Great rooms and a good location, expect a little traffic during peak hours

Really loved this property... ... was there for a office event....Their banquets are really nice..... perfect arrangements....amazing decor......loved their chandeliers.... although didn t stay there would love to next time

Didn't stay but had an overall good experience while attending an exhibition here. Staff is eager to help, food quality in restaurant is as good as you will expect from a St. Regis hotel.

I visited this for an event and I must say that this place has a different vibe. Obviously a 5 star hotel and what you see ia nothing less than what you have dreamt of a good star hotel. So for people looking for a great luxurious stay in lower parel it' the perfect spot .

Was part of exhibitors on CII valves meet held at Hotel on 13TH Dec 2018- NO Trolley was offered till 50 minutes after the wind up -reason cited that only 3 trolleys are available in hotel. There was a limited spread on Lunch and Items like Roti & Vegs were served on piecemeal basis.

It is one of it's own kind. Really loved the vibe and interior of the hotel. The location is great and the floors above 30 gives great views of the Mumbai skyscrapers. Beautiful.

Sankt Regis, saintly!! What a collection of halls! Surely great, but we do get an "Oh--Ooh!" sigh when we look outside.

Only went to XXO for some drinks. It is a cool place. Didn't like the DJ though. Crowd is a mix of rich oldies and college students.

Ac in the lobby needs lots of improvement. Especially outside their ballrooms

I visited the banquet hall for a education Fair, the interiors were gorgeous and make you feel like you are in a palace. Only downside is that it was completely closed with no windows. And the toilets were completely western as in no hand sprinklers.(At least I couldn't find any. Sorry if it was my negligence)

Little expensive, but the place is amazing to stay and very close to a big posh mall.

Previously know as the Palladium hotel. The hotel is now st.Regis and houses some great restaurants and bars. The service and amenities are very good. Located next to the Palladium mall. It's a great place for a getaway.

The biggest problem with this hotel is its poor access and no parking for Chauffer driven cars. Unless you give a room number of a guest (a security contradiction) , your driver cannot park your car. Unless of course the driver alights from the car he's employed to drive and gives it to the valet. The management says it's a global st Regis security practice which is preposterous to say the least. Ninety percent of the arriving visitors to the overcrowded area where the St Regis is located will arrive by Chauffer driven cars so the hotel manages to annoy arriving guests who are not resident guests of the hotel. Then one walks into a lobby to a higher floor main lobby by which time the worries escalate. Current verdict ... there are more customer friendly hotels in Mumbai, give this one a pass till they resolve their parking problems.

We were there for a party in seven kitchens. The ambience was great. Food was good but the menu for veg buffet was smaller. There were more options in Non veg. Desserts were superb.

Great food at the seven kitchens!! But Pathetic behaviour of Security Manager named Abhishek Sharma at the hotel security checkpoint. Very rude, manner less & unprofessional.

Horrible experience with the security staff at the entrance.. untrained and no idea of how to talk to ladies nor how to handle a client escalation.. particularly mr Anil Kumar and Rohit.. their behaviour represents exactly what is wrong with our society and the hotel has to take responsibility for their mcp behaviour.. shall not be coming back here and will definitely dissuade all acquaintances from coming here as well

Totally not worth going this place me and my friend had gone this place and we had reservation which paid in advance and the lady at the counter said there is no such reservation done here but still I can give you the table that's that and after that we started having buffet I had gone for salads first in that there was crab so i asked the waiter for the crab cracker so he said I will bring it cracked by chief so i said okay he didn't bring my crab till end then we had ordered moctails in which i ordered two one was peach ice tea and second one was virgin mojito peach ice tea was amazing but virgin mojito was equally bad it was very sour not drinkable then we had ordered pastas from live counter one was red sause which was perfect but white sause was totally raw not eatable and not cooked properly then i had chicken lollipop which was also not cooked properly there were many more problem I had to face like poor service and more .

Good Banquet and Conference Halls - excellent food and good variety. Imperial Hall is great for functions of 300 to 400 people. Convenient central location. Approach is a problem in the evenings due to the heavy traffic, particularly on weekends, due to the adjacent mall

I always stay in st.regis..its in south mumbai..above the best mall in mumbai and happening..service takes time but food is good.the indian restaurant in st.regis is outstanding

Excellent place with wide spreads of food variety. Environment is too good. Looks like some kingly palace. Enjoyed the dinner and the place.
