luxury and I was away from the station, so I was able to organize the talk smoothly without the crowded lounge.
I wanted to stay someday.

Breakfast was luxurious, but response when we asked the concierge was not very polite.

Even if it rains, it can move without getting wet from Ebisu Station.

We went to the Japanese restaurant "Mai" on the 2nd floor and it was a wonderful experience. I'm allergic to certain foods and the staff were wonderful by preparing my tempura separately so that they didn't switch my tempura course with something else. I'm glad they did, since the tempura was divine!

The food was well balanced we left with full bellies without over eating.

I used a lunch buffet. I was satisfied with eating delicious food in an elegant space. I cut meat in front of my eyes, and I had a wide variety of salads and fruits. The first choice is dessert soft cream. It is so rich and delicious that it is a must when using a buffet.

I went at events but I had a delicious and enjoyable meal.

The French restaurant at the Westin hotel in Tokyo is really delicious.

Very upscale experience. Spacious rooms and good amenities. Fancy selection of food and drinks, albeit a bit pricey.

The Westin is covieniently located and a great place to stay. It is close to restaurants and train stations. Only disadvantage is it is the last stop on the limosene bus from Narita.

A luxurious hotel with many foreigners. There was no problem with T-shirt jeans (I don't know exactly, so please ask at the reception), but sandal shorts should be avoided. The bar on the upper floor is also recommended for the scenery.

Great room with a view and walking distance to ebisu metro stop.

Very upscale hotel in the most high-end part of Tokyo. You can get to a main rail station without going outside, which is great for rainy days. Their event catering was much better than what I've had other places. Their cigar club has a nice selection of Cubans. Ferraris and porches are the norm for the locals here and true exotic cars are easily spotted around the area.

I have never stayed, but I go to see the Christmas tree from time to time.

Great hotel with good connection to public transportation.

A place that can be cold in midsummer. Cooling works well so that foreigners are fine. There is plenty of lanes as the pool is small enough to walk a little because the pool is affiliated with the gym.

Ok hotel but location is a bit off the central areas. Convenient to Shibuya though. Lots of restaurants nearby, but a bit corporate in feel. Excellent service and concierge. Hotel decor reminds of the 80s, but decent enough.

Near the Garden Place. Although we only look at the underground conference room, it is fairly large and lots of people gather. The interior is quite upscale.

It has been years old, but it feels like it is well maintained. Breakfast in French on the upper floor has a nice view and you can start a pleasant day. But. . It was quite disappointing that it was quite ordinary as a dish. But it was delicious!

The hotel is gorgeous, perhaps opulent. It is a business oriented hotel but it is a reasonable distance from ebisu station. The executive lounge was great- lots of selection of drink and snacks

The Tokyo Westin is excellent. Service is incredibly good and fast. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds (on the firm side, but that's what I prefer). There isn't a ton of action around the hotel like many other parts of the city, but it's a very short walk to Ebisu station so everything is a quick and easy train ride away. Overall very happy with the hotel!

Love this unique hotel. Classic and cozy. The staff is so helpful and friendly!

It is in the corner of Ebis Garden. There are also nice cafes and bars. I felt an adult space.

It's a little far from the station, but it has a very luxurious atmosphere.

Far from public transit, slow check-in, decent but unexceptional rooms.

Buffet of 1F restaurant "the terrace" is popular even if 5000 yen per person is prepared. If you wish to have a table at lunchtime, you need to make a reservation the day before. The food is wide and not cooked, but cooked in the open kitchen.
The taste is perfect and the price is over.
The staff's response is also good.

Westin hotels are like McDonalds. They're clean, decent service and you know what you're going to get. Tokyo (Ebisu) is no different. It's spacious, clean and has excellent dining options in a quiet neighbourhood setting yet only 10min walking distance to Ebisu train station. Expect to pay extra to use the hotels spa.

Super friendly staff. Offered assistance with our baggage, opened the door, and explained features about the room. Concierge was also polite and made several arrangements for us. This location s very central and convienant. A 5.9 earthquake occurred and I happened to be in my room on the 14th floor. There was some noticable swaying motion.

I visited by participating in the seminar, but the staff was well educated.

This is a great hotel in Tokyo and not too far from many things.

I used lunch at The Terrace on my friend's BIRTHDAY.
When I ate ramen made in front of my eyes ... I was surprised that the noodles didn't catch fire and shattered.
We talked to the shop and remade it.
The noodles in the photo were remade.
It was very delicious.
The dessert was excellent, Gateau Chocolat.
Bramanje was a bit disappointing with a slightly rough texture.
The BIRTHDAYplate I asked for was very nice.

I like Ryutenmon, so I eat with something with my family.

A very luxurious pricy place with fine restaurants. Situated in the centre of Tokyo near beautiful Ebisu garden plaza, where you can feel the touch of European atmosphere .

Convenient location and good atmosphere around, it is a luxury hotel. The only problem was that the lobby floor smelled like tobacco.

We had a lunch buffet at The terrace. There were not many items, but each one was able to enjoy a very delicious and luxurious time. Drinks and coffee and tea are also available free of charge with caffeine-less service, and the service is a shame.

Platinum guests can enjoy cocktails not only in the Club Lounge but also in the first floor bar and the top floor bar.

This time, I went to dinner at the terrace restaurant to celebrate my friend's birthday. I visit several times a year, but I always like the time and the spacious, high space. Unlike the buffet style of other hotels, there is no feeling of being crowded at all. But the seats to look out were almost full. The number of dishes is less than others, but the salad and dessert cakes are very rich. Roast beef is a taste of the royal road. I asked you to make it thicker and cut it to about 3 cm. It is the satisfaction of satisfaction. However, the response of the boy at this restaurant is very good. The dessert ice here is famous by a certain manufacturer. The cake is very rich and perfect. All kinds of domination will be impossible. The two women next door seemed to come for this cake and were happy. This time, it was a very spicy and rich chicken curry. Very nice hotel.. but price is way too high for the worth... it is located one stop away from shibuya and cab rides are not too expensive there when the trains stop running.. I've been to much nicer hotels for half the price.. but these are Tokyo prices.

First time at a Starwood property (lifelong Marriott guy) and I was very impressed with this hotel. I had a wonderful view of the Tokyo skyline from my room which was very nice. The staff was impecable and I loved the central location. Happy traveler!!

Perfect location in a quiet part of Tokyo. Attentive and friendly staff. Members club tends to be full so reserve in advance. Ample rooms and 3 restaurants serving delicious breakfast.

We recommend that you use a room where you can use the club lounge.
There are many ways to enjoy eating and drinking

The dessert buffet was satisfactory, but the service at the reception was not a pleasant one, despite the service charge.

This hotel is relatively affordable compared with others at the same luxury level. It is situated in a convenient location in Ebisu, finding restaurants is never a problem.

Great location, great service! Room and general deco are dated.
