Dr. Wu and her staff were very professional and it was a pleasure experiencing a not so pleasant procedure with her. Excellent doctor!

Prevention is important. That said patients need to be informed. I did not find Dr. Wu to be very informative or helpful. She immediately pushed for me to get a colonoscopy when I went in for clear symptoms of hemorrhoid's. She did not even inform me as to why I needed to do this procedure. After I completed the test she indicated oh yeah your bleeding was due t hemorrhoid's and did not give me any suggestions to improve my condition. I was 39 at the time no family history of colon cancer. I am NOT saying precautions should not be taken, but more information needs to be provided to the patient, before pushing a procedure.

I will be having my second procedure with Dr. Wu. The staff were friendly and helpful. I had all of my questions answered which put me at ease prior to a colonoscopy.

It s a shame that people have rated this office so low. This is especially considering the face that I have been seeing Doctor Ansher for almost a year now and the experience has been pleasant through and through. He s the first doctor to give me the time of day and make me feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel for my gastrointestinal condition. The staff has also been very pleasant the entire time.

It s also worth noting that my mother and I have both done diagnostic procedures here in the comfort of their facility where they also have an anesthesiologist as a partner. Much less daunting than going to the surgery center of a hospital and much less costly. It s the first practice I ve come across that offered it as an option and the staff was once again, very pleasant and Doctor Ansher was patient the entire time we were asking questions.

I don't know what is going on but the type of service and experience I am receiving to make an appointment is not what it was like before. I called so many times to make an appointment and had a long waiting time to speak to a person. Six times they told me simeone will call me back to make the appointment and didn't receive any call at all. One time one of the ladies told me to send her an email with a insurance card and call back number. I did that no call. I called about a week after and they told me they will call me back. Again no body called, but about a week later I received an appointment and prescription paper by mail. Which had a wrong birth date and didn't even ask if that time or date would work for me. By this time I have already found made an appointment with another doctor's office.
After this experience I can not trust them to perform the proper medical procedures. I suggest you do the same.

Worst doctor i have ever delt with. All they want is money and more money. I wont be coming back here EVER.

I'm a relatively new patient of Dr Hurleys but I have had a great experience with him and his practice. The admin there are super helpful and responsive and Dr. Hurley is one of the most attentive physicians I've seen in a while. He is thoughtful about the treatment and communicates very effectively. Super thankful to have stumbled upon the practice.

First, the desk staff have been phenomenal, friendly and comforting but that s where it ends. The doctors I have dealt with make me feel like I m just a number and are not listening to my concerns. I m beyond frustrated. I feel like I have to figure this out on my own, like I m the doctor. Definitely would NOT recommend.

This review is for Amanda Lawton the NP, Dr. Ansher, and his nursing staff. I have had nothing but positive things to say about this place. I've had a lot of weight loss lately and recently had a colonoscopy and endoscopy with them. Both of these doctors are very kind and have a great bedside manner. I have really felt awful lately and they haven't brushed me off as just having anxiety or being a "hormonal woman". I really feel like they are trying to get to the bottom of why I've been feeling so run down and weak. Highly recommend going here.

Dr Wu is very professional and caring. Though some of the front desk staff could use re-traing on professionalism and courteousness in the work place, Dr Wu did 2 procedures each on my husband and myself leaving us feeling nothing but complete trust in her abilities.

Extremely rude receptionist. If the doctors are good at their practice, then they should consider replacing the receptionist as they will lose potential clients.

Great experience with Dr. Wu. She was informative and helpful when it came to having a procedure done. The receptionist is extraordinarily rude though. Dr. Wu alone would get 5/5 in my book, but the receptionist is going to have me looking for a new doctor.

I had a different experience. The people working the desk in the front were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. The doctor I saw was brilliant and personable, a rare thing to find both in a doctor. The person handling scheduling of procedures was reassuring and detail oriented. She made sure that I had everything in line for the procedure. I know what to expect and what to do before and after.

After waiting 20 days, they cancelled my appointment for no reason! disgusting.The most horrible costumer service ever . A bunch of psychics answers phone calls which has nothing to do with things like respect.
