good accommodation wise. close to a few office spaces in the city. multi cuisine restaurant with ample food choices available. could improve room ambience and in-room facilities, specially the bathroom fittings

We had an outstanding stay. Rooms, views, food, amenities were all great, but the people were the best of all. I wish I could remember more names, but Shane, Dakshata, Shakir and so many others were really wonderful.

St Regis, Mumbai has quite a few decent dining options to choose from. Seven kitchens is usually the crowd favorite and rightly so. The buffet may sometimes get a a bit overcrowded depending upon the number of guests staying, but the experience is never miserable here. Also, with Asilo being permanently closed, XXO is the new highlight of Nightlife at St Regis, Lower Parel. XXO is a nightclub at 37th floor. Unsurprisingly, the view is stellar and the ambience is stunning. Unfortunately the place is a bit small and usually gets overcrowded on weekends, when there are various events and themed nights. It also gets as expensive as you expect it to get and also, there's always a bit too much traffic to get to this place. But putting these things aside, the experience here is quite pleasant and memorable. These two are the best and the most recommended places to visit while your stay at the Regis.

Great premium hotel in central part of the city, they have a number of conference and banquet halls. Food is quite good, so is the decor, ambience and overall cleanliness of the halls. Excellent dessert options too. Ideal place to stay for someone who intends to go shopping in the city, as this hotel is connected to Palladium mall, which is one of city's best high end malls.

Beautiful business hotel in central Mumbai closer to Parel

The best five star hotel i stayed ever, infact enjoyed. U need not go any resort for longer holiday stay, one can enjoy longer stay here. Hotel ambience, restaurants, facilities are excellent. Overall one of the finest infrastructure in prime location with supreme level of service.

The hotel is good but complicated. Too many elevators which is confusing. Even in the presidential suit the room service was very poor. The bed wasn't clean when my friend checked in. The things in toilet were used and later on we also saw a leakage of water in roof. Pretty disappointing for such a big amount.

Inside the Palladium mall a unique hotel with a great spa

It's really good.
The Taj Mahal Palace is also nice but old. Water circumference is no good.
If you ask for a hotel car from the airport, the butler can meet you and check in in your room.
If you can use the register for 20,000 yen, the next will be here.

Excellent hotel and location ... One of the best in Mumbai

I always love visiting here. The warm welcome , the amazing staff, the amazing food whether ot be asilo or the sahib room and kipling bar, is all what makes ne keep going and the ambience is amazing too.

Highly professional and a classy staff. Loved the ambience & the Imperial Hall is amazing. The food, in all its variety, was great.

We recently hosted an official event at St. Regis Mumbai. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We were able to get all the help that we needed comfortably and ofcourse the dinner spread at Seven Kitchen was grand and sumptuous.

What an amazing hotel. I must say the view from every corner is wonderful. We tried their happy hour at restaurant bar in the top floor everything was delicious.We had a personal staff who took care of our needs making sure we had a comfortable stay. It was our anniversary so they had a lovely rose petal bath tub and a cake arranged by the time we got back to the room after our dinner. Also their dinner buffet was great they had good variety to choose from.Now when we talk about breakfast menu it is usually same at every hotel but here it was different again wide variety to choose from I loved their freshly made parathas at the counter. Overall a great experience would definitely visit again

Good five star banquet hall and open terrace eating area. Poor approach with traffic congestion.

I have been to this place for Bombay times fashion week it seems it to be very beautiful place people work there are very cooperative and helpful. I was on the 9th floor it had a great view.

Rude staff...The next level of rudeness from the staff that you can ever imagine.

No respect for customers. Staff at St Regis don t even know who s there in house guest and who s an outside guest.

Got abused by an guest at LUNA who was an outside guest and claiming himself to be the owner of the club. Guy was totally being the racist with the club manager accompanying him as well.
Staff started bullying us as well.

If more details are required on this matter feel free to reach me out.( only if you are willing to hear it and provide a resolution to this matter....)

They serve a different and unique taste with all type varieties.
Good environment, staff and service.

Very nice and not too expensive (compared to European prices, for India, not so much) but service can be too attentive, I don't need asking every 5 mins if everything is ok, I'll say if it isnt.

There is no smoking zone. Every time we need to come on ground level for smoking

Went for wedding. The staff was most attentive and helpful.
