Top quality hotel on the Strip. Great service and even the most "basic" rooms are still large and luxurious. Huge array of dining options, great staff in every department I encountered. The resort fees are higher than other Strip hotels, but I've always felt like a valued guest.

The Palazzo is always my number choice to a hotel! It clean amazing, welcoming, and spectacular! In every aspect the room are suites. The 5 star restaurants are all with incredible choices for everyone! Also the quick service while playing slots is really really good! Over all I think this 5 diamond resort is beautiful and elegant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience a supreme service!

Beautiful hotel. Staff is wonderful. Definitely would recommend paying the extra to use the Prestige Lounge. Mary was our server and she was absolutely fantastic. I honestly wanted to be at our hotel more than all the tourist destinations. The suites are gorgeous and housekeeping always was great. Our room was always pristine and they were always friendly. I would recommend to all.

SketchMyEvent Artist was at Palazzo!!! This is definitely better Hotel on the Las Vegas strip. Hotel has great Italian restaurant in the hotel and some good shops which leads you to the canals of the Veniatian hotel which is so good. You good be eating in a look a like St. Michael s Square with entertainment and having coffee and gelato. If you like to relax by the pool, you can use the pallazo & the Veniatian pool & jucuzzi. I think their is around 8 large pools so you will always find space to relax. The Palazzo hotel is just a walk over the bridge to the Fashion Mall for more shops and you may get views of the Mirage hotel valcano exploding at 8pm to 11pm. I definitely recommend staying here

Huge place with some very good rooms. For an Indian travelling to US, the service could have been better. You will get plenty of food options inside and the nearby places. There is a Walgreens just outside the hotel and that is a big Savior.

The Palazzo occupies a large swath of land joined with an earlier built 3000-room Venetian both owned by Sands, connected to Wynn and the Fashion Mall (with the likes of Nieman Marcus) in the north and to the Mirage to the West, by separate foot bridges.

A suite has a luxurious bathroom, a super comfortable sleeping area and a modern living area. Mine happened to be overlooking a golf course at Wynn very soothing to the eye, in the early morning and at sunset.

Enjoyed the stay tremendously.

First time in Las Vegas, business trip for 5 days....

First time in Las Vegas, business trip for 5 days. I had a Luxurious Suite Double 3x Queensize Beds. The room was clean, the facilities are what you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The service is good, the staff was polite and helped me with all my questions.
No coffee / tea on my room, that was a pity. The service was not outstanding because of the unpersonal touch and mass approach. I had a very bad view, my room was on a lower floor and I had view on a wall the hotel.
Plenty of options to get entertainment, shop and gamble. The hotel is directly next to the Strip, so it easy to stroll from your hotel to other places on the Strip.
In most of the hotels, all gambling areas are smoking areas. Hotels have large oxigen machines and very good air-ventilation systems, so your clothes will not smell most of the times and plenty of oxygen so no worries. In the Palazzo (as in most of the hotels at the Strip) you have to pass through the gambling areas to go outside, which I found negative.

Alltogether my stay was a positive experience and I recommend this hotel.
Relevant note: I was on a business trip and did not pay for my stay as my employer pays for these stays.

Enjoyed our stay here. Very nice rooms. Decent restaurant offerings. Not as busy as some of the other places in the area, which could be a good thing or bad thing depending on what you're looking for in Vegas. Would stay here again if the deal/price was right, but will probably stay elsewhere on the next trip.

This place was amazing! It's extremely clean and is constantly being sanitized by staff, who are beyond friendly, helpful and professional. I would definitely stay there again anytime I'm back in Vegas.

Excellent staff, very helpful overall. Suites with the view are definitely worth the extra price. Magnificent views of city lights and the mountains. Great variety of fantastic restaurants. Shopping area has good choice of upscale boutiques.

Nice interior and a beautiful hotel. . Much like the others hotel in the area. . But service is terrible. We asked someone about a certain machines availability and we were told, Sorry, I m not ins the slot area so I can t help you there .. would it have been possible to put us in touch with someone who could help us? several staff members were snobby based on our outfits not knowing that we are platinum and president members for station casino s and very regular gamblers. . Unless you have a diamond skirt or a Rolex watch go elsewhere. I know we will be

When it comes to the Palazzo, I didn't expect anything less than superb, and it completely delivered. The moment you pull into the main entrance, you know you're in for something truly exceptional. As you make your way inside, you can't help but be taken aback by how grand and marvelous it is. The suites are incredibly spacious and elegant. The staff were all pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Highly, highly recommended.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE.
I am disappointed. You think you Pay a lot of money to be in a safe place.
I get robbed, i call reception and security for help. Only thing they do is giving me a police number that is even not available over the weekend.
They have cameras everywhere and they could find or catch them very easy. If you dont want to get robbed stay away from this place. That was the first and last time I stayed here. Actually is zero stars but I had to give at least 1 star to enter my review.

Very beautiful place, must stay here if your in Vegas for a couple of nights. This is the luxury suits and they are very compelling. It makes you feel right at home. The Shoppes are incredible they have everything you need to shop for. They have fantastic food too. I would recommend trying the Italian food and a place called Black Tap craft burgers. Amazing you want to go again and again.

Very poor customer experience - accepted for a room upgrade during check in. But in fact, it's a room farther from shops, room size pretty much similar (apologies - I mistakenly thought it's a real room class upgrade) and with a strip view (but the Palazzo has not much strip view - now I know as I can only see the Trump). Rates charged are 50% more. The point is the current room rates in hotel website is even cheaper. Best price guarantee is not helpful at all as they think it's 'different' (i.e. higher level and the strip view) and they don't care... I don't mind paying more for my honeymoon but please provide accurate info and not ripping off people at check in. Perhaps this is the largest hotel in LV they don't really care as first time comer will join anyway. Go to somewhere that the hotel care about you. Thank you for ruin my honeymoon trip, well done, Venetian.

Quality hotel with few flaws.

Quality hotel with few flaws.
The room furnishings, size and layout is excellent. Service is equally good. However; the lack of in room mini fridge, coffee maker or kettle is extremely annoying. There is a mini fridge in the room but it's called a "refreshments centre" full of different type of drinks. So be very careful as anything taken out of it results in immediate charges to your credit card, (electronic tracking). Again very annoying as you have to call the front desk and someone has to come to your room to verify the contents of the fridge. The pool is quite busy all the time especially in the morning hours till late lunch. Everything, as in all Las Vegas is extremely expensive, beer in the bar on the strip US$19!!!!!! Insane, I have never seen such prices anywhere, and we travel quite extensively every year, especially Europe. For me this visit is definitely first and last. Don't understand why come here to see fake, cheese and extremely overpriced "attractions" if I can see the real thing for much less. If you want to be a voluntary milk cow this place and all Las Vegas is for you.

Hands down the best food, best rooms, best staff and overall best gambling on the strip. My wife and me come here 2 to 4 times a year and I will never stay any where else. This place ROCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!100 stars in my eyes.

One if the finer properties in Las Vegas. As an Ambassador member of IHG Intercontinental resorts I am afforded additional perks. All suites, great restaurants like Morel's and Lavo, French and Italian respectively. And a beautiful, high energy casino.

The check-in process was smooth and quick. The concierge was very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us a connecting room. My group was on the 6th floor and Pl fed conveniently near the elevator. The rooms were clean, quiet, and adequately stocked with anything I needed. Room service was quick and hotel employees quickly delivered the items I asked for. The pool was a good temperature with plenty of seating area around the pool. Food court was unfortunately further than expected but was no more than a ten minute walk around the venetian canals. Overall, great experience and would come again.

My home away from home! Love this place. The rooms are great, valet is free, easy walking to the Wynn buffet. They have not had great payouts for a while which is a bummer and forcing me to visit other places for entertainment. They have gotten rid of a bunch of great machines and recently added 3 new bars to the floor. Catering more towards the younger crowds. The spa is great! A more expensive place to stay if you don't get comped rooms, but I would think it would still be worth it. Love this place!

This was my first time staying here and my experience was amazing. While the Hotel, shops and restaurants are great, it was the great service you get at every turn.

I cannot say enough about the customer service they provide at every level, GREAT SERVICE EVERYONE!

I believe the Pallazo is the best hotel/resort on the Las Vegas strip, from the bell hop/valet to housekeeping they make you feel welcome. The amenities, pools, restaurants, shopping and casino will give you cause to not even venture out of the hotel

Great hotel and casino. Whether you're a visitor or a local, this place has something for you. It's always one place I look forward to when I visit Vegas. You can't miss it on the strip. If you need directions inside stop by any desk and ask, I've always had friendly people help me. I love it here.

A Great hotel with friendly staff. Great town great restaurants. Plus the grand canal shoppes are pretty cool. The Gondola rides are cool too. The Avengers station attraction is across the street. The Station is kinda outdated. I Would not recommend.
But with the central location on the strip. and a huge pool deck. This place is ideal for the Las Vegas tourist who wants to relax on the Vegas strip and have fun.

Amazing rooms. Connection to the Grand Canal Shoppes is awesome. Good location. Very high quality for the price. However I must warn you: stay away from extra charges to your room. A bag of nuts and a water bottle can set you back almost $20. Get snacks, water, and your booze at Walgreens.

It's a nice place but not as nice as the Venetian. Massive in size when you combine with the Venetian , so be prepared for lots of walking. Not so easy to navigate. Lots of shopping and restaurants.

excellent stay at the Bella suites-this is definitely one of the best rooms for a bunch of friends. Easily can fit in 4 people. As an intercon ambassador--upgraded automatically, welcome fruit platter and free water. Staying at the Palazzo was ideal for good restaurants-Sushisamba, Delmonico, etc and shops.

We had an amazing stay at this property. The food was so great and the ppol was amazing. The property had great systems in place as far as COVID19 preparedness. All staff had masks, hand sanitizer stations everywhere in the property and I felt safe. The suite was immaculate! Thank you for an amazing stay!

Stayed here this Past weekend for the first time and LOVED the hotel. So worth it for the price, room are so beautiful and beds are comfortable.
ONLY CON is they charge once you remove an item from the mini fridge so even if you take your own items you may need to take a cooler or request them to empty it out for a fee. I was charged but I contacted them and told them I was unaware of this charge and they refunded me. I would still recommend this hotel and stay here again. !

Beautiful hotel, great rooms. The breakfast on floor 23 is great, and the staff are all very nice. The only downside is the cigarette smoke on the first floor. Yuck. And if you stay indoors and on the strip too long, you start to feel like a hamster in a cage.

Rarely do I give 5 stars but this hotel/casino was near perfection. A huge Plus for us was the free parking. There's tons to do inside without spending a single Cent. The gondolas are very nice site as well as a ceiling architecture. Staff is very very friendly and very helpful when it comes to navigating through the casino and hotel. The casino and tables are very large and buy-ins are not too high. Cocktail waitresses are very attentive but on a busy night you might have to wait a while. There are occasional free shows happening in the courtyard area such as small plays or singing. There are a decent amount of shops and stores but they are on the pricey side and more luxurious. Overall this is a must visit hotel and casino simply because it's free and it's so large of spend so much time walking around just gazing at how beautiful it is.

First time staying at the Palazzo. And I definitely will be back. Rooms are nice and spacious. Hotel has convenient shopping and dining. Close proximity to outside dining and mall within walking distance.

We had to wait 100 mins for the room service.
My colleague was sick and she wanted to have a hot water but there was no tea pot, we asked one but they said we need to pay 17~19? USD just for that. So we called to concierge if we can have one cup of hot water but they said we need to wait 90 mins for that.
We felt very frustrated. Felt really sick but Vegas is just too big for just finding a cup of hot water in the midnight. But it's totally fine because that's how Vegas usually is and also it was during the CES. Can imagine how busy they were but wish they could have been more available.
Room somehow keep smelling like a food or something greasy. Maybe because of the ventilation. Other than that, room was nice and spacious, staffs are usually very kind, especially those staffs in prestige lounge, 23rd floor. Always very welcoming and kind.

100 . . . 17 ? 19 . 90 ........ CES . . . . 23 . . . CES .

Beautiful hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful at all hours. The casino was well lit and well ventilated so didn't seem too smoky. I loved the pool. So much to do between the Palazzo and the Venetian.

The room was absolutely beautiful! I loved the automatic curtains and the bathroom was lovely. It had it's own vanity so I could get ready without taking over the bathroom. I love how this hotel is connected to the Venetian. That way you can visit two places without having to go in the heat (in summer). At the Venetian, they have a delicious small bakery that's a must try! The pools were nice and the staff is very kind. This can easily be my family's top top to stay in Vegas.

The Palazzo is as wonderful as always. Service is understated and top notch. Unlike many of the high end hotels on the strip, they still provide me a humidifier at my request. When attending an event at the Sands, Palazzo is far and away the best choice.

The Palazzo is our favorite place to stay in Vegas! Huge rooms, great pools, tons of restaurants to choose from. We love The Aquatic Club if it's open, for 30-50 year old people that don't want an actual day club or lame regular pool. Buddy V's never disappoints. And there's a brand new Starbucks right at the entrance to the elevator bank. They're really fast and efficient! We will definitely be back many times.

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite was so beautiful and comfortable. Everything was made for us to relax. The location was pretty good if you don't mind walking a but to get to other areas on the strip. The shops inside were of a good assortment but most pricey, though I am not that surprised about that at all. The only thing I didn't care for was being roped into a free sample where the staff wouldn't back off until I bought something, and then they hide the price from me and it was almost $1000.00. Now granted, I know that I am the stupid one for buying without seeing a price, but I felt super pressured. This ruined my last day in Vegas as there were no returns. It was just a very dirty sales trick and I didn't appreciate it. Without this incident I would give the hotel 5 stars.

Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect that it prompted me to write a review like this.
Hotels make mistakes with bookings, I respect that. But after spending 2 hours on the phone, only to end up back at the hotel front desk was a little odd.
From here, you would think that someone face to face would see that I had made no error, had paid in full, and sort out the rooms... but no, it was implied that I was lying.
Imaginably I was somewhat annoyed by then and basically told that I could always find another hotel. I could, but I had paid for the rooms in full.
Hotels are made by their staff and the service. This one has failed.

The Palazzo has great rooms with separate living area, sleeping area and bathroom. It is indeed a luxury hotel in the middle of the strip. Service was very good from check-in, to clean comfortable rooms and lots of areas to explore in the complex. You can walk to many others venues from this complex if you want but there was plenty of places for eating, gambling or shopping without going outside.

I want to give the Palazzo a perfect review, but we were awakened by a drunk woman @ 2 am, and she wouldn t leave (thinking our suite was her room even though we told her 5 times; security had to be called) Later, I was severely harassed by a random woman @ the pool because she wanted the lounge I was sitting in. She said she was saving it for her friends; however, I spoke to the people who were leaving the chairs before I sitting down and they were not coming back. When you pay so much, you d think there would be a more pleasant crowd.

It was such a amazing experience. Worth the trip. The suites are extraordinary and impressive. I wished my room was a bit cleaned out though. When I entered there was a swimsuit bra and sewing needled laying on random draws.

I've been to Venice, and this isn't it....however, for a Las Vegas facsimile, it's a whole lot of fun. The Palazzo hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are luxurious, spacious, and very, very comfortable. I believe there's something like 50 restaurants in the complex with the Venetian, and an excellent shopping area. Always enjoy our stays and recommend it to friends and family.

We reserved Venetian, but they ran out of non smoking rooms so we were upgraded to Palazzo instead. Palazzo is definitely much better than Cesar's Palace given it is newer. They are both similiar in design, but Palazzo is much more spacious with a living room area. The insulation is better as well. It is also very quiet and not crowded if that's what you prefer.
