Black Friday was crazy in this mall. However, folks were great. I especially liked the tv area and the wellness spots so one could rest. Very cool indeed.

The Santa section was great for small and big kids. It felt like Christmas as a kid would remember it.

It's a mall... if I were to go anywhere I would just make the trip out to manchester. Over the years this mall seems to be a little uptight. I've had poor experiences here in the past but I'll just leave it at that.

Westfarms is a lot cleaner and newer looking than most malls and has a few major department stores like Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Nordstrom, JC Penney. It has a nice variety of store categories including jewelry, shoes, clothing and apparel, designer handbags, etc. There are also some must-have mall food/beverage places like Cinnabon, Taco Bell, Sbarro's, Subway, and others like California Pizza Kitchen, PF Chang's. Overall, I had a positive experience here.

Yesss. Tons of stores from coach to Tiffany to Michael Korrs etc. come to shop or take in the scenery there s more than enough to look at with friendly vendors and you can grab a quick bite to eat in there as well.

I love going to this mall, speacialy Bath and body works and Victoria Secret.

Clean, not enough directions, many high price stores and few reasonable ones

Clean nice mall, go here with the kids to walk and stop around.

Love Westfarms...it makes feel like a grown up shopping as opposed to other malls with a million attractions for kids. Great shops and great underground parking too! And everything you need surrounding the Westfarms as well.

Good mall, expensive stores. Many optional step Malik around too. Give it a try!

Clean, a lot of stores and food but prices are a little bit high on food and everything.

So many nice stores here. Only seen one spot that was available for rent which tells me a lot of people come and shop here. It s nice to see a place like this that is super clean and a lot of different styles to choose from. It would be nice to see different restaurants that have more healthier Choices but overall a nice experience. This place does definitely get busy on the weekends but I would say out of all the malls I ve been to, this one is by far the nicest.

Probably my favorite out of four malls I've visited in CT, has great shops and awesome food with a more open and decorated feel than some other malls are

Way too many snooty stores for all the rich snobs. Only a handful of decent stores left. Very sad....

Fun but infrequent (probably why it's fun) adventure.

This mall never has my favorites stores (FYE and Best Buy) and the only good thing about this mall for me is the Burger King there

One of the better malls in CT. Good variety of stores. Apple Store in the mall. Best Buy across the street. "Quick" food selection is decent.

A lot of winter stuff in stores but at least it was open.

I expect more unsanitary conditions from a third world country. When my wife calls to constantly complain about the lack of simple necessities, a.k.a. toilet paper, soap in the women's bathroom, the mall security reminds her that they are clearly not interested in anything other than pretending to be failed police academy drop outs, and are more than willing to accept their trophy of failure, by flirting with 16 year old girls. This mis-managed behemoth is only good for causing traffic jams, and spreading illness and sickness in the confines of this 30 acre septic system. I'm sure the health department would be interested to know how the mall manager is not interested in providing safe and sanitary shopping conditions to it's customers.

I love this mall. They are clean, secure, ample parking space, bus service. You find all the best brands to shop here and good restaurants

Very nice slightly upscale mall. Great selection of different stores and restaurants.

Typical weekend run around. Said hi to all my peeps. Cold weather makes for indoor fun.

Given the caliber of mall this is supposed to be, I'm surprised management has allowed such aggressive kiosk/cart vendors. I literally reversed course around a cart when the salesman made his move, and he did the same... I double backed, but did he get the hint? Nope. Do you think I'm going to buy anything?

Big and filled with memories from my childhood will go again soon

A lot variety in stores, however there isn t really a food court just like a small section at a specific entrance.

Good shopping mall. Better than Buckland Hills in my opinion...

Not too crowded and it has most of the stores you need.
