Clean, lots of open spaces and places to sit. Wide selection of stores and places to eat.

Used to be great, now everything is too expensive and they seem to be specifically removing less expensive stores

Lively.. better than buckland mall or meriden mall.

Loved this mall every since I was younger and my mother would take us all in the mall. Our generation of family has been through this lively Mall of stores and excellant foods, for years and hope for years more.

They got high end stores, nicer mall in the area. North Face is in there which sponsers my company. They are top tier in clothing. Stay away from Tommy Bahama, save that drama for your moma

It has a wide range of stores. From Posh to budget friendly. Restrooms always clean and so is the Mall. We really do love it there!

Very well designed mall with great selection of stores.if only a food court could be added,it would make it to a 5 star grade

Very nice mall, my kids love going to build a bear. We live almost 40 mins away, but we love the mall so much we dont mind the trip.

Perfect shopping for everything you can think of. Explore the different parking areas and you'll find much better access to the mall with less parking hassles

Clean shopping mall with lots of parking and premium stores. Wear a mask to comply with covid 19 protocol.

This mall has great stores for men's fashion, and the design and architecture is quite nice as well. The food court is one of the better ones that I've seen, and of course, it has the mall favorites such as cinnabon and auntie Anne's.

Great amount of parking, very pedestrian friendly, good stores, and a great place to hang with friends. However it can get a little pricy so watch out for that!

The cleaning lady did a great job on cleaning the bathroom!

I like this mall the best in Connecticut, it has the most varieties of shops ranging from high end to low end stores.

Got some great deals. Racks are a bit disheveled but its to be expected. Fabulous finds for job interviews. I felt like a million bucks for much less

Disappointed Build-A-Bear was not open that was the main reason that I went there with my niece

A place to waste some time. An easy hangout spot. Not very hard to navigate. Good qualities of a mall but not a thrilling experience.

Was weird... one entire wing of the mall smelled like some funky body odor.

This mall is cool. But I'm from New York so I'm used to a little bigger more choices..

Large mall, well kept. Ok as far as a mall goes if you are into malls.

The store selection is good. They keep the place very clean and parking is almost never an issue. Plenty of security on sight and a police officer pretty much always stationed there. As far as malls ok it's good. Especially when compared to the other nearby malls....

It is a wide store where you can find all the truth I find it amazing because these things are not found in Mexico

A good shopping mail with most stores you would expect. It's well managed and prosperous. Clearly the best place to go shopping within 50 miles.

Alot of shops stores and restaurant the smell is so good you want to get something to eat write away

Westfarms has stepped their game up since I have moved to Connecticut. They have plenty of high end stores... but it does leave a bit of bittersweet taste in your mouth if you are not looking to spend tons of money.... although you wont be disappointed with the selection of places to stop and spend your money.

Cristal was such a great help. She was kind, funny, and personable. I came in to get a new phone and a new plan and She handled the whole transaction for me. My experience was so smooth. I m grateful that I was greeted by Cristal and that she took care of my needs!

The best mall that is just the right size. They have a lot of my favorite stores.

Could have more family friendly events as part of shopping experience.

Very good mall, but the choice of eating place is not a lot

Only went here a few times. Once to buy wedding rings at Tiffany another for a graduation gift at Tiffany, and the most recent for furniture at Macy's. Nice clean mall, parking was weird. Would go more often if they were closer...

This shopping center was great. Great place to get tea ,coffee, sports wear, food, and mainstream clothing. On the other hand if you're looking for alternative clothing and accessories they have a lot of good items.

It is a humongous mall. You will literally find everything you need here. They have so many stores like Macy's, JC Penney, Hollister, Gap, forever 21, Urban outfitters, Nordstrom, Footlocker etc., you name it.
It is a very big mall with ample parking space. All you need is money and the sheer will power to explore this gigantic marketplace.

I remember take shops come and go variety is very uniform, you got to look.Lots of exercise is free

Very clean shopping mall! Stores have a capacity for COVID regulations. Tons of sales last week so go check it out!

Great mall! Loads of store selection, activities for the kids throughout. Food court and restaurant selection is fantastic.

Westfarms mall is a really amazing place to visit and hang out with friends and before I leave i always have to stop by lush to see and smell the amazing bathbombs
