Very nice accomadations. Each room is a suite, from moderate to luxurious. Many restaurants to choose from if you are not on a budget. Only drawback is that you must walk through the casino to get to room elevators.

I have stayed in hundreds of different hotels but this was one of the best experiences ever. They have put so much thought in every detail which as a guest makes you feel well taken care off. It is a huge hotel but it is not a problem at all. The room was spotless and it was magnificent to watch the sunrise through the panorama window in the room.

One of the best hotel in Vegas. Beautiful suite and great customer service: nothing was a problem.
Great choice of restaurants, fantastic spa and pool area.
Bring a travel kettle with your own tea bags and don't forget to buy water outside of the hotel.
Highly recommend

My husband and I recently stayed here and we were nothing but impressed! The room was so spacious and updated! The quality and attention to detail around every corner, really sets this hotel apart from others. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be back.

Great casino! Very clean and not very smokey. The staff is very friendly and polite. I do wish that the drinks were worth it though. They come around very infrequently making the drink situation even worse. I will be back though.

Palazzo is still my favorite hotel to stay at during my visit to Vegas. Rooms are spacious and always clean. Everything from coffee, to food, to getting your ride share or taxi is really convenient. Casino is big. I wish their food court had a little more selection like the venetian but no biggie. I'll take the coffee and juice bar conveniently by the elevator over it.

This possibly is the best hotel casino in Las Vegas, possibly in USA. The property is huge and has many amazing restaurants, this is the sister property to vinnetian, whose architecture is based on Venice italy. And both the hotels are connected and also has a little canal with gandolas for rides.
The shoppes at grand canal are plenty from food to shopping. The casinos have very good air conditioning units to take care of all the smoke in the casino.

The hotel is beautiful and the lobby is very inviting. Eddie gave us excellent service at the checkin desk. He was very helpful in accommodating our needs. The room is equally amazing!! I can't wait to check out the spa tomorrow.

My favorite hotel on the strip. The rooms are spacious and the location is perfect. Very central to both north and south side of the strip. The stores and restaurants are pretty good as well. On a hot summer day, you can go check out the pool and do shopping/eating all inside. Same for a chilly day, stay indoors there is plenty to do here!

Beautiful hotel and great rooms! Not too smokey of a casino room. Registration is quick, you do have to walk through the casino to get to your room. Security check before getting on the elevator, which is a nice feature so don't forget your room key card. Clean resort too. No coffee in the rooms but you do get two free Starbucks coffee.

Rooms were exactly as advertised. The entire hotel is amazing, quite, and has great pools to chose from. My wife and I upgraded to the Prestige level, switching from the Venetian to the Palazzo giving us access to the Prestige lounge. Breakfast was great, as was the nightly open bar, but the nightly appraiser selection was very underwhelming. Overall, best placed we've stayed at in Vegas so far.

Not pleased at all. We came for our anniversary (the second time we've spent our anniversary at this hotel but will be the last one). Not made to feel special at all. Room ok (needs updating and color) bed was hard. Auto curtains didn't close all the way and the air started not cooling (it was fixed quickly however). Had to call to get our room cleaned and for toiletries. If you sleep in past 10 they skip your room and its 4 or 5 PM before they come back or they skip it all together unless u call. Minibar is ridiculous so everyone walks to Walgreens and buys a cooler and drinks for room unless u want to pay $25 a day for a fridge. No vending machines on floors. All pools are not open and they are very crowded. Prices for drinks at pool are ridiculously overpriced ($28 for one pina colada is a little much!). They said we had free breakfast every day but we found out it was only a grab and go at 2 different places until 11 and u could get an yogurt or a pastry and that was about it. We never even bothered with it. There were 2 earthquakes and the hotel never even acknowledged them. A hotel person made us leave and go down the stairs and out of hotel when 2nd one happened but no one told us anything so we went back to room and hoped it was ok. The whole building was moving and our lights were swaying back and forth. No safety updates or anything was even mentioned!! Last trip to this hotel. So disappointed!!

Beautiful hotel. I have stayed here numerous times. Did not remember the casino being quite as smokey in the past. It would be nice if they had a smoke free area near the entrance to the elevators. Honestly I gambled way less because if this. I know smokers love it and the states have become very smoke free. And that's why smokers go to Vegas. But this is a very prestigious hotel and I would love some area that is smoke free. Pool area is beautiful. Took advantage of the prestige level. That was great as usual.

This hotel will wow you. The architecture is amazing. It was definitely a sight to see. The room was beautiful. I stayed in a luxury suite. I m a huge fan of the sunken living room. Whatever you do though, don t touch the items in the mini fridge unless you want the item. We almost got a huge scare. They will bill you for the items, so be careful. All the staff was really nice. Overall this hotel gets 5 stars.

One of the better casino/hotels on the Strip. Well laid out. The slots are not set too near each other. The rooms are spacious, clean comfortable, and well appointed. We generally eat at the Lux Cafe (sic), and the food and service here are always top notch. I'd give this place 5 stars if I'd have better luck here.

Good size rooms. Pool area is great but get there early for a seat and expect to wait on drinks. Brittan was a huge help but seemed to be the only one working the pool. And when we asked others for help we were rudely ignored. The service was good but not outstanding. If you stay here definitely check out Mott 32 and Jake at the Pai Gow table as they were a highlight.

Best hotel to stay in Vegas. The suite we had was spectacular with separate living room area and bird s eye view of Las Vegas Blvd. The bed was like sleeping on the softest cloud. The bathroom and shower were superb and the staff were simply always friendly and accommodating! I love visiting the restaurants in the hotel and really enjoyed the blackjack table (maybe a little too much). Everyone was helpful and made our stay memorable. Staying here is a must every trip to Vegas; you just can t get any better than this. Perfect! 10/10 in my book.

Everything, and I do mean everything, is super expensive. Be ready to pay the light bill out here when you come. It was disappointing during the marathons because half the city was blocked off. Even uber drivers were looking for backroads to get around all the closures. The Palazzo was an upgrade to the scheduled Venetian Hotel.

BE SURE TO HIDE A 20$ BILL FOLDED UNDER YOUR CREDIT CARD. THEY WILL AS A COURTESEY ASK YOU IF YOU NEED CHANGE. TELL THEM NO AND THEY WILL SEE IF THEY CAN UPGRADE YOUR ROOM.

I love this place! When we first stayed there many years ago, I fell in love with their large rooms and smaller boutique style feel yet still easy access to the bigger casino perks of being connected to the Venetian. You never get lost from your friends in the casino and they have all of my favorite games. There are so many wonderful restaurant choices that you can't possibly try them all in one trip. The shopping is amazing, too. Canyon Ranch is onsite, too!

Or start was shakey, but we finished strong. We had the Queen Bella suite. The first one was technologically challenged. It also came with a terrible view. I had to physically inform the front desk who was able to change us to another site the next day. The next sure we great and the rest of our stay was great. Breakfast at the Prestige lounge was awesome! Brunch at Lavo was super fun!

Hotel is overall excellent and the staff are very nice and always helpful. The problem we had was with the beds. Between the two rooms we stayed in the beds were very uncomfortable and made an otherwise great experience fairly miserable. The rooms are outstanding in every other way and way bigger than any other Vegas hotel I've stayed in. The bed is just too important to have it be that uncomfortable.

Met our cousin at the Palazzo and was looking for the champagne bar but it was gone so we tried Electra. They had good music and I tried three different cocktails starting with the charging station which had cold brew. All cocktails were tasty.

This is by far the most poorly run business in Las Vegas. Not resort, business. Their check in process is by far the worst in Vegas. Our room was not ready when we checked in (which was understandable as we arrived early) so we checked our bags with luggage services. Our luggage was lost and when it was finally found, a laptop was broken. The staff at Palazzo was extremely unprofessional forcing us to speak to multiple groups of people including Luggage Services, Security and Risk Management. Risk Management being by far the worst to deal with making me re-tell my story multiple times.

Will never stay here again and have made sure I have let as many people know how poorly this resort is operated.

If I were the General Manager of this property, I would resign and provide someone else an opportunity to make it right!

Very very nice suite. Large rooms with a step down living area. TVs in the bath, bed and living area. Hotel is attached to the large shopping area. Here you can find restaurants, bars, and high end shopping. Service is top notch. Note, prices of everything is $$$. Shop wisely.

The Palazzo is a great choice to make when staying in Vegas. It has all the amenities you would want from restaurants, bars, pools, shopping, and gaming.

The client services are amazing, and the hotel staff customer service top notch.

Being central on the strip, everything is in close proximity and easy to get to.

Definitely recommend!

The rooms at the Palazzo are a good size and have a very nice bathroom. I enjoy the many different restaurant options at the resort. The pool deck is large with several pools. I also like the mall around the canal. The casino is also very large and has every gaming option. Overall, this hotel offers everything you could want.

Took them far too long to get our rooms ready, wasted so much of our first day. It was a shame because I used to love this hotel but this past experience just wasn't up to my previous standards. I also did their email review and requested to be contacted back but still have not heard anything. Will not be staying here again

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The staff very helpful and accommodating. Checkin was fast and easy. The hotel room was like none other I have visited. The decor was beautiful, bed comfortable and the room size was huge. The food was the best. I was there celebrating my 50th birthday and had dinner at Lavo, there's not enough words to express how I felt. The staff from check in until we left for the night were superb. I truly felt like royalty. The food, oh my, was delicious, family style dining with the best ambiance mixed with good music made for the best 50th birthday. Memories that will last for a lifetime. Thanks

Easy to access from the main strip. Free, self parking which is awesome. So far the rooms are very clean and well laid laid out. It would be 5 stars except for 2 minor inconveniences. 1. The bed we are in is a Cali King, so my feet tend to hang off the end when I stretch. Not a super big deal, but worth noting. 2. No fridge to keep anything in. They do have a mini fridge that has your typical "pick an item up and you're charged for it". What this means is that all items have a sensor under them and if it detects you picked an item up, whether you use it or not, you are charged for it. Prices aren't cheap either. The shower is a bit small for 2 people, but not terrible. Nice big tvs in the room if you want to watch them. One in front of the bed, 1 in the living room area, and 1 small one in the bathroom. Also the toilet is tucked away in its own little room, so after drinking all night, it can help hide your shame. Overall, I'd stay here again.

Palazzo just got a new makeover. Looks great! I really don't even recognize it. I've always preferred this place over the Wynn. It's just as nice, but not as stuffy. Plenty of expensive shops, high end restaurants, and hot slots here. Wonderful place to sight see as well. I'll be back real soon.

This place is definitely top notch with Elegance at its best. Probably the safes place in Vegas. You never have to leave. I enjoyed three days of workout at both of their fitness center and 4 occasions at their various restaurants inside the hotel. I almost forgot to mention my 5 start room. The best things in the room was everything. I sunk in to my bed and got the best sleep a man can ask for. The bathroom was truly royalty with its vanity style decor. GOOD JOB GUYS!

Would definitely recommend this resort. Great location, wonderful facility and the room was amazing. Right from the get go Cezlyn at check-in was awesome. Very kind and fixed our reservation to accommodate my family despite booking the room on an alternate hotel website. Many hotels don t do that. Thanks Cezlyn.
Would definitely stay here on our next stay.
