This place is real luxury... wonderful space .. wonderful staff. .Wonderful pool.. wonderful spa.. i just loved it.. this hotel is worth every penny... real 5 star experience... you can imagine such a beauty at the heart of mumbai city.. what i appreciate is how they managed to place a hotel just above the MALL in a single building.. food and breakfast menu are delicious ....try and get floor 20 +.. you will really enjoy

Attended a wedding reception here. Venue is superb in terms of location, ambience and 5 star facility. However the food service was horrible, even a bhojanalay catering service is better.

It's a five star luxurious hotel just beside the Phoenix Mall, Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Hotel's Architecture is huge & good.

An upscale hotel, behind Phoenix mall, that overlooks the sea. Good facilities. Staff ready to pamper you. Attended a corporate event organised here. Lunch and dinner spread were excellent from entree to desserts.

The food and hospitality was good. Only disappointing thing was that during event I had asked them for few pens, which I never got.

Always love it when ever iam there . The ambience , the food ans the great and overwhelming hospitality that you experience is just above par . Jonathan Frazer Is one of the finest butlers you are ever going to have with , manages literally everything for you in and outiside the premises. So if you are lookikg forward to visit and you need some assistance he is the one you should be in touch with to make all your problesm go away .

The hotel management was very friendly. While I was only there for a brief while in the coffee shop, it felt like the staff was expressing was gratifying me for my visit. The macarons, in fact, all the desserts were incredible.

Totally amazing place in lower parel, mumbai. The huge hotel has 5 plus stars on its badge. The ball room is where I went for an event for mom bLoggers and even Genelia Deshmukh have visited the event. They serve excellent buffet here. Friendly staff and perfect management
