Great hotel. Very nice, all facilities are extremely clean. Rooms are spacious. The reason for four stars is because there is no in room coffee.

Aa-mazing! It's been awhile with all the newer property's poping up. But I'll be back as it's super clean and that matters to us!
One of the best hotels in Las Vegas ..
Newer than the Venetian but the Venetian is closer to the Strip !!
We booked a room at the Venetian but upon check in they moved us to The Palazzo. They stated that the room they had for us at the Venetian had a view of a crane, due to construction, and by moving to the Palazzo we would have a view of the strip.
Our view is great in our room. Shortly after arriving in our room my husband almost stepped on a knife from a multi-tool left on the floor from previous occupants. Scary and disturbing- immediately I questioned how thorough they are in cleaning a room. A few minutes later housekeeping knocked on the door and asked us for dirty dishes- in a room we just arrived too?
The beds- comfortable
The temperature in the room fluctuates between hot and cold.
We were on the 39th floor. I will say that getting to our room is a process. You check in at the front desk and walk through the casino to the bank of elevators. You need a room key to access the elevator bank. The first time we left and came back to the hotel it was a 20 minute process due to our keys not working and us having to go to the front desk to have new keys made. The front desk was not as friendly or apologetic as I would have liked.
The Venetian- Palazzo is grand and overall we enjoyed ourselves.
The Palazzo is definitely a 5 star Las Vegas resort. Amazing high end rooms with great views. Spa and fitness center are top notch. I've eaten at most of the restaurants in the Palazzo and Venetian (connected) and can't think of a bad experience I've had. I don't care much for the Canal shops and small food court.
Beautiful place to stay. Everything is set up very easy. Very safe place. The rooms are amazing. Great views from the rooms. The casino is very clean with a lot of options. You do not smell the smoke. I will see tonight how well the machines pay out!
Beautiful hotel and casino. Will definitely be back. There is a sports book, steakhouse and tons of shopping in here. Reasonably priced rooms. You can also get to the Venetian without going outside. Overall a wonderful hotel to stay at while in Las Vegas.
Amazing hotel. Great service, beautiful aesthetics decor. We had an amazing view and the pools were so relaxing. The best part is that it is extremely clean and it connects to the Venetian. Would definitely come back to be a guest.
Started out with reservations at The Venetian and with construction we got upgraded to Premier staying at The Palazzo and it was amazing! We had a spectacular view of the strip and the continental breakfast, appetizers, and cocktails were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again on our next vacation to Las Vegas!
Stayed here for the 2nd time great potion on the strip lovely rooms and hotel
I don't like staying in hotels in Las Vegas much. I always feel that I'm getting gouged. But The Palazzo, even though its not cheap, seems to be a great value for the room rate. I mean, come on. How can you not love a totally opulent suite with marble in the bath, seperate water closet, oversized tub, and roomy shower. That's just the beginning. Floor to ceiling windows, step down living room, big screen tvs everywhere. I could stay for a month! Oh, and downstairs - some of my favorite restaurants in Las Vegas - Emeril's Steak House, Yard Bird Southern Table, and many more. Such a great property!
Beautiful. Clean. Great service. Had free upgrade to c-suite. View was great.
Great property. Our room in the 24th floor was amazing. Great views and very clean and large suite. Included the breakfast and happy hour. Overall this hotel and The Venetian are the best that Vegas has to offer.
It was better than I expected. Good scenery to take a picture.
They opened late and was very disorganized right after opening. The food is very good, the spaghetti makes it worth the late opening
Nice hotel, free parking, gaming is overpriced with bad player odds, restaurants are overpriced.
Great food and casino tables. I'd have to visit longer before giving a higher rating, but it was a lot of fun. My friend won nearly $500 playing roulette!
Nice luxury hotel with plenty of amenities including high end luxury shopping
Truly exceptional stay. Great service from the moment we checked in at the front desk till we drove out the door. Our room was Modern, luxurious and comfortable. So spacious! We visited several bars and restaurants on site during our stay and they were all wonderful. The highlight of our stay was probably in room service dining at 3 a.m., we told them exactly what we wanted (no menu) and every specific request was met without question! Like a dream, thank you Palazzo
The best hotel I ve stayed at. I was a little disappointed the room doesn t have a mini fridge. They have a mini bar full of drinks (at a cost) but no room to put cool your drinks and food. But other than that, it was perfect.
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our son's wedding. The room could not have been nicer. Huge and luxurious, the bathrooms themselves were vacation away from home. Service was spot-on. We will definitely consider this as a stay another time. Word of warning for those who might be reserving a room, and sure you are aware of the $45 a night Resort fees. They are mandatory and can really Stack Up. There is also a refundable deposit. Be sure and ask reservations about these costs.
First you must be prepared that the hotel services is definitely a few notch below that of other Intercontinental hotels as it was only a affiliated hotel. Calling the concierge is useless. The staff refused to helped me because she "have help to other customers". I wondered what am I to her then. When I asked for her name she actually refused. I have to remind her that it's actually not too difficult to identify her if I wanted to and she suddenly was able to provide assistance to me. Still, the items i requested was not sent to my room.
Most of the staff are clueless about the Intercontinental Ambassador benefits. Eventually I got 2 bottles of water (not 1 bottle more even though my booking was for 3 person), room upgrade (the same room category but with "view") and late check out. Which was a downgrade from when I made the booking in Jan'19.
Second, you need to be prepared that this hotel will try to charge you in every way. For example, the staff quote me $8-10 for a glass of hot water.
Lastly, i advise you to double check your bill. I have spoken to the staff multiple times that the bill was incorrect but the bill presented to me when I check out was still wrong. Monica was visibly unhappy that I reminded her that the bill was not corrected as she said she will before. Not even a goodbye when I left. Great 5 stars hotel service.
But to be fair, the room was spacious, clean and with good view of the Stripe. Which pretty much is the same for all 5 stars hotels in Las Vegas.
Mrs. Helen Brown and her staff is the Best! The Palazzo is a Great Place to stay and with friendly staff as well. Mrs. Brown help my husband plan a great trip and surprise for me once we got to Las Vegas. Beautiful and spacious rooms and close to everything you want!
Rooms and great and staff is warm friendly and very helpful
The most amazing experience that I have ever had in a hotel!
Here for AWS Reinvent. Nice hotel, like the casino floor. Great food options!
Wonderful stay from the front desk Laurel
To the room, environment and everything about our stay was amazing
Great place, great staff and fantastic rooms, Highly recommend!
Excellent room service and food was delicious! The room was gorgeous. Worth the price!
Superb staff! So friendly and welcoming. Excellent security, I feel completely safe staying here with my Mom! Spacious suites, clean and comfortable.
Very clean hotel room, I can stay here for multiple days and feel right at home.
Suites are excellent. Services are awful. Need 40-45 minutes to get anything done. Shopping is very good. Food is excellent. Food Court is good for regular food. one Halal option is available at Curry!
The hotel was amazing. Every staff member was very kind and helpful. I will definitely be back.
The Palazzo has to be experienced! Wow - The amount of time that went into decorating and getting everything prepared impressed all of us ! Decorating for the Chinese new year celebration and recognition is absolutely phenomenal - The colorful combinations of landscape and art is fantastic and awe inspiring!
We probably took about 100 pictures there - All of them are absolutely incredible ! The shops at the palazzo are an experience in themselves! Italian Restaurants, Gondolas rides, Gelato shops, and everything you could think of - it s right there! We keep coming back every single year and always find new things to admire
Just pure awesomeness

Absolutely exceptional and amazing hotel! I will definitely be coming back. We were here for my husbands Birthday and the hotel itself was beautiful. The staff was great, rooms were beautiful, and everyone was so polite and helpful. We had to leave a day earlier than expected and the front desk was able to change our comp night tonight to yesterday which in return left us with a refund coming back to us. We are very pleased with everything overall!
The Palazzo was a very nice hotel indeed. Check in took quite a while, but that s expected with every hotel on the strip. Rooms came standard with Roman curtains and shades, that can be controlled using switches. There are 3 TVs one in the bathroom and one in the living room and the last one in the bedroom section. There is also a mini fridge with the you pickup you pay system. The suite was nicely furnished and came packed with many amenities. Parking here is also free, but you are subject to random trunk inspections. Overall definitely recommend this hotel. The Palazzo is also part of the Venetian, so you get the best of both worlds.
The hotel is nice, except the registrationist doesn't tell you where to access the guest elevators.
Beautiful place inside. Tao beach and nightclub were so fun. no complaints!
Not sure if you could stay in a better place in Vegas. It's truly a cut above the other hotels I've stayed at in Vegas. I highly recommend and I will stay there going forward. Prices are higher but worth it. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
One of the nicest hotels and casinos on the strip. Great gambling. The sports book bar has always been a favorite. Great restaurants. Worth checking out.
Top notch spot in Vegas. Love the pools, the rooms, and all of the shopping options.
Definitely a high-end hotel on the strip. The Palazzo attracts a much more refined clientele than other Vegas strip hotels. Great minibar, lovely top quality furnishings, and a super comfy bed. The rooms are big with sunk in living rooms.
Great hotel. Walking distance from many things to do in Vegas, connected to the Venetian by the Canal malls where you can go on a Gondola ride. The Gondola starts inside the mall and takes you outside to the strip. Overall it's one of the best hotels to stay at in Vegas
My new spot. It's clean, fun, well designed, and surrounded by a ton of options for fun other than gambling.
Beautiful Hotel. There suites are something out of a movie. Just gorgeous.
Awesome hotel with a great Chinese restaurant inside. I literally ate everything on the menu. Spoiler: it was all great. Gained 15 pounds on this trip.
Comfortable accommodations. Great location on the Strip. Only negative was the bad odor in the hallway.
The Palazzo has everything from shopping to gambling...something for everyone! Beautiful place all the way around!
Clean and modern rooms. Motorized shades and drapes were cool. Nice view. Everything about this hotel is nice. We will definitely be back.
I think the only problem we had was that the internet was all over the place. It would fluctuate from
Blazing fast down to nothing.
The Palazzo is arguably the best hotel and casino on the Strip. It is very expensive, but typically worth it. Top of the line restaurants, pools are elegant and not trashy, everything is beautiful, new and clean. Lots of things to do in The Grand Cannal Shoppes and it is also connected to the Venetian. All of the rooms at Palazzo are suites and consistently nice with great views. I've never met a rude staff member. Also, they take care of you if you like to gamble. If you want to stay here for Nee Years you should book your room at least a year in advance.
Great room accommodations! Nearly the same as the rooms a The Venetian except a little more modern and a little more actual room. The parking is free and located in an underground garage. The casino has a great ventilation system considering how it is still legal to smoke inside in Vegas. My clothes don't smell like smoke even after spending 5 hours in the casino area. Minimum blackjack i saw was $15/hand.
Wow. Amazing hotel with great pools and fantastic service. We stayed for a long weekend and had an amazing view of the mountains and partial strip view. The hotel is very clean and was quite busy.
Im a long-time fan of the Wynn but recent events have had me at the Palazzo as well as the Venetian. I love the Palazzo, the casino floor is great, shopping all around and the rooms are excellent. Bonus: their staff is incredible! I give a nod to the valet crew, their security crew as well as the folks at the front desk.
The place was clean and spacious! We had a two queen set that had a pull out bed for the couch which was able to fit two more guests comfortably. We had everything we needed in our room. And the best part, they had the Starbucks right by the guest elevator! The casino area was clean and brightly lit as well. So was the shopping area and dining. Overall a great experience, and would definitely come back again!
Loved the experience! Great place to stay, well located and with a great staff.
The rooms are clean and nice. Usually has great window views, especially in the higher floors. Was much more crowded during the coronavirus than I initially expected. A lot of the stuff was closed early due to the virus but you know the gambling is always 24/7. I like how the hotel connects to the Canal shops and is quite large and luxurious. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms are roomy. The showerheads could be sexier to fit the rest of the rooms but overall, a great hotel. I hope I can come back here when Im older and hang out. The pools are also nice. Dont know why they needed 2 lifeguards per pool though lol
Incredibly beautiful hotel. All the staff I've come in contact with were extremely kind and helpful, no attitude at all! The rooms are huge and the bed is heavenly comfortable! plus the location, the shopping, and restaurant choices are outstanding. Truly lovely hotel!
Great place. I have been there 3 times and no complaints whatsoever. Rooms clean. Restaurants good. For the rest similar to all other major hotels on the strip.
The Venetian/Pallazo was an experience of a lifetime.
The hospitality and professionalism from the concierge to the valet services was superb. Mary Balista made my stay like a dream come true. If you ever want to book at the Venetian/Pallazo please go through many, she will make your stay worth while.
I loved dis hotel by Far the best I've stayed in. awesome and beautiful
We had a beautiful suite room with a king bed on the 41st floor. The room was elegantly appointed and quite spacious. The staff in the hotel and casino were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel in which to spend our first time in Las Vegas!
Wow oh wow! Beautiful, clean, excellent service. The upgraded club service was amazing!
Nice, bright and clean casino. Waiter in the high limit was excellent. Loved his suggestions for drinks. He was patient as we tried to decide what we wanted.
I love the palazzo so much everything was 5 star I will definitely go back
Completely amazing! Absolutely the nicest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The pool area is amazing! The service is great (we had our bags stored and then brought up to the room and the service was absolutely top notch)!
Cannot say enough great things about this place! Maybe that it's expensive, but it is definitely worth it!
Did VIP room for New Years Eve. Over priced for the value of what we recieved. Service was really good regardless.
Visited last night for dinner at CUT - lots of safety and cleaning measures in place, had a great evening! My husband and I chose to self park and it was relatively easy to find parking even on a busy Friday night. From the parking garage elevator, CUT was a quick 2 minute walk through the casino floor.
Wonderful view of the strip and pool. Very clean, large suite with living room, large bathroom. Pricing varies based on time of year and what conferences are in town. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Connects directly with the Venetian. The Palazzo has a tower with a great view. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. The room was very quiet I highly recommend staying.
Not ONE bad thing to say about the hotel. The rooms were largest we have ever stayed at and so comfortable! The layout of the bathroom was wonderful and the bathtub was deep and spacious. I loved having my own built-in makeup vanity too! We went in the winter time so didn't get to utilize the pool, but it looked like there were a few to choose from if we needed. Service was great too. The security guards to get to the rooms/elevators were a little unfriendly but their job is pretty boring, so we assumed they had just spaced out into another world. Ha! After walking through all the other hotels, I don't think we will stay anywhere else but here again.
Nicest hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was perfect with a view of the strip. The staff actually folded out clothes when we were away from the room. The room was clean, modern, just awesome. Casino is a little small but no big deal. Lots of food options, shops, just an incredible hotel that I would stay in again in a heartbeat. 5 star hotel for like $150 a night, couldn't beat it.
What a beautiful location this is. the employees were kind. Had drinks at one of the bars. Bar tender had great ideas for fun.
Seriously the NICEST hotel I've ever stayed in. Amazing customer service! 10/10 would recommend, definitely staying here next time I'm in Vegas!
I've stayed here about two 25 times and every state has been virtually perfect. My room is always perfectly clean, luxuriously decorated, and everything works. This is definitely not your average hotel, as every room is a full suite. you will not be disappointed with this hotel, if you are disappointed then the issue is likely with you. I love the selection of food, entertainment, the pool, and shopping.
First time staying in Las Vegas and glad we chose The Palazzo to stay at. Some of the cleanest rooms and friendliest service I have ever had at a hotel. In Room service was quick fast and great tasting food options. Great pool just wish it stayed open a little later. Would definitely recommend.
Very beautiful hotel. Large well decorated rooms. Lovely pools.
Our stay was amazing. The only complaint was the tub in our room had hair in it. We called down and they sent someone to clean it while we were out for the evening. We came back and it was sparkling. On the extra plus side, the beds are amazing and you do not hear any neighbor noise, not even people walking in the hall. Very nice. We will do it again!
Have to be the best rooms for the money. Really enjoyed having the extra space and the view. Only complaint is the smokiness of the casino.
A newer add on to the Venetian, the Palazzo is a beautiful property on the Vegas strip. The location is great.
Pretty decent hotel. Our apartment had a good bathtub, good air-conditioning, everything you'd expect. At lower levels there was noise about reconstruction, but we didn't hear a thing. The only pool open was at another tower and quite boring. Good quality for the money!
Wow, what a great hotel and casino. It's beautiful and the rooms are heavenly.
The Palazzo is the best place to stay when you go to Vegas, Everyone is friendly and accommodating. They have great shopping, excellent restaurants, casino and staff. I would not stay anywhere else.
Front desk lady @2AMish Saturday 23NOV2019 from LA was SUPERB! This place evidently only hires the best of the best to help with their valued guests...I am extremely appreciative for such great service please recognize her in an upcoming meeting. And give her a raise or promotion
best hotel with really really nice room with a view! with very helpful employees.. always coming back
