Mercy Maricopa Intergrated Care - had a Nurse practiconer at our clinic @ La Fontera on Jefferson Street which serves at risk vulnerable population of chronically homeless individuals with SMI (Serious Mental Illness). The NP was abruptly reassigned leaving dozens of patients without a primary medical provider. From what I understand there is no replacement medical provider to replace her. Leaving patients here hanging and scrambling to find a new providers. Not having a medical provider co=located at this clinic breaks the "intergration of care model" which is critically important to our community - it would have greatly improved health outcomes for people who are generally underserved by Mercy Maricopa, society and the medical establishment generally speaking . Very sad state of affairs, one that is having a negative impact on people.

Hiring people who just got fired from a daycare due to negligence. Good job.

Called to explain how serious it was that I get some diabetic medical supplies approved, and was transferred to a suicide hotline instead of being helped. All I told them was that i could die without my medical supplies.

My insurance company has intentionally deprived me of basic medical care I have a fractured vertibrate my spinal cord is being contacted by a vertibrate disk I suffer every single day at the hands of this company please see the associated pictures
