The communication process is frustrating because the only option you have when you call is to leave a message and email communication is almost nil, HOWEVER, once I had the information they needed, I was able to leave that in my final voice message and was immediately given a full refund. SO....persistence and diligence does pay off with these guys and hopefully they will become more fully staffed so their customer service will improve. I prefer to work with smaller businesses, I hope this one survives.
My experience with with customer service has been very frustrating. When I call, I can't hold for someone, I'm only given the choice of leaving a message. I've been playing phone tag for three weeks now and getting a response from email is neither timely or productively.
I had to return an item that was the wrong size. It cost me $30. I sent it back Fed Ex over two weeks ago and have yet to receive a refund. In the meantime some idiot decided to send it to me again! I found the same item at Sheplers for $20 less and when I call them I actually spoke to a human being within minutes.
I wish I could recommend this "scrappy little company" but my experience has being completely negative.
