I have tiny feet so its hard to find boots or shoes that fit and look amaizing. Was a little nervous about ordering but it turned out to be the best thing ever. My boots came in early and fit like they were made for my feet. Absolutely in love with them. Will order again.

My mother in law ordered a dress for my daughter of their website. The dress was not at all what it looked liked in the picture. It had awful embroidery on it that could not be seen in the picture. Not only did she have to pay to send it back but they charge a 10 dollar restocking fee. Buyer beware because through no fault of ours based of the picture she ended up out 10 dollars for the restock and 10 to send it back insured... never again will we purchase from this company.
The Western Company is amazing. They have the best clothes and boots ever. The quality and craftsmanship is excellent. The shipping is fast too. I got the most beautiful boots at such a reasonable price. Best store r er!!! No. 1 on my list!

I bought Robyn Luchesse boots 8 b fit perfect and so comfortable accidentally purchased a 7 and called and emailed them they got back to me the next day and I spoke to a very nice gentlemen named Dillion that got my size before they were shipped out and I m glad because they do run true to size

I ordered the cutest little pink boots for the 3 year old granddaughter. They were on sale for $18, so I did not expect too much. But they were precious! Well made, and she LOVED them! Will definitely order again and again from The Western Company.

The communication process is frustrating because the only option you have when you call is to leave a message and email communication is almost nil, HOWEVER, once I had the information they needed, I was able to leave that in my final voice message and was immediately given a full refund. SO....persistence and diligence does pay off with these guys and hopefully they will become more fully staffed so their customer service will improve. I prefer to work with smaller businesses, I hope this one survives.
My experience with with customer service has been very frustrating. When I call, I can't hold for someone, I'm only given the choice of leaving a message. I've been playing phone tag for three weeks now and getting a response from email is neither timely or productively.
I had to return an item that was the wrong size. It cost me $30. I sent it back Fed Ex over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. In the meantime some idiot decided to send it to me again! I found the same item at Sheplers for $20 less and when I call them I actually spoke to a human being within minutes.
I wish I could recommend this "scrappy little company" but my experience has being completely negative.

I was a little taken back by the reviews in the BBB but I had already ordered. Nonetheless, the amount charged was the one I saw in my order, the package came in one day before the expected arrival date on the order and the quality of the jeans were not only beautiful but of great quality.
I had to return the items because I chose a size too big to be sure but were true to measurements noted.
What blew my mind is that my return was processed within 24 hrs of being received (I tracked it with the post office), they respected by original discount voucher and they are fedex ing it. Couldn t be happier!
So it s been 2 weeks now since I ordered my jeans. They haven t arrived. I called the company about my order. I couldn t talk to anyone. The phone went immediately to voicemail. I got a message saying that my package was to be delivered today. There was no delivery. I tried to call today and of course no one answered the phone. No jeans. I am ready to ask for a refund. It s been 2 weeks and of course they accepted my money but no jeans over 2 weeks later.
They suck. Don t bother. You will pay but not get what you paid for. Looks like I will have to ask for a refund.
They have amazing REAL cowboy boots, soft leather, fit so well...great customer service, and great prices!
I was a little weary to try a smaller, less known company, but their price was bargain basement compared to the big box retailers.
Their customer service (I dealt with Christopher) is superb and he really went above and beyond to make the return of an item as painless as possible. There was nothing wrong with the merchandise. It just so happened that my wife's foot was a little too big for that style of boot and she needed 1 size larger.
I really support smaller companies based in the USA.

Ordered a pair of boots advertised on clearance. Ordered a size 8. When they arrived, the box said size 8, the invoice said size 8, but the boots in the box were a size 9. Returned them on 5/14/18. As of today, I'm still awaiting a refund. Found another pair on website I Iike...but not worth the hassle!!! Customer service was terrible. First and last time I order from them!!
I will say I love their jeans and have several pair I've bought from local retailers.
I tried to buy from their site and received 2 pairs.
One pair had a bad seam on outside leg of pants, so I emailed customer service, got a reply that my email would be processed.
Never heard back.
Can't recommend online site after that.
I ordered two pairs of boots from here. On one pair, the bottom of the boot is already coming undone. It hasn't even been worn yet. Just came in the mail like that. The second pair is such poor quality, it's like putting your foot in plastic. I emailed the company about this and the only response I received was a link to their return page, so I can print out the return form, pay to have it sent back and then pay the restocking fee. Or I have the choice to have them send me a prepaid return label for $8.95, then they will deduct that and the restocking fee from my refund. They send out poor quality merchandise and expect you to either keep it or return it and pay a small fortune. I will never order from this company again. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know not to order from here. The Western Company's merchandise is sub-par and their return policy is absurd!
Credit card information was stolen from their system. Luckily my bank took care of it because when I called to make them aware of this they acted like it wasn't their problem. Customer service is the worst I've experienced! I do not recommend ordering from this company!

I ordered the cutest little boots for my great niece two days ago and they arrived today! I also received 5% off and free shipping!
Return was a bummer. Boots didnt fit. Restocking fee plus shipping and return shipping. When all said and done It cost me around 40$. Found the right size at a different store with better return policy.

I never buy jeans online...ever! Jeans tend to fit me strangely and I usually have to try them on first. I made an exception and bought my first pair of jeans from your company. One reason is because my body type is better suited for low-rise jeans, which I can t find anywhere! Mid-rise and high-rise have take over the market! I found low-ride jeans and thought I would give it a go...they are perfect! They immediately became my new favorite jeans! I already bought a second pair!

My niece was getting married 9-21-19 (which she did do) and wanted a western themed wedding with men wearing western shirts which of course had to match color in bridesmaids dresses. I searched the web up one side and down the other helping her find the one she liked.
The Western Company had the one she liked. It's now less than a month before her wedding so I called them and talked to Chris (the owner) and he was fantastic. He mailed it out immediately and I received it in 5 days all the way from Colorado to Ohio.
I rushed the shirt to my niece for her to give her fiance and low and behold it was too big! I called and talked to Chris again and he said he would get a smaller size out right away and if I had any questions to call back and ask for Dillon because he was going to be out of town.
Dillon called the next day and told me it was shipped to be on the look out for it and call back if I had any questions.
Now I ask you if you've ever been treated as well as I was? These two men and their company rank #1 in my book and I would highly recommend them and the company to anyone and everyone! Kudos to them and a huge THANK YOU!!!! My niece had the wedding of her dreams thanks to them.

If you value your money don't shop here. Long story short; I bought a pair of boots. I found the boots that arrived where not accurately depicted on the website. When I asked for the hassle free refund I was promised I was ignored, jerked around, and not listened to as this company did everything they could to steal as much of my refund as they could keep for themselves. These aren't good people. They don't act in good faith. Avoid them at all costs.

I just received my beautiful Old West boots today, just as the order/shipment notice noted I would. Excited since first finding your company online, then finding the most beautiful boot that was a birthday present to myself, with money received from a very good friend who knew I'd be hesitant to splurge this year, given the times,I found the sale price almost too good to believe and too difficult to pass up!!! I know a quality boot when I see one, and now know that the pictures are a true depiction of the actual product. From the moment I picked up the package off my porch, and knowing boot/shoes (leather) for as long as I've been wearing them... knew immediately from the weight of the box...these were going to be the real deal. I pulled them out of the box, smelled that familiar and fragrant real leather smell, laid eyes on them, and it was love at second sight; the first being the moment I saw them on the company's website. I pulled them out of each bag, took the cardboard out of them, and slipped them on, bare feet and all. This is the first time I've ever put my feet into boots that were this perfect right out of the gate. The fit is perfect, the leather soft and comfortable...inside and out, without the need to "break them in," like I've always bad to do in the past. It is like I sent in a mold of my feet, and they were custom designed just for me. I turned 66 years young, and I have never experienced boot perfection like I did today! Like the old asying, "she died with her boots on," it conjures up the emotional context of just that. Pure heaven. Only I don't plan on going any time soon. I've got plans for these beauties. Its going to be difficult to take these boots off! Like a fine leather glove for the foot. Thanks guys!!! You gave me something to be excited about during these difficult, and challenging, times. Can't wait to show 'em off. For anyone wondering about size... stick to the boot size you most frequently order! Usually a half size up from a closed shoe size.
