First time visiting and enjoyed it thoroughly. Drinks are good, sandwiches are delicious, top floor is a lounge, middle floor is a bar that plays music with music videos on the TV, and the bottom is more of a club/dance level. Awesome times all around.

Went here, interesting drink specials as you need to follow the "market" prices, but when the market said that my beer would be .50$, they refused to sell it at that price. Instead they refused to take my order and reset the tv screens. When I argued that they should sell me my round at the advertised price I was confronted by a second employee telling me I was lucky to get it for over 5 times the advertised price. I suggested there sales were too complicated and I was humiliated and told I should just pay fullprice for my drinks. It was a really cool idea until the bar wouldnt honor their prices....terrible customer service and classless. I wouldn't recommend given so many other options...

This is one of the last few remaining places where you can go hang out casually with 3 floors of entertainment. The center level is the casual hangout spot to mingle and have some drinks. Upper level to have an intimate conversation. And the basement to dance your butt of to some old school hip hop/80s/90s/top 40/dance music. It's just one of those places that you can just have fun, be yourself, have a few drinks, and do your thing kind of place.

i was really excited to go but got their and my exspectations where let down. the serice was slow , drinks where light, and,no thak you kavah is way better less space but far more my cup of tea.

Fun! Fun! Fun! The bar has a stock market type process that is fun and creative. They have a digital board up with the prices of certain drinks so if a drink is being bought more the price goes up, but the price of the others goes down. Fun way to try new drinks! They also open a dance floor underneath the bar around 10pm or so. Check it out if you are in the area!

I've come here a few times, and love hanging out on the 3rd floor in the library section. There is a bar up there and you don't have to walk far to get your drink or use the bathroom. It can get packed on most Friday or Saturday nights. My only gripe is the downstairs feels like a house frat party garage. It can get really hot and humid if you want to dance. Other than that, bartenders are chill. Prices are comparable to other establishments.

DOPE bar. 3 levels each with its own personality. Check it out for a good time.

I like the 3 different levels. A good selection of whiskey.

Where drink prices fluctuate like the stock market. And just like with stocks, you want to time your purchase to buy low. Watch for the "Market Crash" where prices drop and you can stock up on drinks at "bargain" prices.

Daily Happy Hour gets you 1/2 off food.

Interesting cocktails and super amazing food. We went on thanksgiving when the entire place wasn t open - but it wasn t super crowded so was nice to sit and drink. The bartender (whose name I forget) was super amazing at giving us pointers and recommendations - thanks for that.

Would be interesting to check it out when it s packed and all the floors have something going on.

Huge portions of food, but can't say the same for the drink pours. Still, our server was friendly and attentive and we enjoyed our time. No complaints, but no raves either.

Super chill good vibes weak drrinks but a great time

Good drink selection. Good music. Good service. Cover charge wasn't bad and seems only applicable on Friday and Saturday. Your mileage may very depending on DJ or live musician they bring in.

Super great happy hour. Buffalo chicken dip was so good we ordered 2. Very inexpensive food menu!

Avoid this place!! Don't spend your money here. The door guys are loosers. Picture this.... It's a Tuesday night...nothing happening... For my friend's 21st birthday they told him his ID isn't valid till "business hours." Complete tools.

I found this to be a nice corner bar in the gaslight district. It was less crowded than down the street where you had to wait in lines but the service was exceptional. They had all the drinks you could want and I believe they had some food to offer if you chose to eat. It sits on the corner so if you sit at the bar you could look out the open windows onto the street area. It was a calmer crowd for Friday night. Most other places down the street you had to wait to get in and the crowd seems much younger.

Used to come here very regularly. Recently came in and was a bit disappointed with everything from service to food. They still do the stock exchange happy hour which is fun and a good deal. Miss the happy hour on food. For a Friday felt fairly quiet as well.

The security people there are rude and discriminatory. Couldn t even enjoy my food and drinks. Food was very average anyhow. Take your business elsewhere.

Great spot during the week! Drinks are a tad expensive IMO but they do have some good specials during weekdays. Staff is always cool and the second floor has a nice lounge feel.

This place is tiny but it's been getting better over the years.

The dance floor was awesome! To be honest I just with there was more of a vetting process, there were some questionable people that kept trying to force my friends to dance after they had already declined.

Tipsy Crow is my absolute favorite bar in San Diego. The drinks are amazing, the bartenders are great and the food is the best! Anything buffalo chicken in delicious and the spinach artichoke dip is also a favorite!

Fun area to hang with friends and get some dancing in.

Best place for a large party or hangout, because everybody is going to be happy. Upstairs is cocktails, chairs and chatting. Mid level is games and classic bar scene. Downstairs is absolute dance club. I have always had a great time here.

Amazing Grilled Cheese boards, lobster rolls, and craft drinks with a level for every mood. The Lounge is my personal favorite. Like an Old Study fit for a king but with fun people!

Crummy bar with structurally unsound flooring. There's a really bad club in the basement with an even worse DJ who will only play bad rap that has accompanying bad music videos. Avoid at all costs.

Downstairs EDM was good. DJ had a few awkward transitions but atmosphere and crowd were great.

It was cool...I'm from Texas so the music was way different from I'm used to hearing in nightclubs...but great atmosphere...great people...and I really liked the different levels in the club
