5 stars because it's a great place. I'm a media buyer, The Braves & Falcons are my clients. I take my valued clients here. Never a bad meal. Top of the line classy service. We don't look at prices. Just sit back and enjoy this place. Always a great experience and the food was outstanding.

Call ahead for seating! We were seated promptly and our waitstaff was very good. Never a rush to finish your meal and push you out the door.

After a great meal for 3, with tip, not to bad, $500 bucks!

Love this place! My Client's love it!

Had an absolutely amazing stay with my boyfriend on Saturday for the LSU/ Oklahoma game!! The Hotel Receptionists were so sweet and caring, but most of all Samantha Sacks went above and beyond to make our stay amazing! We were to lucky to have her at our service! Thank you and we will be back shortly !!

This is the best hotel in Atlanta, hands down y all! A location that s convenient to all the Buckhead night life + Swan House, stunning decor and intimate spaces, and fabulous staff. I always have a delightful time when I am at the St. Regis or recommend it to our clients. My husband and I throughly enjoyed the skating rink last Christmas, followed by drinks by an outdoor fire pit - too perfect. The food is fabulous and the rooms couldn t be more luxurious. 5 stars!

My best friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the St Regis for her birthday. From the moment we were escorted out of the car, we were treated like royalty. I can't remember everyone's name so I'll just say all of the staff were true professionals and executed their roles in sheer perfection ! From the lobby , to the restaurants , to the beautiful and luxurious suite that we were upgraded to , everything was truly astonishing ! I could go on and on but I can't find words adequate enough to describe my experience , other than to say WOW !!!!

Buyer Beware - if you have a SPA service, you can no longer use the pool without an additional fee. The St. Regis Atlanta and the Remede Spa are seperate companies and there is now a new policy: spa guests can PAY $35 M- Thurs and a whopping $75 Fri- Sun to use the pool. This cost is in addition to the spa service. I found this out the hard way and no other luxury hotel in Atlanta is charging this fee to accompany a spa service. I go to the St. Regis a few times a year and was shocked to learn this. While the manager did comp my pool visit (i go on the anniversary of my mother's passing to honor her), I still believe that this is an awful policy and should be revisited. I hope the hotel staff and spa come to a better arrangement, especially since the picture of the spa on the web is actually one of the pool... Services were good, but there is clearly a spa/ hotel contraversy for which the guests are placed at a disatvantage and the spa has the unpleasant task of communicating this. Update the web to make this new summer policy abundantly clear. Once you do, guests may head elsewhere. Or, revisit the policy as a whole and recognize that with most luxury hotels, the pool is considered an amenity to a multiple hundred dollar spa day anyway.

I have worked with a contractor company, and every time I get to work at St Regis Atlanta all the staff it's very positive and outgoing. If the staff is nice and positive that means that St Regis Atlanta has great leadership. Congrats

Afternoon tea was very relaxing. Maybe I got lucky but the place was not busy so the ambivalence was excellent for a tea sitting. Food was great and the pear green tea I had was wonderful. Loved the place and would recommend.

I went for some drinks on Saturday night. It was quite busy, as the hotel has hosted a large function that evening. I decided to valet park. There are two bars on the second floor. The one with the books in it had last call around midnight, so I moved to the Wine Room which has a dress code and no flip flops or hats allowed. They have a good detection of liquors. The staff was very friendly and I was served quickly. That bar had its last call aound 1am. The hotel is very posh and nicely decorated. I would consider staying there on a future visit to Atlanta. The valet staff was courteous and working hard to get all the cars back to patrons in a timely manner.

We stayed at the St Regis to drop off our child to college this past weekend. Both my wife and I were really concerned about Covid and staying in a hotel. We were amazed at all the precautions they took. Room was immaculate, hand sanitizer and tissues everywhere including the elevators. Remote controls in room in a sealed bag everyone was wearing masks.. Both of us are physicians and we felt very safe. In addition they managed to maintain 5 star service. Staff was kind and considerate. When room service was ordered meals came hot and timely. We choose to have no maid service but they delivered shampoo etc and took our trash daily. One of the best hotels I have stayed at. They truly deserve 5 stars!!

I have always enjoyed staying at the St. Regis properties my favorite being in hawaii. From the incompetence of the staff to the downright rude nature everything is handled is not only offputting it is unbecoming of a brand that is supposed to specialize is excellence. They do they are excellently abhorrent and have soured an otherwise delightful experience at their other resorts. I blame it down to the management and the staff. For some reason they seem to forget there is 4 other five start hotels within 10 minutes of them i would advise you to look their. If your ever in japan or kawaii though do stop by as it is one of the most incredible hotel experiences you can ever experience. The Atlanta location on the other hand you would do well to miss.

Afternoon High Tea at the St. Regis was very nice. First, there is valet parking that was validated- great for not feeling confused about where to go. It s just up the stairs and they have a nice quiet area. I wanted the little girl dream of having tea...even if I m old now . We had 3 people and it ended up being $200 with tip so certainly a splurge. You each get to pick your own tea and you get a personal pot at the table. Then they bring you each a scone which was very good, wish they would have brought two each for the money. They then bring out a cute serving tray with sweets and bite size sandwiches. They will accommodate vegetarian etc. Their sandwiches weren t that good, but the sweets were excellent. You had enough food to get full and I loved that each person got one of each bite sized sweet. We each got different tea and all of them were great. Overall I would recommend this tea!

I frequently travel around the world for both work and travel and I've stayed everywhere from hostels to Island resorts. Most recently, I've been staying at the St. Regis Atlanta for work, and I have to admit that the level of service at this hotel is second to none.

The St. Regis Atlanta is located in Buckhead, the upscale part of Atlanta where you'll find ridiculous mansions, trendy shops, luxury goods, and some good ol college dive bars. It's located across the street from a whole foods, which is amazingly convenient, and within walking distance of world class restaurants and a very lively bar scene. In addition, the In-House restaurant (Atlas) and Bar (St. Regis Bar) is no slouch either, with a sophisticated crowd, great food, and amazing drinks.

Rooms are well appointed and decadent, bathrooms in even the lower tier rooms are what you expect in $1M homes, while the suites take things to a whole new level. Remede bath products are great, and you won't get a better nights sleep in the bed. Even the small things from having a shoe-horn in the closet to complimentary shoe shining makes you glad that you chose to be there.

However, the best part of the hotel has got to be the service. Between the front desk staff that knows you by name and your personal preferences, the butler service who takes care of your every whim, and the housekeeping staff that immaculately cleans your room, folds your clothes, and arranges your toiletries, you will be treated like a King/Queen. The front desk managers (especially Steven) really go above and beyond to make sure every experience is unforgettable.

With the many hotel choices in Atlanta, it's understandable that choosing one can be difficult. Take my advice, splurge a little, and treat yourself. It's well worth it.

Came in town to see Falcons win! Fantastic service, food, and luxury rooms! The bed is so comfortable. All staff friendly and helpful. I will always stay here when I come to ATL. Although the hotel is not downtown it is well worth staying in Buckhead area. Close to fantastic shopping and restaurants and hotel across street from Whole Foods. Worth the price for a true five star hotel.

Attended a wedding tonight. 3/18/17 at the hotel. Beautiful wedding and a lot of fun. What was not fun was paying $17 for the valet to retrieve my car. Loved paying $17 after waiting 30 mins for my car in the wind. St Regis can bite my ass.

Since the Buckhead Ritz closed, this is the spot for tea. Beautiful hotel and great staff, but not as cozy as the Ritz used to be. Tea was good, and there were many different sandwiches and dessert.

Nice hotel, but the valet situation is completely out of control. It took more than 45 minutes for the valet to retrieve our vehicle. People who came after us were given their car before us. And they charged us $12 as 'validated' ticket for the pleasure of waiting in the cold. Ridiculous.

The hotel is beautiful and on Wednesday nights at their restaurant they have a small band that plays. The band is phenomenal and makes for a great place to have dinner.

I don't drink, but I'm sure the band sets a great mood for drinks as well.
