Extremely Disappointed with the service that is provided at the Venetian/Palazzo.

Guests beware, especially if invited to stay on a complimentary basis through a promotion. While the reason for the promotion is clear - to have you spend money at the casino - one would expect the loyalty team to honor the promotion terms and conditions and award the promotion at the end of a guest's stay.

Unfortunately, the loyalty staff will do whatever in their power to deny the promotion benefit at the end of the stay, regardless if you met the criteria or not. When the staff was challenged and asked about the terms of the promotion and how they are met, none of the staff could comment, only decline the promotion.

Very poor experience from a long standing customer that tends to spend $8,000-$10,000 in casino play per stay. One would expect a little better service to try and bring me back again...

Well, the Wynn will enjoy my play and stays going forward!
