Food - good, not exceptional
Ambience - very good
Service - terrible
We had a reservation for lunch.
1. The specified table was not available.
2. It was for the occassion of birthday but the cake took ages to come (which wasnt fresh or customized, but prepared in the morning itself)
3. For welcome drink we were given an extremely sweet drink full of essence. We barely took a sip and returned it.
4. Every incremental order took a lifetime. So, you get the dish but not the breads or vice versa. Ended up returning everything.
5. The kiddo wanted to have a Waffle. They took 20 minutes to confirm that it is not possible. Then after another 30 minutes it arrives magically. By then the kid is bored, irritated, and already stuffed herself with papad due to lack of options.
6. Atleast 5 other gueats complained about numerous things during the duration of our meal.
All this happened when the number of serving people were more than the guests. At the end of this ordeal of 2 hours (to have a simple meal), the manager pridea himslef by extending 10% discount. FML. Usually for such grave mistakes 5-stars do a lot more differently.

The hotel is nice with the decor n all. But we went for midnight buffet and it was horrible very bad experience with the midnight buffet.

Very nice service and hotel do visit it for their food specially sea food.

1. there is nothing you can say sea view,you need binocular to sea the sea
2.there is nothing you can call room dining
no one respond
they ask me to wait 10 minutes to call me back and take my order
3.in case of emergency or anything you need to wait 15 min to call the reception,no one will respond you
4.this hotel is good just if you have one day business trip otherwise i will not recommend to anyone

I visited St. Regis for a seminar held at the banquet Hall in the 38th floor and the interior decoration was just breathtaking. The arrangement was flawless, the staff courteous and the food was yummylicious.

Great hotel with good hospitality. Cabs arrive directly at the hotel reception.

The staff of the hotel make or break the reputation. My initial experience was bad but then Ms. Lynn Murray sprang into action and mended what the others had damaged. She excelled in her customer service and must be used a bench,ark of service. The suite I had was huge and the breakfast spread was unbeatable.

This hotel is quitely tucked alongside Palladium Mall. Has a nice terrace garden on the 9th floor, that provides a nice view of the race course and Mumbai skyline. This makes it's banquet hall and conference halls less claustrophobic and provide a green outoor relief.

Hospitality comes with people but a stay with such nice people nd hospitality makes worth it.

Classy interiors, quick service, warm staff, nice conference rooms and comfortable rooms.
The restaurant serves delicious Indian food.
They have only 8 lifts.... .And if they are hosting a wedding ,the lack of lifts inconveniences all guests.
We had to wait 30mins+ for the lift and another 20mins for the valet.

Sad for a 7 star property. Right from the lobby, to the check in, to service and also the food. Worth a skip

St Regis is really one of the best,also the service provided by the intern is really very good,really should visit the place has almost everything nearby by the location Appereciated

Good ambience... Water leakage from the roof.. Food not up to the mark for an expensive evening...

The hotel is a class apart considering the rooms , service quality , room service, food and other amenities. Only concern can be of the cost of food which is a bit high but doesn't matter when you look at restaurants within the hotel and the breakfast and dinner spreads. Wouldn't mind staying here in future , if we get a chance.

Excellent location with all the main spots in Mumbai at a very nearby distance. Good view of Mahalakshmi Racecourse and Sea. Very good well maintained rooms and breakfast with varied variety of food items actually so many that you might get confused what to order first. If your intake is very small, I am afraid that you might not able to enjoy the entire food range. But it's not only the quantity but it's quality is also very nice. Must visit place.

We recently booked a suite here for our honeymoon. Best hotel room we ve stayed in... made even better by attentive staff, great views, amazing rooms and just a good vibe.

Good food and ambience. If possible go to higher floor for mast view of Mumbai .

Probably one of the most beautiful 5 star hotels in Mumbai. The rooms are nice and it's not as overrated as Taj or Oberoi.

If you like luxury and exemplary service then this is the hotel for you. After staying at all the 5star properties in Mumbai I can assure you that there is nothing better.
