Cool at first with the 3 levels to choose from but i guess security should be retrained on how to interact with guess! Totally rude and very unprofessional. Seems like they have a very little or not any overhead! Won t ever go back! Two thumbs down.

Had a blast at this place! There are 3 levels. The basement has a DJ is for dancing. The ground level has a long bar and multiple beers on tap. The top floor is small but has a bar, fireplace and different games (connect 4, jenga, pool table).

I absolutely love coming to this bar, but I have to knock a star off because they drink exchange is only during happy hour now! THAT WAS THE BEST PART!!!

The bartenders are fun and have such a great attitude. The music makes you want to dance and the DJ makes sure everyone is having a good time - whats not to love? I'm a fan of their moscow mules in the redneck mason jars they have - super cute touch...from what I understand now is they might be gone now....double whammy!

Besides that, the place can be fun and the crowd is always a great mix. Definitely a favorite spot for me in Gaslamp!

Has 2 floors from the naked eye. Also has a basement where all the dancing takes place. Not over crowded. Drinks were not made good at all from bartender that was helping us. Has a room with one pool table where the restrooms are located.

Great beer selection with live music Saturday afternoon! They have a few games at the tables (connect four), foozball and 4 player Pac-Man. The only complaint is that the joysticks on the Pac-Man game don't really work (maybe one of the four only). It seems like this would be a happening place for late night drinks and dancing, but we were only there during the afternoon.

The drinks are priced using a stock market style pricing system. Which is a lot of fun except when you buy a drink the price then goes up because you created higher demand so your next drink of the same type will be more expensive.
It was still fun though to watch a price drop as nobody bought a certain drink and then strike while the irons hot.

Favorite bar to go to in San Diego! Always a great crowd and nice bartenders. Hooked it up with a table for my birthday! Lively crowd downstairs and a nice place to chill upstairs with fun games to pass the time with.

The tipsy crow is just amazing. I've been there for three days in a row now. They have live music every other night and some games to play, Jenga and connect four. Prices are fair, their signature cocktail 'The salty dog' is alright, I personally didn't like it. Their coconut mojito is really good tho! Their meals are fantastic!

This place is a definite mist to go to if you want a while range of atmospheres at one place. There's the main bar where you can order food or just chill at the bar and have a fun time getting blasted playing the stock market drinking game. Then head downstairs for a basement club that plays top 100/edm to have a great time. When your all wore out go upstairs to the relaxed lounge area and play some pool while you cool off and get your second wind. This is all available every Thursday!

I went there with my friends and had a glass of beer . I forgot the name but it was good in taste. The service was good as their environment. They have billiard and live music to entertain you.

Can't say I've had too much African food, but no matter I'm always up for new things. The atmosphere is neat wall paintings and grass mats on the ceilings. The place was jamming with large groups and food was flying out of the kitchen all night.

We moved here recently and this is our new favorite spot!
The food is all amazing- a bright Mediterranean taste and style you'd expect from a nice restaurant, not your avg. barfood.
The staff strives to be helpful and quick.
They always have a good selection of beers- ask about the DrinkExchange!!!

We spend an avg. of $20 each visit for two meals, and appetizer, and two drinks during HappyHour, which is from open til 8.
Love this place

Great games accompanying friendly patrons. All this mixed with kind bartenders makes for a memorable evening of fun and drinks. Their basement where it could be mandatory to dance really creates the right vibe. I recommend the Tipsy Cow to my friends going to San Diego.

Fun bar built in a three story historical building in the Gaslamp district. Each floor caters to a different crowd: the first floor is a busy bar, the second floor is a more laid back lounge area with occasional live music and games, and the basement is a dance club. This bar also has a neat gimmick with its "drink stock market" where less frequently ordered drinks sell for cheaper and more popular drinks rise in price in real time on an imitation stock ticker. A good incentive to expand your drinking habits.

Maybe I was here on a bad night. But one of the bouncers was really rude to my friend. When my friend, who had not had anything to drink asked for apology from the bouncer, the threw him out. My friends and I will never return here!

It was an awesome bar. Took a few buddies there as we bar hopped. Was pleasently suprised at how cosy it felt. The downstairs area was a bit dead but we were also there very early in the evening. Drinks were made right. Enjoyed playing the games they had around the bar. The upstairs was also a nice area. Overall was a good place to sit and relax in a cozy environment.
