Very nice place to go for a quite dinner. Food is good.

superb hotel, with international facilities. good interior, clean and well mentioned hotel. nice parking area staff is very helpful and humble.thay have good restaurants, gym,spa etc. near race course also lower Parel West station.

The ambience is very good the breakfast and food is excellent, the Air condition are not having any problem

The event is at luna nudo. Service is very good. Very coordinative staff. Platter is awesome. The view from the hotel is amazing. Hall is bigger than i thought. Good experience.

Wow, what an amazing hotel. Such a great approach to hospitality. They found a selection for everything here, the staff is super friendly and in every corner, you can find a staff member that will assist you with everything that you can desire.
The view from every corner inside the hotel, the rooms, the pool is incredible...
Also, the breakfast is really impressive, the variety is huge and very good.
We will definitely come back

Extremely comfortable. Great rooms super views. Service is prompt and ambience is welcoming. Good restaurants and eating options. Very conveniently located next to Palladium which again offers grwat restaurants and branded shopping.

It is situated at a prime location at Lower Parel next to Highh Street Phoenix Mall. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were available always when needed and deligent with their service. The conference room were excellent and all facilities like projector, board, charger point etc were available. Food was really good. The ambience was very calming.

It is a good hotel and location. But, the guest experience is not up to the standard of SPG, need a lot of improvement on taking care of guests for late check-out, food orders, customer privacy.

Good ambience. The buffet was extensive with Indian, continental and Asian dishes, pizza , and a huge dessert selection. The chat counter, and the sushi section d deserve special mention. The staff are wonderful.

One of the best Place to celebrate Celebrity type of functions & the security level is too good.. You may also find good Pubs inside. Hotel Lobby is the favourite place for the photogenic people. All over you will be satisfied the way it is.. it has been Glorified more with the Reception of Virat Kohli & Anushka which added a feather in their Hat....

Had booked The St. Regis for a staycation on the Valentine's weekend and we had booked with 2 meals included, dinner and breakfast.. however, was a extremely disappointed with the overall experience.. at reception we were told that we have got an upgrade but when we opened the blinds in the room we could see some very old buildings and slums.. so the view was ruined..

Stay Experience: In the evening and in the morning till we checked out there were children screaming all over the floor.. the rooms had very thin walls it seems.. we could never had that feel of privacy... We could hear people talking in the next room... Speaking of the aesthetics, there was none.. The room decor could have been better had I done the interiors and trust me I am no artist.. Speaking of grandness, again, there was none..

Now let's talk about the food: The buffet dinner wasn't as per 5star standards.. the food was pretty mediocre.. we went for a dinner and breakfast plan and a few of the dishes in the menu were redundant in the Dinner and Breakfast menu... The quality was not that great either.. the mutton I expected to be tender and juicy however, the meat was very sticky.. The seafood wasn't well marinated as well.. One more thing, when we were done with our dinner, we were asked to fill a feedback form and looking at our review the waiter came following us disappointed in a way like why didn't you give us the best rating... How can you challenge a customer's feedback? Now let's talk about the breakfast.. When we had called The St Regis before booking our stay we were told that the dinner and the breakfast would be at The Seven Kitchens.. The dinner was at The Seven Kitchen, however, the breakfast wasn't.. The breakfast was in a banquet hall.. to be honest, I got a 3star breakfast experience..

One more point where we were disappointed, we booked a room with bathtub, but unfortunately there wasn't any bubble bath available as per their recently changed policy and also the bathtub wasn't comfortable enough.. Hence we couldn't enjoy the bathtub at all..

So overall, The St. Regis doesn't deserve to be in the top 5 stay options in Mumbai..

Great place to conduct corporate events. Good food.

Located in heart of the city, reaching their from South Mumbai and the suburbs are equally convenient. The decor of the hotel, function hall, reception and other infrastructure are simply superb. Food was excellent. Maintenance is top class.

Had dinner at The Sahib Room and Kipling Bar. Booked a table through Zomato and we were guided to a cosy, comfortable place even though we were about 10 min early. The ambience is excellent - nice lighting, soft music and courteous staff. The food was great too, although a touch expensive. Recommended for dinner with that special someone in your life.

The hotel is extraordinary, the food is exclusive the staff is very nice very helpful staff overall the hotel is richly maintained the non alcoholic beverages are also very good and the help desk is very useful for information of room if you have a good budget then this hotel is one of the best in Mumbai I highly recommend this hotel and have also heard that Virat Kohli's marriage reception has taken place here

Room no.2312 on 18th Nov. my wife wanted to give me a Surprise. Turned out to be a Horrible Horrible Experience.
We Took a Room. There was no Ac cooling at all. I called up our personal Buttler but of no use. I suffer from Hypertension and I am very uncomfortable with the Heat and lack of Ventilation. . We also showed water Marks on our Coffee Table which shows St.Regis Policy to keep their Rooms clean And Hygenic for others. Photos attached.

At 10.30 we ordered Food to our Room we got it at 12.40 Am.

I Think post Pandemic St. Regis also have Cut down their Manpower Thats the only reason why we faced So much of service issue.
