Best Business Luxury Hotel in the heart of Lower Parel. Finest in all services.

We booked a hall for organising a party. These people are really unprofessional. Food was also not good. They had taken payment in advance and I have been continuously following up for invoice for last 2 months but still no response.

The ambiance and decor is really cool and it overlooks the city and the sea.
As far as service and food is concerned I'd say that the staff are friendly and courteous, the food is good and lip smacking good but the quantity of food served is in my opinion a bit less.
The BBQ pork ribs and the avocado toast are really good and should be tried!
It's perfect for a date or a night out with friends.

Fantastic ambience, comfortable to sit and chat and a lovely cuppa at the coffee shop. An oasis.

The rooms are big and nice, staff is always smiling and friendly, pool is too cold, lifts are too slow, breakfast is perfect.

The place is majestic and had a crazy lounge and dance floor which is open till the wee hours of the morning, though not cheap. The smoking room is insane as it is on the 35th floor and gives a spectacular view.

I recently stayed at the St. Regis Hotel Mumbai and my experience was amazing . The main reason for this was the outstanding service from the staff at the hotel ,particularly Sohan and pratik from concierge who always ensured our every need was met, Anthony from bell service who was always helpful , amol ,usama, rohit , gaurav and Kedar from breakfast that ensured our tastebuds experienced all that st.regis had to offer , Omi from the Spa for an amazing massage and mainly Phurpa lhamo from butler service impeccable efficiency was 24-7 unmatched & she ensured our stay was a dream come true . The above mentioned people went out of their way to ensure that our every need was met . They were on the ball and exceeded our expectations and we have stayed at other 5 star hotels across the world before but never was their service comparable to this stay !!.Thank you St. Regis Mumbai for perfection !

The security is an overkill. Was attending a wedding there. The starters were poor but the main course love counters more than made up for it.

Of the luxury hotels bearing the name of St. Regis, perhaps not the most reasonable? I can not stay at St. Regis in Osaka, but I can feel rich here.

Well this hotel doesn't need any reviews. Everything here is pinch perfect. From behaviour of the staff to the services to the looks and the food. Excellent.

Attended the Ireland Education Fair here. The staff was polite, and the venue was comfortable.

Good hotel with a excellent view. The room had a major design flaw. When you open the toilet door, it hits the commode !! You can't open the door completely ! You have to go in and twist yourself before closing the door.

Wow ! Awesome place to host corporate events. Food is also excellent.

Was at Imperial Hall for Reception. Grand location, excellent cuisine, excellent staff. Only issue is the chaos at the drop off area...It's too small and quickly becomes a traffic jam.

Good 5 star hotel with 4 star rating because :
Confusing entry points, particularly for walking people from phoenix mall.
No guiding signages or manned helpdesk on floors that help visitors reach their location easily.
Excellent variety/choices available at restaurants but tastes are ordinary.

St. Regis hotel As five star property should improve there's service and food. During my stay late service was very common. Found hair in food which means no use of hair cap during food production. Mattress from room found wrinkled, no AC in corridor or lift. Hotel administration should put serious attention in it. Mr. Nicolas dumbbell general manager of this Hotel should work on it.

Came recently for a shoot here at the imperial ballrom.
