Very good hospitality with top notch services. There's a mall right next to the hotel, so it's easy to buy stuff on the go as well.

Just a luxury brand, nothing much! Employees there are less paid for their work and can be seen by their work!

The overall experience at St Regis was good. Couple of areas that I thought could be better are. They ran out of dessert plates and spoon and nobody knew where to get them. The food spread was good.

Great hotel--Seven kitchens restaurant is one of the best restaurants in the world. The hotel has prayers in Sanskrit written on its wall-- Wow! that's great-- that keeps with our Indian tradition

Good location, with a superb view of the city and the ocean. The skyline view in the night is to die for. Food's great, and the rooms are quite spacious. The buffet spread is just amazing, especially the ice cream carousel! :)

The food is really good visited seven kitchens today nd will recommend to u all.very friendly staff and the way the hostess is really good jst go in the morning at the breakfast u will enjoy.

I went to Seven Kitchen's restaurant.Amazing place !! One all you can eat Buffet ! You can find a variety of cuisine here. Mutton was tasty and the spices used were nice. The starters were not that much full of variety. The ambience is amazing.

I went to Phoenix many time but was unknown before .... Its great place for wedding specially.... Services security treatment maintenance upto date allll....one of the best hotel i have visited......

I had an surgery 2 days before the stay in hotel, when i reached the hotel they kept me in one room for more than 1 and a half hour my leg was paining and and we called the service for about 4 times but still they waited me for 2 hrs

Wow, what a stay. Have traveled 47 countries so far and stayed in multiple hi-end hotels. But the small things and gestures stay with you. St. Regis is made up of those small gestures which will stay with you for long. Would definitely be back soon!. Keep up the great work guys!!

Located at lower Parel. At a walkable distance from currey road railway station while travelling from Central line. The overall architecture of the hotel is flawless and aesthetic. The look and feel is amazing. Lot of Amenities are available. Service offerings are great. Good place for stay if flying to mumbai!

Five Star Hotel formerly Shangri-la Hotel located at Business District of Lower Parel next to Phoenix Shopping Mall with specially dedicated 8th and 9th Floor for Meetings and Banquets. Hotel is surrounded by well known famous brands for shopping.

What an amazing hotel. Must be one of the best in Mumbai if not the whole of India. Excellent service and amazing ameneties. Highly recommended place to stay in a nicer part of town. And don't forget the breakfast. If you live donuts they have an amazing freshly made custard donut yuuuuuuuuummmm. Come for the hotel stay for the food.

Visited the Astor Ball Room here. The ambience and layout is exquisite. The open air terrace is a nice experience. The way leading up to the ball room is also superbly maintained..... Food was good enough!! And overall experience was pretty good

Guys please take serious note of this.lobby staff at the St Regis was extremely rude.I was sitting at the lobby waiting for my reservation and then this person named Narola comes and ask me whats your last name,Do you have a booking in this hotel. Then after answering this akward questions they again ask me how may i help.I mean they embarasse you to such a situation that you would not like to visit this place and make any future reservation. Regarding the etiquette,hospitality and service they are still far from the likes of Taj Mahal Palace

Fantastic hotel. Attached to a decent mall where we had all our needs met. WiFi was fast and staff were nice and generous. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

One of the posh hotels in Lower Parel with amazing hospitality and comfort. The service is of top quality and the ambience of the hotel is posh.
I was here for 2 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed the stay.
Only issue is that there is no business centre or lounge for you to work or have a meeting. Such an arrangement is must if you are visiting for business purpose.

We had gone for dinner at their Seven Kitchens for a very lavish Buffet.

The St. Regis Mumbai is the best place to stay in Mumbai. My overall experience is really good the drawing room , bar , seven kitchens are my most favorite places to visit. Yesterday I went to the seven kitchen the kheema was really nice. Chef makes really yummy paratha's . the service is really good ammana & Deepika gives best service. I love the whole decoration & the food specially I love Japanese & India food . hotel gives really good service the pool bar is really nice I enjoyed my first Mumbai trip with the st.regis. really nice peoples they are so helpful.
