The place is fine , but the entrance cannot be spotted easily , secondly we have to pay to park here

It is best and most luxurious hotel i have ever visited. Superb view from the hotel rooms. Grand varieties in both veg and non veg foods. Unmatch decorations and taste in desserts. Superb Hotel at the middle of the city. Only problem is reaching there as it's true for any place at Lower Parel.

4. The worst situation was that I sent my laundry on February 26th, but when I got my suit on 27th, it has been damages. So I called laundry boy to ask that Can you pix it for damages or not, and if you cannot fix it, I will take to Korea to Fix it. The laundry boy said yes , and took my suit pants.
However, when they gave me the pants, the damage was getting worse. The damage has been spread, and getting smaller and shorter.

Before No.4 happen I was trying to understand all my complain, but I cannot follow the St.Regis policy anymore.

I have been 4 times meeting with hotel managers for no.4 situation. First meeting was March 2 with Neeraj Lumb, Suraj Dhameja. I showed the my suit for damage, and they agree with this problem, and they apologized, and they told me they would discussed, will tell me the decisions.
March 4 or 5, I have as second meeting with them. Begging of the meeting, I suggested that I would tell them my suggestion, and after that they need to tell me their suggestion. However, they did not give any suggestion after I tell them my suggestion. They just told me that time to think.
So we had another meeting on March 8, 9 with Sunil Kumar. However, he was very rude to talk to me even I am the client. Even, they had been fault a lot of things. I felt he did not know what business attitude is. He did not try to listen my opinion, just gave a suggestion. He told me that I must pick their option.
My suggestion was pay by cash because I cannot trust St.Regis because of happens.
St.Regis suggestion was I buy suit in Korea, and send them the receipt, and the will send the money.

Food is amazing...... Ambience is colonial average ......

Very professional and the staff is really helpful,they helped me in getting a shoot done even though it WAS RED ALERT in Mumbai due to heavy rains.

Typical Business Place with huge rooms good ambience

Good star hotel, all staff humble, enjoyed variety of food. Hall and garden/lawn area nice but for reasonable crowd otherwise it's crowded.

What else you can expect??. The experience was awesome. The staff was very nice and well trained. Hygeine n interior was excellent. The food was very authentic japanese. What I want to suggest that authentic Indian cousine should be available there. Thanks for making our experience memorable.

The only St. Regis property in India. The tallest hotel of the country affiliated with the Starwood hotels, which is now acquired by Marriott. The restaurants here are very nice. Yuuka, a modern Japanese cuisine restaurant with the expertise of chef Ting Yen. Sahib room and the Kipling Bar, the Indian restaurant of the St. Regis. Seven kitchens, the 24-hour coffee shop.
Then there are the banquets Alhambra, Pallazio, and Imperial. The largest one is the Astor Ballroom.
Experience luxury in it's own different way at the St. Regis, highly recommended.

On occasion of my birthday they placed a cake and flower bouquet in the room .

They provided a interconnected room as we had 2 rooms.

Maitili Bhatt at reception welcomed us well and kept in touch during the stay .

Anoop Giri had been very kind and made sure kept the room tidy and kept all in room before even the need to ask .

Sanjay Jadhav in seven kitchens was a sweet of person who was on his toes to provide u anything on table inspite of the buffet option

Abhishek Bhalero in sahib room was extremely helpful
