The family and I have breakfast at Astor Court couple times a year. It's a great ambiance and service. I was a little disappointed in my Eggs Benedict this last go around, the yolk didn't run out when opened up and that's not acceptable in my opinion, for the price. Hence the four stars.. Valet parking gets validated in case you're wondering.

Not really the place to go for a couples massage as there is no couples area. The pools and jacuzzi are closed. Probably won t return to the spa. Four seasons is much better.

The holiday decorations were very beautiful and the service was good. It did smell a bit overpowering (of flowers, I think). I enjoyed exploring all the different areas.
A nice hotel and the staff were friendly enough, but I got the impression that they weren't necessarily thrilled by the presence of people of color.

The concierge service is fantastic. I called ahead to have something set up for my friend s birthday, and they took care of it without hesitation. Gary, the concierge, even offered to write a handwritten note for us! A great concierge team is a sign of an excellent hotel culture. I felt cared for, and I wasn t even a guest!

Attended a wedding at the St. Regis and was blown away by the truly world class experience provided by the staff. Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing service and professionalism demonstrated by every employee that I interacted with.
I am loving it here ! Beautiful space, during COVID-19 there is mandatory masks in the building. Also there is hand sanitizer and kleenex on each elevator. I brought my own lysol and clorox wipes just for addt'l cleanliness. Bathroom is to die for!!!! HUGE!!

Decor is bright and glamorous. We moved into the penthouse above and enjoy the walking distance to the Whole Foods across and many restaurants nearby. Atlas, the restaurant inside St. Regis is also great. Whenever we have company it s convenient and fun to have fun at the bar downstairs.
The concierge was awesome and the service was great. Aak for Preston Rooks. He was the concierge in duty and great at his job!

The bar was classy, upscale, and very enjoyable, however, the service was not up to par.
The Hotel is very nice, but they have 1 employee who is very rude who goes by the name Valeria. Valeria works the front desk when she deserves to be working in Laundry. I witness her being rude not only to myself, but to another guest also. This hotel is known for there 5 star service. But when you have 1 spoil apple in the pack it makes all the apples spoiled. This 5 star hotel immediately turned into a 3 star. Valerian attitude reminds you of the attitudes from McDonald s employees. I never would ve expected someone that low, & unprofessional to be working at a 5 star hotel.
The location is great. Right near lenox mall so a short walk to the mall! The room was very nice and came with a large closet. I thought the beds were very comfortable. The service was also excellent. When I called tot he desk, they helped me as much as they could to help me out. When I order food, it came with 15 minuets, and it was delicious.. would definitely stay again!!
I checked into the st.regis for just a mini vacation. I wanted to relax and fun. I ve never stayed at the st.regis before and thought i would treat myself. I had a excellent stay, amazing staff, the room was beautiful and superior service. Upon checking out was where things got a bit confusing. After leaving i was called by credit card company because the st.regis had charge my card 661$. The total for my stay with food was only 352$. I called the hotel and i really didn t get a explanation expect the extra 300$ would fall off, but honestly that extra $300 was a lot and who knows if i would have needed it for something. Then later during the day i was charged another $135. I call the hotel again and the front desk said i was charged because i took something from the mini bar. Which in fact i didn t; i don t even drink. So in total $780 was charged to make card in pending transactions. The front desk said she was sorry but I honestly feel this ruined my vacation. I had planned on staying again at the st.regis but after this I m afraid of what else would be charged to my card. $780 is a lot of money for a one day get away. I feel like they the hotel should have been more sympathetic to my situation. No manager called to apologize or anything which i feel for the luxury brand is very rude

I love HIGH TEA....Love! But the service at St. Regis was awful. We arrived at 2:30--our scones and tea came out within 15 minutes. Our sweets and sandwiches came out almost 2 hours later as we were making a complaint to the manager.

From the moment we pulled up we knew this was going to be a great weekend! Nothing about this place is below 5 star! First class people, rooms, decor, and service. Over the top is the best thing I can come up with for a description. All the staff were beyond nice knowledgeable and friendly. Our room was very up to date with latest in technology to control everything from an ipad. Super clean and quiet and just over the top relaxing. Exceeded our expectations in every way! The bar was really nice and the drinks were great. Walk next door to the steakhouse and enjoy a fantastic meal. The hotel offers a car to take you anywhere within about 5 miles and is super clean and nice!

Wow! We went for a late breakfast/early lunch, mainly to have a Bloody Mary. Wow. We were amazed by how good ALL of the food was. The fried okra was divine, especially with this spicy sauce that came with it! Then for lunch, we had the shrimp n grits, burger, peach & burrata salad, and quinoa power bowl. All were exceptionally yummy. In addition, the service was 10/10. Polite, responsive servers. Finally, valet is free if you dine at the restaurant. Definitely check out this spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

Went to the hotel bar, of course a bit overpriced but the atmosphere was awesome! Definitely a chill spot for getting drinks with friends inside or in their outside area.
