Nice mall. Just had a meal didn't really go inside the mall.

Apple store plus many other big names in one convenient place.

This mall is a great place to visit as it has several higher end stores. Nordstrom, Louis Vuitton, PotteryBarn etc....Plenty of comfortable resting areas strategically placed for the weary....

Its Very clean and All Brand products available in the mall. As well as Starbucks and At& T showroom is Available in the mall.

Zales will definitely be getting more business from me went to two other place next to them and they didn't want to to help me was standing there for 30 mins. Walked Into Zales and she helped me right away and thank you for helping me pick a great Mother's day gift

Absolutely love it. It has everything you need and more. Can also shop at Nordstrom rack. Its right next door

Good mall. Lots of variety of shops and food. Near other shopping venues as well to make a well rounded shopping trip.

Very large mall that is easily accessible from the 84 freeway. A lot of the staple stores as well as a decent number of more unique shopping options. There are also many other shopping and or restaurant options nearby.

Lot of Branded Stores are there. But i found only 3 or 4 Phone store! Enough parking space. If you become tired walking the big mall there are plenty of couch in every corner or place where you can take some rest.

Great mall. Variety of great restaurants to eat. Stores are clean and neat. BAD: Don't play Christmas music before Thanksgiving.

By far the best shopping mall in the area. Clean, best variety of stores, and huge. The only downfall is the footprint of the mall... It's slightly confusing but the selection of stores, food, and drink places make up for it.

Sadly GameStop is leaving the Mall but we picked up one of the shelves for the house... too many stores leaving CT too many empty store fronts

Great stores, but gets very crowded on weekends making parking brutal.

A good selection of stores to shop. Anchor stores are well worth a visit! Macy's, Nordstrom, JC Penney & Lord & Taylor .

Overall a 4 star, Mall have a big central Starbucks coffee/meeting place to sit down/relax chat with your friends and family. Macy's is internally connected to the mall. Have nice options to eat fast food/ice cream but they are scattered all over the mall they don't have a food court which I prefer normally that's why a 4 star. A good place to visit for shopping as they have Macy's and Lord & Taylor next to it. Also, they have couple of good restaurants internally connected to mall PF Chang, California Pizza Kitchen, etc. Place to shop and dine in with family.

This place has great stores but it is always packed!

Good selection of stores, most close at 9pm or a little earlier. Fun trip!

They have changed a lot of the stores. I wish there was more variety of shops that are more affordable. Otherwise it is a nice place.

The mall is spacious and clean. It offered a wide variety of stores and restaurants - enough for anyone to find something they like.

Mall is garbage, theres no good clothing stores there, just bunch of cheap clothing, hollister, american eagle, h&m, forever 21, doesnt have good stores like armani, hugo boss,coming from europe Im very dissapointed. Even the mall in stamford is better.

WESTFARMS MALL IS GREAT!!!

However, I had the WORST Experience today at a MASTER CUTS salon. Well let's just say bad enough to motivate me to write my first review for a place of business period.

I called in 15 minutes ahead for a wash/blow dry, was told over the phone by Employee A, that someone is open to take me immediately. Therefore, I arrive with that expectation of being serviced relatively quickly, its MONDAY, the salon was empty.

After waiting 5 minutes, Employee A, finally acknowledged me at the counter. I asked if she was alone, response: no. Employee B & C are in the back, the chatter was audible. Now its 15 minutes in, Employee A went to grab a stylist. I am still waiting.

Employee C enters the area, gives me a FAKE smile and no greeting of any kind and began unpacking her things, major attitude.

Employee B, comes to me at the counter with some decency, after I explained that I have been waiting for someone, she insisted "have a seat and wait." decency-gone.

Employee B (who had an appt.) stated that Employee A was going to do my hair after all. At this point I'M DONE with the B.S. 25+minutes since I walked in the door, I am still waiting for a stylist. A quick apology that things are little crazy, didn't help anything.

This company's Regional Manager needs to step in and fix this mess! I left feeling disrespected and mad as hell!

This location lacks promptness, customer service skills, organization & friendliness.

Another overall mall review. The parking lot needs work. The shop layout seems very daunting and confusing.

A lot of shopping in one area making it easy for quick trip for a variety of items.

I love this Mall, it has everything and it is a fun environment. There are no baby carts like other malls have, so be prepared to bring a stroller.

It has a wide variety of stores, unlike other malls that are just over priced clothing. And the decor isn't too little or too much. They also don't leave empty spaces and fill them with relaxation of a chair and a water wall, or a coffee stand, and more. They keep the what could be empty with a sense of busy.
They have a strange policy of no videos though, which is odd, since it is the stores, not the mall, that sells. What are they hiding?
Too many pretzel stores. While it may annoy some and make them think "A sign of failure", I like them.

Really nice mall. A great selection of stores and the atmosphere is impressive. Also, I thank the security guards for being understanding many years ago for my little surprise engagement!

A good range of stores with some great summer deals

Westfarms is my favorite mall. I feel like the atmosphere is a slower pace and better for families. The Westfams has a variety of stores for every age group and budget. In addition, the ladies at customer service desk are always helpful and the mall always has the best decorations when for the holidays.

For years this mall has been the spot to shop. Clean safe and lots of choices

Huge shopping arena and large parking area. One of the best shopping place in Connecticut.

You can find almost anything here. Very good selection of clothes and accessories for all.

The only real Mall in the state of Connecticut. Good selection of stores. lots of parking. Convenient right off the highway. There's also a lot of decent stores on the same street nearby. The only issue I would raise with Westfarms Mall is the choice of eating locations, they're not the best. Too bad there isn't a Cheesecake Factory or something like that. I'm not into pfchangs so for me that doesn't count as a choice.

Pf changes was excellent we had the new Korean steak dish it was awesome. Service was great

I like this mall because people are actually there shopping and not hanging out.
