Fabulous mini suites with comfy King bed, sunken living room area with desk, and large bathroom; double sinks, large bathing tub and separate shower. Have stayed here quite a few times and has always been clean. They are very accommodating if you need extra pillows, etc. and quickly deliver.
Quite convenient to their restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend.

Beautifully appointed large suites! You really have no need to leave the property once you've done a quick jaunt to see the sights. Great restaurants, bars and pools. There are plenty of Starbucks to keep you going! The service was top notch! They helped us check in and out with ease and gave us a late check out..at no charge!!!!! It was our best Vegas experience by far. Book your stay here, you won't regret it. PS, look at the suite square footage when you are comparing properties. These will win every time!

Fancy hotel. Great place to feel like a princess. They're so polite and helpful here. Business center is great for getting things done. Easy access to Wynn and Venetian hotels. Environmentally conscious. I've machine is readily accessible on any floor. Restrooms are huge! Master light switch to save on energy usage.

We have been there several times and we love it. I love the smell! It might very well be the best hotel on the strip, but make sure you have a view of the strip on a high floor it's worth it. We are comparing with Trump Hotel, Venetian, Bellagio, and the Encore.

I love this hotel, the are very accommodating and everything has been clean and nice. Unfortunately they allow dogs in the hotel now. I'm extremely allergic so my stay now is fueled with anti allergy medicine. Wish only service dogs were allowed.

Huge, busy hotel, well situated on the Strip. Rooms are spacious, clean and modern. There is no way to heat water in the room, nor a fridge for private usage. So it is not very convenient with young kids. The pools are nice, but get very crowded on friday/saturday. Some guests lack civility and leave their empty cups all over the place. In short, a good choice, but does not live to expectations of exclusivity

This place is FABULOUS! It's on the strip and near everything. Check in was quick and easy. Joseph (the front desk person) is THE BEST front desk person I have ever encountered and I'm a Spire member and have stayed at a lot of hotels. My upgrade was automatic and the room was superb. It was large, immaculately clean and with a great view. Loads of restaurants and the Casino was fun. Can't say enough good things about the Palazzo.

The Venetian and Palazzo. Still one of my absolute favorite resorts in Las Vegas. The rooms are all suites, with lots of space to spread out. The restaurants are world-class, and the casinos are actually relatively smoke-free compared to the rest. Really tough to beat for a Las Vegas experience. And of course, customer service is top-notch all around!

Palazzo & Venetian is a beautiful resort but adding on a mandatory "$45 Resort Fee" just to make room rate online look less is deceptive and something Vegas strip resorts keep raise to make their rates look less. If fees were optional would be understandable but I dont like paying fee for fitness center, newspaper app, local calls, and internet that I already have free access to on my phone and did not use a single service listed. $15-20 resort fees I tolerated but $45+tax tacted on after I will just stay elsewhere from now on. Bad business.

I stayed in the Venetian hotel that adjoins the Palazzo. Plenty of food, shopping, pools, and walking. You can venture to either side with out going outside. Good for wheelchairs. The staff takes care of you at both places.

Because we have children, they don't know English. We don't know English very well. I moved something in the fridge. We didn't eat it but charged us $150. Very unfair! We are very angry! We stay for two nights and don't clean our rooms in the middle! What kind of service does this hotel have?

The rooms are awesome. This would be a 5/5 rating however I received some unsatisfactory service during my recent stay at this hotel. This hotel is a sister hotel to Venetian which is a short walk way away.

Amazing experience on all levels. Was able to also take advantage of the essential workers offer for 1 of my nights. They did such an amazing job keeping everyone safe during COVID providing such a worry free experience. Amenities were even better than normal and while Vegas is not at 100% back to normal they made this experience feel just as good. Thank you!

Redeemed the anniversary free night for my Chase IHG credit card for a king suite and it was a wonderful experience. The room was very fancy. Everything, from the art work and the bathroom fixtures to the bed and the strip view was fantastic. No microwave in the room was a bummer (I guess they expect us to order room service).

Was not happy with our stay at The Palazzo. Stayed there for a week and front desk didn't give us the service we paid for. Paid good money to stay here. Booked a room at the Wynn half way through our stay, much more better service. Thought The Palazzo customer service would contact us but this wasn't the case.

The hotel to stay if you want to be in the center of everything. Perfect for the older generation but that s not to say this casino isn t hip. Definitely more tamed than the others. But beautiful hotel, casino, with tons of restaurants and shopping. Was here for a convention and stayed in the luxury king bed suite which was incredible. Stay here if you re in Vegas!!

On a combined business/pleasure trip of four thousand (4.000) miles and seven (7) states this was the most relaxing as well as the most luxurious stay. Slept like a baby, ate like a lumberjack and shopped like there was no tomorrow. Will be booking there again on my next book signing tour.

First time staying at the Palazzo (usually stay at Vdara). Parking was easy to find, convenient, and free. Check in was easy, and I received a wonderful complimentary room upgrade for our 1-night stay by tipping the check in host $20 when handing over ID & CC and simply asking if there were any complimentary upgrades available. The suite we received was breathtaking, to say the least. Only wish we had more than one night in town.

Restaurant choices were superb, as was everyone with whom I came into contact. I will stay here again. Goodbye Mandalay Bay. Hello Palazzo!

This is a very nice hotel for five star with excellent amenities. Like many of the good hotels on the Strip this one has a pretty good-size Casino as you walk through. Before you get into the elevator there is a security guard that checks and make sure you have a room key. Extra security in my opinion. We got the Bella Suite which comes with two queen beds and huge bathroom as well as a sunken in living room. The couch even has another bed option. This suit was 700 square feet which is massive compared to anything else on the strip in this price range. I found a service to be friendly and people were super nice to you. Not quite as famous as some of the other hotels on the Strip but it is just as nice in my opinion. I would stay here again no problem.

What can I say about this place? This hotel is hands down one of the best hotels on the strip. The front desk staff was beyond helpful and the bell staff was just as amazing. They got us checked in quick. My wife also loves he shops and the kids love the gondola ride.

A fabulous resort in Las Vegas connected to the Venetian Resort via the Grand Canal Shops. A spectacular collage of shops and restaurants with a real water canal indoors with a gondola ride.

Didnt stay here, just visited. What a great place to take a walk. Nice long thoroughfares, canal with gondolas and singers. Good Italian food, nice food court. Ceiling painted like sky and clouds makes it a cut above. Check out The Void. It might seem pricey, but I swear you wont be dissatisfied

What a beautiful place to visit! I have never stayed here but have walked through many many times to enjoy the beauty that this place has to offer! This is another one of the top places you must walk through and see while in Las Vegas! Extremely clean, classy and up scale! Not to mention top notch restaurants!

Nice large suites. So many options for food. Their response to the covid issue is to have an army of people sanitizing the machines. As soon as you get up, someone is right there to clean the machine for the next person. Same thing with the bathrooms, barriers were installed between the sinks and attendants are on hand cleaning everything. Pretty amazing. I went across the street to another place and there was not the same amount of attention that was happening at the Venetian/Palazzo. Will be back for sure!

We didn t receive anything close to 5 star service. We were never rude to the staff, but were always returned with rude and sassy remarks. It was constantly a battle to get the service that we paid for and should be expected at a hotel with reviews like this hotel has. Checking in and extending our stay were an unbelievable hassle. At every opportunity they were trying to find ways to up charge or overcharge us for things we booked online. We took a recommendation from the concierge, the food was disappointing and highly overpriced. I understand Vegas is expensive, but when I pay, I expect quality, and it seemed like quality was lacking around every corner. I receive better service every time I stay at a Marriott.

Easily the nicest hotel I've ever visited in my life. Plenty of amazing photo opportunities all over the place and there is so many things to do around the hotel. If you're looking for one of the best hotel experiences on the Strip, then the Palazzo is definitely the place. Highly recommend!!

Was here on vacation. Loved the hotel. The room was gorgeous, the staff were helpful. Everything was clean, easy to access, and had everything we needed. We couldn't find chairs by the pool though. The hotel was right on the strip and was a good distance to everything we wanted to see.

The Palazzo at The Venetian should be near the top of your list when considering where to stay in Las Vegas. The amenities are excellent and there is plenty to do. The casino is on pat with others in the area. If I had one suggestion for improvement it would be to offer more select services for guests and do a better job of advertising them.

Just came by to place a few sports bets. Place is luxe and one of the best looking buildings on the strip. Palazzo and Venetian are also two of the last casinos on the strip to continue to have free parking. Most places now charge YOU to come blow your hard earned money at THEIR establishment after the first hour of parking.

Fantastic hotel. Great deal of attention has gone into every detail. Part of the Venetian hotel. Large rooms that are very clean and well maintained. House keeping staff do an excellent job as does everyone that works here. Really make the customers feel welcome and comfortable. Casino is good but nothing spectacular.

Shares a very large number of restaurants with the Venetian so you could do all your meals in the hotel complex. However, should you choose to leave the premises, the location provides easy access to everything on the strip.

Be wary of their "deals". They leave out the fine print (quite literally on their website and at check in). Giving 3 star because the room was super nice! Probably won't come back though, misleading adverts, and purposely excluding details isnt cool. Plenty of other hotels to stay at on the strip!

We ate dinner at Morels and it was amazing. The food all looked good, though I ordered a steak and we ordered sides, it felt weird having the steak on a plate without the sides. By my god the steak was fantastic, I had the 14 oz new York prime sirloin and it was so flavorful and juicy, I didn't even need the Morels sauce the brought out, but I went ahead and used it because the sauce was delicious too! Definitely a 5 outta 5 dining experience for me.

Spent the new year here and it was truly special.the hotel itself is huuuuuuge! And it has everything you need. We had so much fun. The Prestige rooms can be good value if you don't mind eating the same stuff for breakfast everyday. The drinks made it worthwhile for me. The rooms are pretty big and everything is comfortable. It's on the strip so you know you'll be close to everything. I highly recommend.

Go to Morels Steakhouse and see Brian at the main bar. His knowledge of all spirits is amazing as well as humble and polite. I will be sending him friends and family to visit for years when they return to Las Vegas. Thank you Brian and Morels for for your unmatched kindness and hospitality.

Staff were top notch, polite, efficient and accommodating at check in/out. They are taking a lot of precautions to try to prevent spreading covid. We visited several other casinos but Palazzo/Venetian is doing it best. They have infrared equipment performing touchless temperature checks at each entry point. Masks are mandatory and they hand them out everywhere. There is hand sanitizer available to use everywhere. They provide additional masks as well as pocket bottle of sanitizer plus packet of wipes in the rooms. There are staff everywhere constantly wiping down and disinfecting surfaces. Someone stands at each escalator continuously wiping the handrail. At the table games, masks are required plus smoking/vaping is not allowed.

Great service, rooms are very comfortable and clean if you like Vegas this gives you access to the Venitian complex with its pools and gambling.

Valet is great dropping off but picking up can be a test of your patience.

Not sure I would stay anywhere else but then again I m not a big Vegas fan.

Beautiful property, check in was fast, front desk was professional and incredibly helpful. We were talking to other guests on the elevator and all commenting on how wonderful the rooms were. Being a Vegas local it was a perfect staycation. Centrally located on the Las Vegas Blvd I would recommend it for out of towners as a great location to see the sights on the strip.

The Palazzo is my favorite Hotel in Vegas. I stay here almost every time now. I gamble frequently and the Grazie rewards program did me very good so far. They invite me for events all the time. I always enjoy the suites. The staff is super helpful. The pool is quite and if want it busy and noisy, i walk over to the Venetian pool. I stayed in many different Vegas Hotels and this is my favorite.

Location was good and room was adequate but nothing special. Pricing provided ahead of time did not include a hidden $50 per night of "resort fees" which are the cost of wi-fi and pool access, this is not an optional fee. Seem like a 5 star hotel that does not include wi-fi and a pool is pretty poor. Those things are included in most 2 star motels.

If anybody out there is searching for good deals for hotels and resorts go to . made a reservation for a hotel room on there and they had the absolute best prices worldwide!

Stayed at The Palazzo over Labor Day weekend. It was simply the best room I've had on the strip in any stay at any other hotel. It beats The Wynn for sure. And the restaurant selection between The Venetian and The Palazzo is outstanding. I tried two and highly recommend both: Black Tap Burger and Majordomo. Especially the latter.

I was at the convention center. Its HUGE but clean and they are constantly improving the customer experience when it comes to cleaning. Great hotels and clubs too bad some of the staff at the clubs are just too into themselves and think they own the hotel that's not pride in the hotel just arrogance in themselves. Maybe these people need to be brought down a peg, waitresses, waiters, bouncers I guess, seem too into themselves.

They didn't have the room we booked when we arrived, but couldn't explain why the room we paid for wasn't available. We were given a choice to start off in one room and move to another, or move to the Venetian tower. We chose the latter, but the entire floor smelled like sewage. We were going to leave, but they miraculously found the suite we had originally booked in The Palazzo. They did wave our resort fees, but we weren't looking for a discount; we just wanted what we had paid for without a bunch of running around. Although some of the employees have been great, others have been very abrupt. The hotel itself is beautiful, but the experience falls short.
