The music is good but the prices are steep on Saturdays 8 dollars a drink or beer plus tip!!!

Great staff, pretty good beer list. A very laid back vibe even when it gets busy.

love the atmosphere, love the service and folks inside, love the food, and love the sangria (though, it could be stronger...I make my sangrias strong)

Friendly & fun staff. Funny doorman. Drinks were average. A violinist was setting up for music, we weren't able to stay but that looked pretty awesome.

Music + mixed drinks = Great time.

This place has 3 unique levels and it was extremely good when I went on a Friday night.
The drinks are really well done by the bartenders.
Underground section is crowded but there was good ventilation.
Highly recommended in gaslamp.

Really nice atmosphere with a foosball table, board games at each table. Not to mention good drinks as well.

It s a really fun place to hang out with friends. They have games like Jenga, pool table and connect four. They have an underground dance floor which was very disgusting. It has no ventilation and it looked like the ceiling was gonna fall off. If your not interesting in dancing and you only wanna socialize then it s the place for you

Awesome place to have a drink and hang out! Wes and the crew were awesome! The happy hour Wall Street type board is a cool concept! And if you need a good laugh have Wes tell you one of his stories

Basement is my 20s, ground floor 30s and top is for the old heads.

It s so chill here and the food is amazing! Perfect place to come after a hard work week.

Admittedly, I didn't stay long as not much was going on there and it was too dark. On another note, I was able to walk right in without showing ID which shocked me.

The food is amazing , and there staff is always smiling and welcoming. When I go to the gaslamp this is where I choose to go. Love the atmosphere, and the music is always good!

Good atmosphere, good food... A basic bar with no character..

Fun bar with the top being a much more relaxed hang out, while the bottom being a dance oriented area. Drinks are fairly priced, and it's a great place for all kinds of people!

This bar has 3 levels with 3 completely different experiences. The first floor is a standard bar with live music and some table games. The basement is a dancefloor and the third floor is a Victorian-esque bar complete with velvet curtains.

The music selection is And the buffalo chicken dip is delish. Watching The Chive videos all night was hilarious as well and the bartenders are fun!

A cool spot to grab a beer. It has multiple levels to accommodate every type of person in the group. Those who enjoy the typical noisey bar with a small dancefloor will enjoy the first floor. Those who want to carry a conversation and just chill with friends can head upstairs. They have a pool table, comfortable couches/chairs and a separate bar. Very enjoyable experience.

Nice place and the service was good. The only downside was a slight sewage smell(slight is a little understatement) but it was nice to visit and the staff was really nice and friendly. Prices are little bit pricey but it's a good place to stop by if your out of town.

Cocktails were overpriced for what we got but the beer selection was great.

We wanted DRAFT beer. Large beer menu. Friend and I ordered two beers from the CRAFT menu so were surprised when two bottles arrived, even though many taps over the bar. Waitress was flippant, implying this happened a lot. Too loud for a decent conversation also. Probably good for the right crowd, but not for us.

Great location, atmosphere & staff. I went to Tipsy Criw at night and for lunch. Great food and the staff is very courteous & friendly. Definitely recommend the Tipsy Crow and will be back again

I pass through San Diego every five months and the Crow is just one of my faves among a group of places I hit.

Fun place - love the stock market ticker with beer and drink prices that go up and down.
