We sacrificed a little space in our room for a nice view on the top floor. Everything worked great. Quiet room. Super-excellent breakfast, especially the coffee. While everyone was nice, overall the place came off as a little pretentious, which made us a little uncomfortable.

Very friendly staff. Had a flickering light and it was fixed right away by a very friendly guy who worked really hard to find the right kind of light bulb. Love and appreciate the complimentary water bottles. Loved the bath tub.

Decent luxury hotel, nice and friendly staff and service, excellent location right next to Trinity College, Temple Bar district and many transit options. Morelands Grill is part of the hotel and serves as breakfast restaurant. Offers gym clothes for rent and in-room massage.

My Third Space includes The Atrium. When I lived in Dublin, The Westin began its legacy as a quality venue stocked with knowledgeable staff and free papers. In fact, the Dublin Westin is where I would often camp to read the Sunday papers because five different titles were free to read by Sunday visitors. Today, the mezzanine level is where I sit in quiet to meet people who love or work in Dublin. The serendipity is very pleasant.

I've always been a fan of Westin Hotels and this one meets and exceeds the quality that I have grown to love. Centrally located, this offers you the ability to walk to so many local sights and venues. The dining area is great and their morning breakfast is something to be enjoyed. The rooms show the quality of the brand and we even had some nice views out of the room. The people are what make this special. Need a suggestion for anything - shopping, bars, food...whatever, they are on top of it and make great recommendations. Next time we are in Dublin, we are staying here.

Great service, fantastic location. Walking distance to most attractions. But rooms are old, and even my upgraded room (gold level) was small and not attractive. It had a non traditional, that is inconvenient, layout.

Price was average - high for this class hotel.

Wonderful stay from start to finish. City centre location perfect for all local attractions. Staff very attentive and helpful. Food was of the highest quality. The room (club with city view) was compact but had all the essentials. Bed was very comfortable with quality bedding. The Mint bar in the basement is a must see and be sure to sample the wide range of cocktails. Live entertainment on Saturday night was of the highest standard. 5*

After a long day around the city, we went downstairs to the Mint Bar in The West in Dublin. A lovely bar with pleasant and attentive bar staff. Lovely comfortable bar seats and lounge seats. A nice cocktail and mocktail list, expertly produced, a little expensive but considering the surroundings, not massively expensive. Will definitely be back on another day around the city. Very friendly and courteous door staff as well.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel, and our room was beautiful and well-appointed! We enjoyed The Mint Bar, though it was pricy, and the band playing was a blast. The only negative for us was the steakhouse, Moreland's. Even that was more neutral - our appetizers were great, and my husband's lamb was as well. My steak, however, was not very good. It was overcooked and very bland as if it had not been seasoned, with no sear at all - not what I imagined for a steak touted as local, dry aged, and cooked in some amazing grill contraption.

While I did not have time to complain, I was unimpressed. The TV in my room was broken. The fan in the bathroom, which I actually may have been the air conditioning, was very loud. The room was $800. The staff was very friendly and I know I need to be patient with very old building. The location was very good. Bottom line, for the price I expected more.

Listen, this place was amazing for my wife and I. The location is right where you need to be to experience Dublin. The staff was amazing however it also depends on you also and your attitude. To have favor you need to be kind and kindness is what you will receive at Westin in Dublin. Get to know the people that are serving you, the Irish will return the kindness, its their nature. The experience was much more than expected from Stephen whom is the first onsite to great you at your car to Anna Marie and Nicola who will check you in. I would stay at this hotel again. Just remember this the Irish love to crack and Anna Marie is the best. Go and have fun at this Westin.
