The Taubman Company/Westfarms Review

Good mall. Been coming my whole life. Pretty much has everything.

Today on Easter the west farms mall was not open when they said it was please up date your website so we will know when to come thank you

I normally don t like malls, but this one is a exception. Relaxing environment and clean.

Biggest Mall in CT (Not Outlet) - Brio and California Pizza Kitchen - Our favorite restaurants here

Clean Mall. One suggestion need more signage to direct customers on locating stores throughout the building.

Great place all the shops i like to go to in one place

It's been a while since I visited this mall it maintain its beauty and name brand stores after working at The Mall of San Juan in PR it was nice to see another property

The premo mall in the west of Hartford area. A great place to meet for social or business meetings, handy to highways and great parking, huge variety of excellent shops, and it's immaculate. It's the anchor mall to plenty of other shops too, e.g., Target, Trader Joes, all within moments away.

Very fancy mall inside. Not a lot of variety stores but the most the people go shop.

Large mall, lots of parking. Many stores to choose from. Everything is clean. Staff is very friendly.

A thriving mall in a time when malls struggle to thrive

I think the WestFarms Mall is the Best Mall in CT, lots of Top Tier stores and good selection of stores. Good Places to eat in the area also

Awesome mall! Great selection of shops and very nice atmosphere.

Decent mall, but the people working the kiosks (especially the hair products) literally accost you as you walk by. This alone makes me avoid the mall.

The new restaurants make this a great place to visit

Nice upscale mall, a broad variety of stores and types

It was a ghost town with a lot of stores closed. A lot of retailers hanging on by a thread don't realize this could possibly be their demise. They won't be able to make this loss of business, ultimately having to close permanently.

It's okay for a quick getaway from home, but compare to others like Westfield Mall and Buckland Hills Mall in CT this mall is relatively small and boring. Nothing enticing happens here even on special days other than what goes on in Macy's.

I like going to this mall. Very clean. Friendly people. We really like to go walk around before the stores open to get in a little excerise.

Very upscale mall. Since they don't have a food court, that means they can have fancier stores like Gucci and LV.

Visited Santa.. always a really fun experience! You only have to pay to take a picture. The activities and talking to him are free!

The only thing i dislike from this mall that meriden mall doesn't have like that is the sales people at their stands i find them extremely annoying.

I always like goung to westfarms. Besides the normal hecticness of a mall the stores are always clean and presentable the foods really delicious and the bathrooms are outrageously clean.

I went looking for shoes here and there are really no good stores for shoes here

This is a pretty cool mall to walk around but there is way too many shoe and clothing stores.

Parking spaces should be straight and not at an angle
Arrows for lanes going up and down should be more visible

Westfarms is a clean,architecturally pleasing mall with a nice selection of shops

Thee environment was clean and well organized from the shops to the small vendors employers would greet you with a smile and offer help instantly.

It's a mall. It's huge, the layout is kinda weird, but there's good food and a Starbucks right in the middle.

Westfarms has a lot of good stores inside. You can usually find parking and get in and out quickly. Compared to other malls however, I really wish that Westfarms had a food court or dining area of some kind because it is severely lacking one.

Mostly overpriced. Very little hand crafted. Usual chain store stuff.

This mall is nice. There are alot of high end stores and overall great mall.

One of the better malls in the region (Danbury mall is better, larger). One of the issues with malls in our country is the issue of American business philosophy which is essentially aimed at optimizing profits for the capital. As a result, service to the consumer or customer is made secondary and ignored. When there was no internet, these malls charged heavily capitalized on its glitter but when it comes to the core of the business, those who place their customers at the center of values and concern, will win.

Luv bringing my son to the mall along with my boyfriend and his son. The boys luv to look around at all the different stores. My son is very interested in the Virtual Reality egg shape chairs and usually watches a few per visit. He can never decide and this is a must EVERY visit to the mall. My boyfriend's son isn't that interested as much but will watch at least one when we go. Not only do they like the mall their getting much needed exercise without even knowing it instead of playing fortnite from Sun up to Sun down unless there's school. I like to look at all the different items in the middle of the mall the ones where you walk by the people asking you to try their products. It's always an adventure when going to Westfarms.

Westfarms is close to home, so it is convenient. I enjoy going to the different shops to look around. I often leave without buying anything because the prices are sometimes more than I plan to spend. There is handicapped parking and accessibility. Restrooms are available. There are several eateries available also.

Very nice mall. Clean. Great selection of stores. Getting the mall decorated for Christmas. Very pretty.
