The refurb has worked wonders on most of the Casino floor. The new bar especially, is so much nicer than the old. It has a huge selection of beers and looks very smart. The slot floor is decent and they offer good table games. Big improvement.

Crazy high!! Beautiful place currently under remodel to make it even better the carved buffet was great so many varieties of food for a low.price staff is freindly views of the strip are pretty amazing especially at night the rides are insane. Rooms are very affordable and look good. Drinks from the 108th floor bar are great liquid courage for the thrill rides lol
This is a difficult review to write. Nice building with good views but that is Vegas afterall. Personally, I think that for a personal service, this will not be available here. The wash hand basin was blocked and even after reporting it, it wasn't fixed during my stay. Very challenging for performing daily hygiene and worst of all, I upgraded because I was told it was newly renovated. I am also 100% sure it wasn't fixed for the next guest because they don't care.
The show was ok. Not really sure WHAT I expected. However, be advised that you can't bring any outside food or drinks into the show. I paid for VIP Booth Seating ~$250.00 for two tickets, and I erroneously assumed (key word being assumed) that the booth would be private. Hindsight being current sight, sitting near the stage would have been better (VIP Seating).
Jallas Franca is the MJ actor/singer, and he does a decent job of covering several of MJ's songs as well as Jackson 5 songs. I will admit that he, Jallas, looked EXACTLY like MJ, in so much as his moves, body language, etc., when backlit by the lights on the stage-- in silhouette. The band was more than decent while the backup dancers were ehhhhh (out of step, no rhythm etc).
I would recommend this show to anyone visiting Las Vegas, but I do NOT recommend purchasing the VIP Booth Seats as you can get a table seat much closer to the stage.
Went here on a buildings trip. Showers have no doors so they are cold, tv didn t work, in my room or my neighbors room. They promised to send a tech up, never did. Then we had to wait in line at concierge for 10 minutes. Then said they could either move us rooms or give us a voucher for the buffet. Then we had to wait in line at Keys and Information for the voucher. We just left. We didn t even take the voucher because we were in line for 20 minutes and had to go be somewhere. Also the air conditioner was very loud. Really just and awful stay and wouldn t recommend it to anyone.
Love what they put on Las Vegas Blvd there new sign and new rides are insane I live across the street and at night you can hear the riders on top screaming from the scary ads rides
Ohhhhhhh my...where do I start?? The basic room they tried to put us in that was worse than a Motel 6?? The lackluster gaming floor?? The unimpressive cafe?? The shops above the casino floor that were very unimpressive?? Just stay somewhere else if you are looking for a hotel room.
7:17 PM and still waiting for our room to be ready. Unacceptable. Check in was what, 3pm? Never coming here again. Even at a cheap price, it isn't worth it. Wasted 100 bucks killing time to save 20 bucks a night.
Outdated. The nostalgia helps combat the fact that very little is operationally up to date. The shows/decor are very dated. HOWEVER, the view is unparalleled. Both of the city and surrounding mountains you cannot beat the view.
Took my elderly aunt who moved to Kansas to stay family, back home to Vegas where she had lived for quite sometime to see her friends. This being her last time coming home, we stayed at this hotel. They had cancelled our original reservation after we had paid a deposit. Didn't want to give us a room. Finally we got the room which was two hallways from the elevator. My 83 year old aunt is on a walker .I was told I had to pay extra for a wheelchair. The room was small didn't have coffee maker or fridge like I was told. Manager was rude when I complained. We were there for 5 days. Won't stay there again.
My flight got to Vegas at 9am. Early check in was not an option which I was fine with. So, I checked in right at 3pm only to find that the room I booked was unavailable and I would need to upgrade. Normally, in instances such as this, the hotel eats the cost of the upgrade, but in my case, they basically charged me for the upgrade. Here s where it gets interesting...I originally booked a Standard King room. The upgrade was to a Select King room which basically is a standard room with a bigger window and a safe. No refrigerator, no microwave, etc... So why am I paying an upgrade fee for a room just as basic as the room that I originally booked??? I will NEVER come back to this hotel again.
The hotel is great with lots of amenities and entertainment. We ate at the Strat cafe which offered a wide range of choices, and at McCall's which was pricer but good. Thd show Celetial was amazing. The rooms are small but we got an upgrade which cost us an extra $20 per night.
The hotel was quite a disappointment. My room had dirty walls coated with hairspray and hair from a previous guest. In my towels were dirty upon arrival. I did bring this up to management and got comped the rest of my stay there, and new towels. The accommodation was great, but the least they could have done.I can t say I would stay there again but the view from the sky pod is absolutely breathtaking! For Adrenaline junkies and thrill seekers the rides are a must!
The 107 lounge is an amazing place to have a drink. Even tho I was kicked out of valet parking for 3 days, had to apologize and give a $60 tip to get out of self parking it was awesome. Can't wait to get back to the Stratosphere. If they park ur ride out front dont sneak into it and pass out. In my defense I couldn't find my room key lol.
Comfy mid-size room for 4ppl. Nice bathroom. Room smelled and seemed clean. They are not fans of you over staying past 11pm though. $30 for an extra hr. $50 extra for 3 hrs. Its an automatic charge if your still there.
The remodeling room was new and great. Even though the location of the hotel was far away from the Las Vegas strip, I still recommended staying at this hotel.
Hotel rooms are decent and clean. View from the sky lounge is spectacular all around. The thrill rides on the top are absolutely breathtaking! Love the Top of the World restaurant as well!
I came here over ten years ago (when it was "the stratosphere") and fell in love with the cool looking location and the rides, bar and restaurant atop the tower. Those are still great. But even though the renovation and renaming has been done, somehow it feels like it's less amazing. Rooms were kinda rundown and the service desk team was not great.
Observation deck is a nice place to sit and relax. The rides aren't as much thrilling though in case you are expecting great adrenaline rush. The night view is way more better.
Top of the World restaurants: The view was INCREDIBLE!! It was very nice and romantic. The service was everything you'd expect and more! Only downside was the food was not that great. My wife and I ordered a NY strip strip which was really good, but the sides of lobster mac and cheese and asparagus were not good at all as well as the NY whiskey sour drink I ordered. Only thing good we ordered was the steaks and wine. Other than the disappointment in the side dishes and my drink, we were extremely satisfied with the venue!
My family and I all stayed here for our vacation. There was a problem with one of the rooms and they fixed it immediately. I love that it's not directly on the strip, so you don't get the constant noise. I also love the bar at the top!
I would recommend this place if you re looking for a hotel in Vegas. The price is decent and the hotel was really nice. And the location is great as well.
Went to the magic shop at the STRAT two days ago with my family and had a blast. My children had such a fun time, they learned several magic tricks while we we're there. It turned out to be the best show we saw in town. Thanks again to everyone at the Las Vegas magic shop for such a memorable time. We will definitely be back next time in town.
The rides at the stratosphere were so much fun! The employees had such friendly attitude. Nykee Brown has some of the best customer service I ve experienced in this trip so far. Would definitely visit again!
Pools weren't open, wifi spotty at best and the bathroom was tiny, however the bed was perfect and there were no bedbugs..so all in all it was ok. They did give us a decent credit..
Went up to the Sky Pod on 108th floor for the view, which is fantastic. A little disconcerting when the thrill rides are going (floor vibrations). Well worth the trip up and over Las Vegas.
Great hospitality, excellent tournament experience. Can't wait for next year!! Thank you #PeggineTellez, 3Wall Ball Racquetball and of course The Strat Hotel Casino!
Stratosphere was awesome the cater to every one of my needs no complaints here housekeeping was on top of it front desk was on top of it casino floor staff was on top of it everybody was on the game valet security. If your brother a person of color this is a place that welcomes on the strip
First time to Vegas, the beds here were pretty nice, I don't have much else to say. It was easy to find the hotel since the SkyPod is visible like everywhere.
Overall hotel is decent and undergoing changes. There are different rooms and the levels of cleaniness vary. You get what you pay for. Decent selection of food in hotel. Discounted rate if you're a hotel guest to go up tower. On far end of strip.
We had an offer for 3 free nights and thought that part was great. This was until we spoke to representative Kathy.... not only was she friendly she also made sure our stay was amazing. She helped make reservations for the perfect time so that my 82 yr old mom could see the sunset from "top of the world". Kathy also made some other suggestions to make sure our stay was memorable. There were things that were not so great about the hotel .... but because of kathy's customer service in the beginning those things were alittle easier to overlook.
If you looking for thrills when staying in Las Vegas then look no further than the tallest building The Strotosphete at 1,249 feet. There is the Sky Jump, Skypods and you can have a great meal in the rotating restaurant on the 106th floor above the famous strip and you will a fantastic 360 view of Vegas which is absolutely fantastic at night. You can book a room, gamble in the casino as it it the same as any of the resort hotels.
The Hotel Casino is Located in Las Vegas. My son wanted to Sky dive for his birthday.. The employees are helpful with the Customers following All the safety rules and regulations.. The employees are friendly while selecting the package deals. This was a once in a lifetime event.
Awesome deal! We wanted to go to the top and see the view. For the 4 of us it would have been $100+. Instead we made a reservation at the top of the world restaurant. We did it during the day for better pictures. The meal cost me $211. Salmon shared by me and the wife, lobster bisque, caprese salad, and chicken sandwich shared by the kids. Plus a bottle of Cabernet. Amazing meal!!! Keep your receipt and you can go to the observation deck for free but who cares... the restaurant has amazing views and during the early afternoon there s a lot less traffic. Best value for the money so far. Plus we got to see two divers jump off the roof while we were eating. So cool! And Francisco was our waiter. What a nice dude!
The stratosphere is one of the most iconic building on the strip and for good reason. The casino resort and tower are not the Ritz by any means. That does not mean they dont deserve 5 stars. I consider the stratosphere a diamond in the rough, beauty with age if you will. The views from the tower are spectacular and with the dining and attractions up there it's a great time for the entire family. The casino and restaurants need a little love, and the shows could use a kick in the pants but they work so... overall the place is a great stay on the strip and just as long as you remember you get what you pay for. Then all is fair.
Incredibly poor customer service. That's disappointing. The meal at the Top of the World was good. I recommend going there to eat, but not staying at the hotel.
First time here and this place is awesome! I wanted to be away from the strip and this is the place to be! Rooms were nice and clean. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of weed in the non smoking floor. Will come back for sure!
Had an amazing time at the stratosphere hotel. I especially enjoyed the amazing view and had a blast on all the rides including the awesome bungee jump. However I wish there were more things for kids to do.
It's at the end of the strip. The sky lounge was a very good experience. We can see the entire Vegas view with food and drinks. Adventure rides are there to enjoy your stay. But if you want to enjoy the strip at it's full, this is not the right place.
There was someone else's hair in the shower when we got there..... I believe during a pandemic that they could have cleaned the room better..... the luxor was very clean....
Terrible service experience, unfriendly and rude staff in the buffet, strong weird smell in the room. We bought a ticket of show online and then went there , we were told that there is no this show at all. How ridiculous this kind of thing could happen? Don t waste your valuable vacation here.
Decent spot. In the older part of Vegas. We went to the Michael Jackson experience & that was awesome. Great show & energy from the performers & audience
What a great experience and cheap given its Vegas. A coffee bar and a bar bar available, not at Statospheric prices :) Great views are a given. My kids did all 3 of the terrifying rides. Top tip, they are truly terrifying so go up and look before you buy non refundable tickets. I had grown men literally offering to give me their $40 pass once they got to the ride entrance, no catch.
It's a bit off the strip but only a 15 minute walk to the monorail. The skypod is quite nice and you can go outside on the observation deck. Rooms were clean but not super quiet (well, it IS Vegas). Free parking is a plus.
One of the things o respect most about this casino is the location of the table games. Very convenient for when decide it time to go. Noticed a lot of new games. It s good to see a variety of brand new and older classics.
This place was okay, cigarette smoke was pretty heavy. Buffet was mediocre. The Celestia show was fantastic. Did not have time for the rides, next year for sure!
We had the Maryland crab cake at the Top of the World. It was a little bland, not seasoned the way I'm accustomed to. I was born and raised in Maryland and my mother made much more flavorful crab cakes. Old Bay seasoning was popular in Maryland. Sunset and night time lighting was beautiful. We had an 8pm reservation, good time to visit.
This is a good place to stay in vegas if you are looking for a budget hotel. It has casino at ground floor, entertainment at top floor and fun ride at top most building too. Cafe at top is a big plus. I have stayed here twice and it is not far from strip. Overall a good place to spend a night in vegas.
