Stellar attention to detail, broad menu range across their various eateries. The lobby can feel sparse but the doormen are lovely

Afternoon tea. This was a present from my friend to me for my birthday. It was amazing, particularly so as it was close to Christmas and it was beautifully decorated
The atmosphere was fab and afternoon tea was to die for. A wonderful treat at any time, but if you are stuck for an idea for a present, you can't go wrong
Very central located hotel in Dublin with plenty of choices in room types and food outlets. Hotel staff visibly focused in providing a high standard of services. Nice venues for weddings and functions.
Homophobic, Very poor service. A total waste of money.
I stayed with my partner, for a romantic break we are both women and we were treated with such little respect I could have swore we were in a time warp back in the 18th century.
Wouldn t waste my money on this place ever again. We cancelled our afternoon tea as they made us feel so uncomfortable. So at least they lost 100+ from what we would have paid , if they hadn t been so rude.
This is the only hotel my family and I consider when traveling to Dublin. The staff is fantastic and so wonderful. Such a beautiful hotel that's right in the middle of Dublin, within walking distance of almost everything.
Myself and five work colleagues from Tallaght university hospital stayed here and were looking forward to a well deserved night away. On arrival, I checked the group into their rooms. Later that evening, we got a call from the General Manager to say that we had not checked in and that we had double booked the rooms even though we did not. The general manager was very impolite and condescending towards us and set a bad atmosphere for the reaminder of our stay. On checking out, I cancelled a room that I had booked for November as did my friend who had booked for December. It was then that I was informed that I had a room booked for December even though I did not. I was very unhappy and disappointed with the way the general manager dealth with the whole situation in a very unprofessional manner.
Went for a Christmas party with work. The food was fantastic and the venue looked amazing. Loved it.
Great location, basic hotel room, building is not build for a hotel, but great job was done to convert it.
Beautiful place but the construction noise is unbearable. Check with them before booking to see if construction is still going on
Not as great for the price the charge although the location is great.
My wife and I stayed for 2 days while on our honeymoon. The staff was very friendly, and the facilities were very impressive. The hotel is central too all the Dublin city center activities. We will surely be back again.
Had a lovely dinner here and the service was great. The hotel itself is beautiful.
Didn't stay in this hotel but we did visit for afternoon tea. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was lovely. There was a good selection of cakes and sandwiches on the afternoon tea and the setting and decoration was lovely.
In the heart of Dublin, very close to everything. Staff extremely courteous. Nicely appointed room and very clean.
Nice classic hotel. Excellent breakfast and nice rooms. Great location close to Temple bar and many top restaurants. A pool to relax after a busy day would make it the perfect choice in Dublin.
This hotel has the perfect location, right in the center of Dublin with easy bus, hop on bus, or walking access to everything. The service at the hotel was very personalized and my room was gorgeous - spacious and had nice outlooks over Trinity College. The hotel was a historic bank, so the building itself is a site.
Beautiful Hotel to stay in, wonderful staff, gorgeous rooms
The Atrium Lounge is pleasant but the service recently has been so disappointingly bad that it's actually put me off going back. For a fancy hotel with high prices, this should not be the case and I hope that they can improve in the future.
For example: Last night we arrived and sat down at a messy table that hadn't yet been cleared. There was a lot of staff passing through but it seemed like there was only one person on the bar attending to the people in the lounge. We waited 15 mins for somebody to come over, before giving up and going up to the bar to try get service. At this point, the waiter asked if I was sitting somewhere, said that he'd be over in a second and apologised for the wait.
We then received warm Rose which had to changed and I waited 10 mins extra for my beer to come as the tap at that bar wasn't working. When it came time to ordering another pint, I waited 20 mins before cancelling the order, settling the bill and heading elsewhere. The waiter even made me feel as if I was doing something wrong for cancelling the pint as he had allegedly rang down to the bar already.
Very much a first world problem, but not good enough, especially for a fancy hotel.
The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are nice, and the staff is friendly. There's not really much more you can ask for in a hotel.
I was in the Westin last Saturday St Patrick's Day the Service was the Worst I have ever seen and they were charging 12.50 for a Sab Sav wine. What A RIP Off. I think they were having a lot of issues on Saturday. So disappointed with them as I frequent quite often.
Was treated like a queen by all staff - Restaurant manager Shea takes great care in always serving delicious food which pleases guests and the public alike. The hotel manager is positively upset to hear somebody hasn't been happy with the hotel and anxious to try and improve things. Can't wait to go back
Great location, right beside Trinity and near to Temple Bar
Just called this hotel, out celebrating St. Patty's Day in Pennsylvania; my friend wanted to take a green tea shot so we called this hotel to see if they know about them in Ireland. The response was no, so she took an Irish Carbomb. A+++
Amazing staff especially Darragh concierge lovely and friendly a big smile great greeting.
Mint Bar brilliant band Mc Dukes swing band great night wonderful cocktails
Lovely place to rest up for a meal, coffee or even a drink in a relaxing atmosphere.
I didn't stay over. We popped in for some lunch. The service was good, the food took over 45 mins, but it was very tasty..
Drink a little bit expensive but worth every penny for the entertainment Sole power super bar staff very welcoming staff from door to bar
We spent the New Years in 2019 and the stay was wonderful.
Went for a family gathering at the Mint bar. Great food, excellent service. Had a fantastic time.
Very good hotel and very friendly staff. Particularly helpful and conversationists are Andrea the man at the door and Santosh the man at the bar.
Better room than last time but paper thin walls so you can hear people talking next door. You cant put the entrance light out without turning all the lights off. Service and food at Moorland restaurant was excellent, at bar restaurant ok. Did express check out ....don't know yet if it works properly.
Just exactly what you would think and want from this brand! Took mom here during Ireland trip! Amazing
Fabulous and so well kept.
Great bar downstairs and very busy.
Great location to downtown Dublin and clean hotel with friendly staff
This hotel is great. The location is convenient to my office and Trinity. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and well outfitted with many thoughtful touches. I will definitely stay here again!
Beautiful hotel. Quick and friendly to check us in, room with a balcony, clever bathroom, as comfortable a bad as I could have ever wanted. I will and have recommended the Westin to friends and will stay here again.
My brother had his wedding here, it was amazing. Fabulous hotel and the staff were excellent.
Didn't stay here, but loved their afternoon tea! Make did to book it ahead of time!
Very cosy beautiful environment with open fireplaces - perfect for afternoon tea.
Beautiful interior, if a little garish at front desk
Food is consistently good.. waiting staff attentive and the mint bar full of atmosphere and good music
Nice place to have cuple of beers and little bit shopping. But too crowded and expensive.
Loved staying at this hotel - right in the heart of the action in Dublin. Great room, nice interior atrium for working on email during the day, wonderful breakfast selection in the Morelands Restaurant and we had an excellent martini in the downstairs Mint Bar before we headed out to dinner. I look forward to visiting again one day.
I'm actually here for work, and I can't get over the Chandeliers here. But here's a picture of a painting in "TheBanking Hall"
They got lovely ambiance in Mint bar but the service is quite slow and can't accommodate big groups .
Very accommodating staff who are also very attentive. The location is fantastic - right next to Trinity college and shopping. We got a great room overlooking the college. The breakfast has been great. The mint room is fun for drinks. Had a great jazz band playing the night we arrived. I like the intimacy and small cafe feel of the atrium.
The hotel is located in an ideal spot, right in the heart of the city.
Staff are very friendly and always willing to help.
Food in the restaurant is excellent, and the happy hour is great value.
Breakfast is awesome, with a wide selection of top quality foods.
The cocktail bar is also worth a visit.
Some rooms can be noisy, but overall, they're fine.
I m a long time Marriott customer with lifetime gold and titanium elite status with the Brand. I found this location to be sub par for the Westin line. Staff was less than helpful and slow in responding to all requests and management took over 72 hours to respond directly to concerns. This brand is supposed to be a premium hotel and this location does not live up to advertised service levels. The list of issues I encountered is too long to rehash. I ll just say there are better hotels of greater value to choose in the area. If you wish to travel brilliantly as one of the brand s tag lines implores, avoid this location.
It's fine, a little old, it does not have 5-star services, it's rather 4
Wonderful hotel, rooms are gorgeous, staff are so helpful and friendly, I wouldn t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great food, try the afternoon tea! Big restroom in the bedroom, friendly attendants, and prime location
Beautiful building and luxurious room. The staff was so friendly. Loved our stay.
Excellent hotel, brilliant location, beauiful surroundings, warm, friendly and helpful staff!I've worked in the hotel business in Dubai for over twenty-five years and this hotel is on par with the best in the world!11/10
Staff always friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.
Stayed at a number of hotels in the city and as far as touring goes the Westin is definitely the best location to stay. Great service as well. Thank you.
