I hate candy apples they are the worst dance senter and they are so mean to Abby Lee miller

I want to be there but I don't know how it is there so miss Cathy if you see this can I please get in the dance company I just have to learn to go all the way down on my splits and I hav to do a handstand and allll the other tricks!!

I dont like the candy apples, the dancers are okay but Cathy is too much, always starting crap with Abby, and i know that, that could be editing or something but she is a crappy person in general and always getting in others buisness when it doesnt include her.

If you aren t part of it stop saying bad reviews aldc peeps. Ok I get that you like them better but stop hating otay!

I didn't know this was actually a real dance center i thought it was only for the show

I hate the Candy Apples Dance Center because Cathy did not train a single kid on her competition kid and I just think that to have a real Dance Center you have to actually train the kids

She doesn't train the dancers.. Just hires them which is not a dance school but a dance production company

jesus, all she does is talk about abby, she can never choreograph anything and always has to outsource. terrible attitude and terrible facilities

It's a good school. Most of the bad reviews are from fans of the reality show: Dance Moms. (One where children were abused by their dance teacher/producers for the sake of content, views and money.)

Member for 8 years and love it! The show is scripted and she is very nice

Do you even know how much of a fool you look on TV? I cant believe how horrible you acted as a grown women. You talked about someones child right behind them while you can clearly hear you. For you to just purposely target one specific dance studio. You a despiteful women and I cant stand how evil you act. Thats all I have to say I hope you have as good of a day as your attitude.

This dance company does not care for its students very rude parents and teachers they only care about what they (staff) only care about drama and starting it it is so awful can t stand them

Kathy is wicked. She needs to grow up and act like an adult. I would be embarressed if she was my mother. This also goes for all the mothers on her team. SHAME, SHAME KATHY !!!

She is rude and hurts children's self esteem. Although she says that she is doing whats best for the kids, she only cares about herself

I went and they rejected my daughter that because she didn't see that she would pay the monthly payments and that because she didn't have the right profile

Cathy is an extremely unprofessional person! She would regularly talk to my kid about Cleveland Steamers in her dance lessons and I came out to the parking lot one day to see Cathy squatted over the hood of my car leaving a big ol nasty dump.
As can be expected, that was the last straw and I took my kids out of her classes.

abby is a way better teacher. she might yell at you but, she is a way better teacher.

I saw them on Dance Moms are they were rude to Abby and the ALDC. But there are really good dancers but in season 5 were they made a cake of Abby yelling, that was rude

It was so bad I think it smells throw up and has bugs on the walls and floors

They taught me stuff I already knew and when I tried to tell them that they yelled at me

my daughter dancer here and cathy is extremely RUDE! she called my daughter a bad dancer in front of a dance official. the only thing she cares about is money and being in front of abby

Most people say that shes rude and is a rat. I know why. And why does she put "This is a fake review they never danced at candy apples". Is that actually true? or no? Or maybe shes trying to cover things up

My cousin danced here, and she has Improved a lot! The instructors there are very nice. Other people are giving this dance center a bad rating just because it was on a show and had a bad rep on the show, but candy apples are amazing if you invest the time and effort into it.

Cathy always talked about how Abby Lee Miller went to jail I dont know if she still does because I left. But she has a negative energy and always hires people to do the dances because she is to lazy to do it! I do not recommend!

You have to admit even if you have never been to her studio she comes across as a nut job on TV.

This is the worst freaking place on earth. Don t bring your children here all the owner talks about is Abby lee and her daughter. My daughter hated this studio and I did too. Dont recommend

Look I watched dance moms and I am only giving this five stars because Cathy needs it. I have know idea what kind of person she or Abby is in real life or how the studios look but keep in mind most of this stuff is fake. The producers just force most of it for good rating and popularity. So just keep that in mind before y'all hate on them. Most of these reveiws are fans of the show a ALDC but don't judge others because of what you see on TV but. Cathy is an awful dance teacher. The children look like they are having seizures in there dances, yet Cathy thinks it look amazing. She is very unprofessional and extremely rude.

She is always talking about how Abby Lee Miller is in jail. I AM JUST HERE TO DANCE!!!! We have thankfully gone to Pittsburgh and I go to Dance Mechanics instead! It is soooo much better!

Probably wouldn t recommend it. I don t think Cathy is really good at choreographing because she always seems to have guest choreographers.

My granddaughter has danced here for 6 years. We came in in the middle of the dance moms saga. We were able to witness how the show was manipulated. Cathy is caring and kind. The dance studio is decorated age appropriate that's cute and fun for all seasons. The extras that they go is above and beyond such as sticker boards for preschoolers , parties that are offered and trunk or treat, and their demand for community events is on a high level.

Candy Apples is the worse, most messy, and unorganized, "Dance studio." As soon as I walk in, there's an old lady, I'm guess her name is Cathy, yelling at me telling me that they're closed?!?! Wth. Candy Apples is the worse ever!! Btw her daughter looks like a monkey with a mustache and an underbite.

I called because I am moving to the area from Illinois. I had seen this featured on a show and my daughter who is 3 is wanting to start dancing. I had called and was greeted by someone who was immediately rude. I had thought I had called the wrong number so I had called back. The lady who I spoke to immediately told me to take my business somewhere else and was interrogating me. I dont understand what had happened but I truly dont think anyone should support a business if thats how someone is going to greet their potential customers.

Cathy was so rude to me and my daughter. Cathy served tuna one day to the kids and she knew my daughter can t eat seafood. She also charges way too much for classes. I ll be taking my daughter to a different dance studio

Why is it that the Kathy takes credit for dances that she does not choreograph. Every time she competes she brings a choreographer on, for what? Isn t she the instructor? I would suggest that you take your kids elsewhere, where people who work there actually know what they are doing.
