Bar was amazing - quiet, large, and dark. Good drinks. Definitely a great place to people-watch or just hang out. Parking is roughly $6 an hour with I think a $24 max, and there's valet for $5 with validation from the bar.

The best hotel in ATL hands down. Take it from someone that spends 100+ nights a year (and that's just in Marriot props) Service is excellent. Said at the door and lobby, Paola at the front desk, Freddie in the bar, thanks! On par with the Four Seasons ATL, but never seeming busy or rushed. Rooms are great with all new tech, streaming and ipads for control.

This is THE place to be when you visit Atlanta. The atmosphere, the service by each and everyone encountered was top notch. The room was beautiful and spacious. I slept like a baby! The tub is like no other, you can practically swim in it. Don't forget to bring your bubbles! For entertainment, you don't need to go far, check out their bar and lounge with great food, drinks and live music on designated evenings. Great place to people watch!! You may be invited to a birthday party or see a few celebs. I caught a glimpse of the one and only Dr. J, Julius Erving and ate some great birthday cake! Thanks birthday girl!!

Came in town to see Falcons win! Fantastic service, food, and luxury rooms! The bed is so comfortable. All staff friendly and helpful. I will always stay here when I come to ATL. Although the hotel is not downtown it is well worth staying in Buckhead area. Close to fantastic shopping and restaurants and hotel across street from Whole Foods. Worth the price for a true five star hotel.

This has got to be my favorite hotel in Atlanta! Beautiful decor, super friendly staff, spacious rooms. This hotel = LOVE! And they are located next to my favorite restaurant in the city Chops Lobster Bar. Can't wait to return here soon!

Came here with a group for a friend s birthday. I had high expectations considering how expensive the high tea is priced.

We were seated upstairs in astor court, the venue is very pretty. We had 2 servers. They explained how the menu works and I asked what the diffeeence between $55/$65 was, to which the server told us that you get a glass of champagne, any of the 3 listed on the bottom left of the menu. Everyone out in their orders, and then the servers came back and said that that price only includes the Prosecco (the cheapest option).

The scones came first with the tea. However, I thought it was strange that no milk was served along with it as it s a traditional part of high tea. The scones were good though.

The food towers arrived next, aesthetically pleasing, however, extremely disappointing in taste. I ve never been to a high tea where Nobody enjoyed a single thing on the menu. All of the food tasted stale, and none of the items were unique to st Regis or the experience.

It s also worth noting that you cannot split checks.. overall pretty venue but not worth the price or the hype.

My daughter took my wife and me to Mother's Day Afternoon Tea at Astor Court with much enthusiasm. However, the experience there didn't exactly pan out the way we expected. They showed us to our table in the corner and it was nice. Unfortunately, we waited for nearly 20 minutes before somebody with a water pitcher showed up asking if we had been helped. Scones were good. We ordered our teas and they were very good. We each finished our cups but didn't get the refill until we asked. The time took between refills was very long. It would've been much better if they simply have given us pots, which they did at the end.
The food was okay. The sandwiches were delicious. The strawberries on the chocolates clearly showed that they have been left out for quite some time. Given the history of the establishment, which the server explained quite well, we were not impressed with the level of the service we received. With a birthday party going next to our table, we could hardly hear each other.

Elegant tea room with outstanding service. This is what a tea room should strive to be. The food and tea were delicious. You could even get champagne with your tea - very nice champagne too! The tables were spread out so that each one was private. We overlooked the lobby entrance to the elevators and were able to watch as a very elaborate wedding party arrived for their reception which was rather entertaining. I left something on the table and the waiter caught up with us outside to be sure that I did not lose what I left. Impeccable service!

My best friend and I had the pleasure of staying at the St Regis for her birthday. From the moment we were escorted out of the car, we were treated like royalty. I can't remember everyone's name so I'll just say all of the staff were true professionals and executed their roles in sheer perfection ! From the lobby ,...

This is without question, the best hotel in Buckhead. The level of service, the food, the staff, the decor are as good as any hotel ive visited in the world and despite being expensive, well worth the money spent to stay here.

Worst customer service booking experience that I have ever witnessed. Lady was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked about package options that I was aware of, she specifically stated "why did you not ask about packages at the beginning"... I guess she forgot that she needs my business and not the other way around...

I had a wonderful spacious St Regis suite. The suite was beautiful. The bathroom especially the round bath next to a window was stunning. My suite had a connecting door to a room and during the first night the guests in the room were mega loud with loud music and chatting, even though they sent security up many times they people refused to turn down the volume. The hotel refunded my stay for one night and sent up yummy goodies to apologise even though it was their fault. On my last night, the butler service ran a hot bubble bath for me with a bottle of Champagne and strawberries which really touched me.
Service is extremely good. Very professional, helpful and kind. I used the outside pool which was amazing, the gym, the food services which were all amazing. In all it was a wonderful stay and experience.
Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great service and lovely room. The pool was unfortunately closed throughout my stay, so I didn't get to try it.

There were issues with the tub (didn't drain) and shower (the handpiece for the shower head kept falling to the ground), but it was nice overall.

This hotel is expensive but you also will enjoy your stay. The rooms are very spacious and are in fairly good condition. Most of the people working at the hotel are friendly and helpful. I only had a couple bad incidents when I called requesting something for the room.

I've stayed at other hotels in the Buckhead area and I would pick this property over others, BUT I do feel that this St. Regis has more wear and tear compared to other St. Regis'. So if you've stayed at other SR properties you might need to lower your expectations when staying here.

This is regarding your Afternoon Tea. I cannot express how disapointed I was in the afternoon tea at the St. Regis in Buckhead. Number one; I do think they even have the idea on how to serve an afternoon Tea. The ambience was very cold in spite of having a piano that is use for decoration. The piano is the key on creating a nice ambience!!! Food was not terrible but considering the price, it should be better quality. The amount of Tea it was simply pathetic; A tiny tea pot for each person, I barely had 2 cups. I have been there 2 times, and I will not ever go back. The St, Regis person that was in charge on the afternoon Tea, should go to the Ritz Carlton, and take notes. I have been going to the Ritz for many years and the service is excellent. I do not even have to bother filling up my tea cup because the watres is always ready to do that for you at all times. They are also very generous with the tea. I write my review only with purpose to help St. Regis to improve the service if you want more people coming. The hotel was beautifull!!! I have nothing to criticize. The staff very polite.

Spent the weekend at the St. Regis for my 30th birthday celebration with my friends. When we first arrived our room was not ready no a huge deal we had spa appointments so we were able to go straight there and spend time. After spa appointments rooms were still not ready, we were asked to get ready in the spa, though we got a few questionable looks from other guest it was fine. We were told at this time we were getting a $200 credit to use at the pool for food and drinks to make up for our inconvenience. Before leaving for 7pm dinner reservations we were told the room still wasn t ready but that they would have it ready and bring up our luggage by the time we got back. We got back around 10pm and finally had a room! Yay Shelly actually told us we were getting the night comped and the $200 credit to use the next day at the pool. Much to my surprise I was greeted by a very rude employee named Linda this morning, she told me that we would get the comped room but not the $200 dollar credit, after explaining what Shelly had told me, she gave me an unfriendly blank look and said no. Linda should never get to work with customs, I would have never wrote this review has Linda one time said I am sorry or even smiled at me. However our pool experience with Carlos was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful. I understand things happen sometimes and I can go with the flow on pretty much anything but I can t handle rude people for no reason, it was for my birthday and she kept acting like it was my fault and I was somehow inconveniencing her for my room not being ready.

I came here for my friend's wedding, and absolutely loved it! I wanted to give 5 stars but the parking was terrible and the location is a bit hectic. Regardless, such a wonderful and luxury place. Loved it!

First time at a St. Regis. Came to Atlanta to do a night away from kids and shopping. Pick this hotel because suppose to be the best. Immediately regret not reading all reviews. Room smelled terrible. Stained furniture and carpet. Mold and mildew in shower. We really tried to overlook. Didn't want to start a night away with negative vibes. So ordered some champagne. But this hotel should not be ranked Number 1. Some staff was great some were not . Main thing was conditioned of Hotel. Sub par for sure . 600 a night should be on point. No smells right . Room was hot. I mentioned to room service about stains. So while we were out I guess they sent a carpet cleaner in because when we got back we had to walk around on wet carpet. We will not be back. I think this was a nice hotel and the fact is now it's running off the past . Will not stay here again. If your super rich and don't care about experience stay here . If your just a little rich and want a great high end hotel that wows you Don't stay here . Just frustrated I really was excited to stay here and was such a let down .

From Ashley at the Front Desk to Alou the Mercedes Benz Driver...every staff member was kind, courteous and professional! I felt like the Starwood Slogan "Go Beyond" was taken to another dimension by the Staff. The St. Regis Atlanta..."they do chicken right"! I've already recommended SRA to my colleagues...Beautiful Place! Excellent Staff! In the words of Arnold Schwarzenegger "I'll Be Back"!
