Yuppy and luxurious. Very friendly staff at a competitive cost. Nice way to experience Bombay. Views are great!!

Horrible experience. Had booked 7 Suite Rooms in the hotel. At checking in at 7 pm in the evening, one room was still not ready. On requesting late checkout was told that we will let youbknow how many rooms will be needed to be vacated by 12 and remaining can be held by 2. On not receiving call till 11 am next morning, I decided to call my self and enquire to which I was told yes you can keep the rooms. I therefore ordered for bfast. When the same was delivered in room. I was told to checkout in next 15 mins. This is the ways they behave with people booking 7 suite rooms with them. Would never try booking this hotel again.

This is really a luxurious hotel. Fantastic and clean rooms, you are welcomed with a drink. Service is upper level! Suitcase was delivered fast to room. Gym is good. Executive lounge offers delicious food from the three restaurants. Sights are great. I really enjoy my stay!!

It's a rather lovely place, food was awesome, I was actually there for the world on a plate event, only the problem was there was a not lot of staff at the reception for information rest every thing was perfect

Went for an event. Not enough chairs for everyone. The food served was pretty bland. Even the biryani wasn't spicy.

What could possibly be said. It s the St. Regis. Everything is done to perfection.

Nice place stay but food is average and staff are not professional and service is average comparing to other competitors hotels.

Very Nice ambience. When you reached at top floor of this hotel..You can see so many buildings roof.

Went there to attend a function. Spacious hall, courteous staff, good food!

Loved the experience. Luxurious rooms with all aminities and its right inside a shopping mall. Just step out of the hotel lobby to go to the shopping mall. Its not nearby airport. It took 2 hours for me to go from the international airport on a normal day. The price is on highef side, but u can not expect a 5star hotel to be anymore cheaper.

I have been there for events. The staff is very co-operative and the food tastes awesome. Loved working with the people there

24/12/2020, we checked in for our anniversary celebration .. The check in was smooth . Since we were there with our baby we were a little apprehensive but Once we entered the fear of us being there during Pandemic just vanished as they take utmost care. St. Regis is pure luxury ! Right from the check in Kaushik was there with us , he took care of evrything. From booking for a wonderful table at Luna, arranging a complimentary cake to gifting us a special frame of our baby girl s picture.We just missed the Sabering at 6 PM by few mins(which is a St. Regis ritual n takes place evryday) but were still offered Champagne. Overall it was such a memorable stay. Would love love to go back . Oh ya the food ??? YUMMMM

Excellent five star hotel in a great location.there are very good Italian joints just opposite of this hotel and a happening shopping mall high street phoenix just below it connected to its very own rich shopping mall "palladium".....when visiting mumbai,after 5 star hotel taj,do not miss trieng St. Regis mumbai
