It's located in a quite congested area beside a shopping mall. The inside of the hotel was nice and the hotel staff were helpful.

Amazing experience, the food was top notch. The environment is royal. The staffs were very helpful towards an unusual issue we faced.

Hotel and facilities are great but that is located at a high traffic density zone so reaching this place or going from here would require lot of additional time.

Seven Kitchen is an amazing restaurant. The view from the rooftop is simply breathtaking.

An elegant place for meetings. An excellent place for stay. Event though it is a little difficult to find the entrance of St. Regis in Mumbai, it has a sprawling lobby & reception area on the 9th floor of the hotel with aesthetically designed lobby. The restaurants are a must visit for a feast tonight the palate. The Library is the name of the business center to conduct confidential business meetings in closed doors. Extremely polite work force adds up to their elegance.

Vibrant place with many facility with high standards

7 kitchens had a cockroach running abt the plates. Give this place a miss.

Best place for brunches and to listen to some live music. Everything from entree to desserts is great at this place.
Not affordable to all but they sure have some classy stuff up there.
Experienced chefs. Great managers. Gourmet live counters. Fresh seafood. The list goes on.
Although I miss seeing my fav pastry chef , Miss Neha, around anymore.
All the stewards and hospitality staff do a Fab job.

Very wide variety of buffet. Superb decor. Choice of deserts is plenty. Addition of Indian vegetables in main course is welcome. Takes 20 minutes to get back the cars given in valet parking. You come to know about this only when you go on ground floor.

With the most beautiful Artistic View, it accommodates you with the one of the nicest rooms in mumbai, with the privileges of Indias best resturant and some top most bars like Luna. Its is one of the most top notch properties to stay and feel the luxorious Hospitality of St Regis.

Great location.clean and spacious rooms. Room sizes are generally bigger than the average room sizes.. Awesome skyline views. The staff is courteous and very helpful.Special mention for the guest experience team and Loyalty Manager who helped to improve the stay experience and do step up in case of any issues during the stay.Finally the checkin/checkout was very quick and smooth

Very nice property, views from eighth floor terrace are superb. Entrance to hotel is just before The Mall, difficult to spot. Overall good five star property

Superb Hospitality, Excellent food, service & housekeeping

The St. Regis is a 5 Star, luxury hotel in Mumbai. It is in a nice area by a large shopping mall with easy access to south Bombay, BKC, or the northern suburbs or business areas.

The hotel has a grand lobby, several restaurants, a roof top bar and many other excellent amenities.

The service level from the check in staff to the people in the restaurants or the fitness center or pretty much anywhere in the hotel is of the highest standard and pretty much at the level you would expect at an establishment of the quality.

The hotel is excellent, however the traffic is torturous especially in the evening

A nice and luxurious 5 star hotel located in Lower Parel.

The hotel is super luxurious. The services provided also are very professional and humbly served.

The hotel is at a very prime location. The rooms, banquet hall, restaurants are well lit & have great ambience. The hotel staff too is very forthcoming & helpful. The service is also quite fast in comparison to other hotels of this size.

Its a 5 star property in New Mumbai with best of the facilities..this is the place where most of the fashion weeks happen in Mumbai. They have many auditoriums for press conferences and seminars.

Grandness is the word which explains everything about this place.

Excellent place but is it fire safe? Did not see much place for fire engine to move...

Lunch at Seven Kitchens was amazing. Brilliant service and food was great too.

Visited their restaurant Seven Kitchens...very spacious restaurant and friendly staff...even the hotel decor overall is very pleasing...look forward to visiting the hotel again soon.
