Perfect location, perfect rooms, perfect ball room , perfect hospitality

Our company held a marketing event on floor #08 and floor#9. Excellent use of marble all over. Spacious lifts. Good light morning breakfast for guests and lunch was good combination of Indian (butter milk was pleasant surprise) and Italian.

You'd expect alot more from a St. Regis.

Edit: just found out it not run by them anymore. The hotel has been taken over by the original builders. But I don't have confirmation on the same.

Visited seven kitchen lunch buffet was good...main course is ok selection for dessert n starters were nice good service enjoyed the time cheese were nice where you go in a bar and order a cheese platter here in that have the buffet and cheese as well.

Great atmosphere position by great shopping mall Luna restaurant was the best we visited in India

Nice place for couples who want to go for romantic dates

one of the best hospitality locations in Mumbai. The best part is that this hotel is adjoining palladium mall which is one of the most premium malls in Mumbai.

I have been on roof top restaurant ashilo it was a great experience and should say better then Aer cause service was fast and a great view had fun with my family highly recommended

Magnificent hotel located at the heart of buzzing metropolis. Quite a pleasant ambience and cooperative staff. I wish there are suitable landmarks with proper guidelines for the destination, so people can reach faster. I participated in the award function Times healthcare achievers award 2018 and I enjoyed the evening.

Its clubbed with a high street and may be one of the best places to stay in South mumbai. Hotel interiors are superbly designed. Being a high rise it has good view of race course and south Mumbai.

Excellent hotel. Level 37 hotel and lounge's view is breathtaking.

One of the best hotels, I've visited in the city, be it for recreation or work.

Tried connecting them for a Business meeting. Very lousy service. Twice was extended to their Business convention centre line and no one responded. Would expect courtesy from such elite hotels

Convenient hub for business meetings and events for those having offices in Parel/Worli area. The venue scores on plush settings, good food and spick and span upkeep.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms, interiors, service - everything is top class. Greetings at the entrance give you a warm welcome. Enough staff around to guide you inside the hotel.
Banquet hall can accommodate large crowds. Attended a conference in Apr, loved the food during the event.
View of the city from 9th floor is fab.

I have travelled the world and stayed at many 5 stars hotels, I know what I m expecting and what the norm is. However this hotel is beyond just meeting those benchmarks and standards. The staffs there truly genuinely care about their guests. If you were not a royalty while entering their premises, trust me you ll feel like royalty while being there and leaving too .

All the staffs that I had the pleasure of dealing with were superb-one special mention to two amazing souls that have left me speechless with their demeanour and care is Rahul- st Regis butler and Rohan kadam - Ass Manager at Seven Kitchen..these two are my St Regis Mumbai super stars. They have gone beyond and beyond to make my stay memorable. Thank you guys for all the gifts that my little boy was spoilt with while were were there, he didn t want to leave . I don t think I can ever stay at any other hotel when I come visit Mumbai again ..

Premium hotel with multiple meeting rooms and good quality food

Food was fine...service not so fine.Best part is its close proximity to the Palladium mall.

It's an excellent property to attend events. The staff is very cordial, ambiance is simply great and the food is delicious! I happened to attend Dassault Systemes' forum on '3D Experience' yesterday.

The lifts are slightly confusing, apart from that the ambience is really nice, so is the food.

Service is b 5 star and more. Facility is tops. Location is great. Amazing hotel all around.

Grand place...only challenge is to fetch car from valet
