I've been here for more than 10 years.
A favorite place for cigar clubs.

I stayed at the training of the company I was in before.
I think it was sometime between 2014 and 2017.
It was a very beautiful hotel.
Although it is located in Ebisu, it was comfortable in a quiet place even though it was a big city.
There are convenience stores nearby, so it is easy to buy.

The hardware is good, but the software is decisive. Typical of foreign hotels.

It is better to be closer to the station a little more.

The service of chocolate when it comes to a room. And Heavenly Bed. It is a great time. In the evening, eat teppanyaki and relax in the lounge, then in the morning for breakfast. Everything is delicious and happy in the morning and the night and the rooms are nice.

My favorite thing about The Westin Tokyo is my bed. There was a famous manufacturer called "Sofa that kills people", but the Westin Tokyo bed is a "bed that kills people". Lol

I checked in in the evening and fell asleep when I laid down lightly, and in the morning I slept until just before check-out.

There are many delicious cafes and bakeries around Ebisu, so it is recommended to take a walk and eat the next morning. But, as mentioned above, if you win the struggle with a bed that ruins people. Lol

The Westin Tokyo is the kind of hotel you return to time and time again for its location on the cusp of Ebisu and it s time-honoured tradition of placing lavender oil by your bedside. Unmissable!

It takes a long time to walk from Ebisu Station because it is a garden court.

Hospitality is perfect. It may be hard to respect platinum status so much.

the hotel staff is stellar. they were able to accommodate me over and above the service ANY other hotel has had in my experience. The breakfast options are vast and bars are full of the best whiskeys and gins known to japan.

There is no feeling of disappointing in the common buffet

I think not only the buffet but also the dessert is often disappointing especially when going to eat, but the dessert was delicious.

The atmosphere was good and comfortable as a wedding venue.

It has been since my friend's wedding, but there were quite a few people, especially at noon. Of course, wedding photography was also performed on the stairs near the entrance. A foreign couple was taking a picture of it.

An amazing, glamorous place. Staff helps you open car doors, helps with your luggage, pours your drinks and is extremely polite. The place is also elegant and luxurious.

Clean hotel, splendid staff who go all the way to assist. This hotel is very close to Ebisu train station, fabulous restaurants all around area. One train stop away from Shibuya for only 140 Yen each way.

Bee has been decorated in colorful. The room is spacious for the room rate and the interior is not too beautiful, so you can stay calm. Morning buffet type is rich, is no to say.

Spent 3 nights here and this hotel is "classy". Done in a more traditional, Euro-asian style this hotel exudes luxury and style from the moment you check-in.

The rooms are large and the bedding very comfortable as at all Westin hotels. Sufficiently large bathrooms too, mine had both a tub and a shower cubicle with a wonderful rain shower.

When I visited their gym was under renovation which was a bummer but they had a temporary setup which was usable. Food at the hotel is okay, but the service at the restaurant can be improved, particularly during breakfast. Waiters keep removing plate settings even when there are people eating and the quality of the breakfast spread is just about okay. Loved the freshly squeezed orange juice though.

Otherwise, the housekeeping and room service staff are great, friendly and prompt. Location is good with plenty to see and do nearby, particularly lots of nice bars and restaurants

Wedding is also recommended. The European atmosphere is wonderful. At the party, the person in charge of the venue is excellent. Currently, the lounge services available for awards are temporarily restricted. Many of the staff are warm and you can stay with peace of mind. Breakfast is buffet. Breakfast is excellent.

I had a fabulous stay at the Westin Ebisu. The rooms were exceedingly spacious - even the bathrooms included roomy bathtubs, separate showers, and dedicated toilet area. Supremely clean, quiet, and elegant (free Wifi downstairs in the lobby). The gym is also updated and well-maintained. No need to bring adapters - there were outlets for both two and three pronged plugs! Bonus: the neighborhood is fantastic for shopping and eating, we had several fantastic meals ranging from ramen around the corner from the subway to Korean BBQ on the 37th floor of the adjacent Ebisu office complex. Would gladly stay here again.

It is a wonderful place where you can enjoy the extraordinary at one station from Shibuya. The doorman is also very attentive and comfortable.

My wife and I don't a total of 10 nights here The Westin Tokyo is located in a great location, roughly a 10 minute walk to Ebisu station and a 15 minute walk to Meguro station. The neighborhood it's in is an upscale area with a number of great places to eat ($$-$$$$) and shop ($$$-$$$$$) within walking distance. The staff and accommodations are top notch and the breakfast buffet contained both Western and Eastern breakfast foods. I will certainly stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Incredible service and beautiful property. Easy access to Ebisu station with what feels like a half mile of moving walkways in the skywalk between the hotel and the station. Very easy to navigate the best tourist spots of Tokyo exclusively on the JR trains which is convenient if you purchased a JR pass.

It is quite far from the station if I go to for the first time in a long time

I always disturb you at the dessert buffet on The Terrace. The reservation is a buffet that is really difficult, but the content of the dessert buffet is full of items, beauty and taste! There is almost no change in snacks every time, but it is delicious with peace of mind. Salad, pickles, pizza, french toast, sandwich, soup, napolitan, fried chicken. Fried chicken and pickles are recommended. If there is one problem, the cash register's rotation is a bit slow. There is a traffic jam near the end. Is it all accounting using print type, PC and hand-held cash register? Anyway, it takes time anyway, so if you are in a hurry, pay early! As decoration of lobby is wonderful every season, by all means.

Amazing service, food, rooms and staff was very helpful when looking for places to go while staying in Tokyo. The breakfast on the 17th floor was always exquisite. Rooms we clean and well up-kept. Be sure to sit in the main sitting area with the wall of windows as well, it s a great place to read a book or enjoy a tea with your fellow travelers.

I really think this was our favorite hotel of all time! The staff were absolutely lovely. Every time we had an issue they were super helpful. It s about a 8 minute walk to the local JR station - Ebisu but it s all underground which is perfect because it rained while we were there. There are shops and restaurants nearby including an awesome 7/11 but you can also jump on the JR line and it s two stops to Shibuya. The rooms were super comfortable and the decor is fun and generally over the top. The best part of all was the breakfast, they serve breakfast in many locations including in Mai which is a Japanese restraint on the 1st floor. The main breakfast floor is on the ground floor and has a dream selection of food; western and traditional Japanese. We had rice balls, miso soup, noodles, fruit juice, omelettes - all for breakfast. Wonderfully made. The lounge if you have access to it serves drinks and food every day around 5pm. Great hotel!

There is a profound feeling and it settles down. Although not large, you can take a walk in the garden. Afternoon tea has volume and is recommended for sweets.

This place is gorgeous hotel. It s sophisticated and gorgeous! I was fascinated the beautiful facilities! The staffs are very kind and great hospitality. I enjoyed good afternoon tea set and stayed for 1 night. Both was great! Especially I have a gold membership for this hotel, so my room was upgraded to better room! The room was big and good facilities. Besides I caught a great view of Yebis garden! Looks nice! You can walk to get in this hotel! Great accessible one! I m sure you can enjoy great time here! Enjoy!!!

Good place but it is expensive for such experience in Ebisu

Very beautiful and luxurious hotel. The standard rooms are spacious and come equipped with every necessity needed. The views of Mt. Fuji are breathtaking. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
