One of my favorite places to eat at. Their food is so great and I love their salsa bar.
The food is always good and the staff is always friendly and accommodating. I had to subtract two stars because I saw tiny ants crawling around the salsa bar. It made me wonder how clean the kitchen is.
Excellent service & Food. The waitress was OUTSTANDING. The food was so good I wanted to order more but was too full. The food came out fast and the drinks (alcoholic)we perfect. Kudos to the owner and the staff. I will be back soon.
The food is very good and the atmosphere has a neighborly friendly feel to it.
Underwhelming at best. The previous reviews had me optimistic, but to start off my burrito wasn't even folded on the bottom so it turned into more of a chip topping when everything fell out. The food wasn't bad, but was very bland. The sauces were unimpressive and most were very bland as well. Even though there were only two customers, the staff were unattentive.
After ordering from them five times, today is certainly the last. Ordered 6 pastor tacos through doordash and 3 of which was supposed to be without onions and tomatoes and the others with Pico de Gallo. None of that was even done. To add to that, Everytime I order the same thing, it always comes with rice and beans, not this time. So then after noticing this I called them and was told doordash has a different menu from Uber eats and what I ordered doesn't come with rice and beans (just completely disregarding that I mentioned it always came with it when I ordered those), why should there be different menus in the first place for one business on different apps. Overall I'm very dissapointed in how the service gets worse and worse. One good thing that kept me going back is that they have amazing food, still do but it gets less and less great when there's a problem with your order every time. Each time I order they lessen the amount of food they give. The photo she's how pitiful it looks, used to be a whole lot hearty than that and always with corn tortillas but not this time, they just decided to throw out the whole order I placed and gave me whatever. Threee sauces, one of each for SIX tacos.
very comfortable atmosphere, great food, good prices.
Amazingly delicious authentic Mexican, the best I've had in Douglasville.
First time to eat here. It was good. We had their Sunday buffet. There was a good variety of foods you won't find on other buffets such as crab legs, shrimp, and the service was excellent!
Salsa , food and service are very good. It is small and looks aren't great but, the food and service are worth a visit. You get great potions for your money. Food is always hot! They are very accommodating! Family owned! I will go back.
The food is great, I just wish they were consistent about being open and answering the phone for to go orders.
Way overly priced. 9 dollars for 3 small tacos and a small cup of rice OR beans. (Not even both of them) You can't even combine the meats. It has to be 3 of a single meat. If you HAVE to eat there it's best to get the enchiladas. At least that platter looks like it's actually worth 9 dollars.
The food is excellent, the only bad thing is the customer service they need other more attentive waitresses
The service from the time we walked in was a disappointment. We had to tell our server 4 times we wanted to see the buffet and menu before we ordered before she would let us in the door and then asked twice more before she would give us the menus. After we saw that the buffet was all old and dried out we decided to order. She came up and took one of our drink orders and then walked away not answering when I called to let her know what I wanted. She continued on to the bar to get her pad and then took both our drink orders. She brought us our drinks with the chips and spilled the soda in the chips and did not offer to get us fresh chips. She walked pass our table with empty cups three times which is understandable if your busy, but we were the only ones there. So we asked for refills. She came back twice with out them. The third time we asked again and she did bring them. When I got my plate, my dad's was still no where to be seen, the food looked good. But when I went to eat it I found tomatoes in it and I happen to hate tomatoes. So I asked her if I could have another one because I did not want tomatoes. To which she replied with you did not ask for no tomatoes only no sour cream. I told her that it was not supposed to come with tomatoes according to the menu. She then told me that I could just take them off there only on the top. This not being something I wanted to do asked if I could just have another. Five minutes later the TV went out and we asked if we could watch the Olympics while we waited. She was not sure how to do it so she said that she would have to go talk to her manager. It turned out that her manager was sitting at the bar drinking beers the entire time we were there! But he was kind enough to change it for us. My dad's food came out 7 minutes after mine first came out and there was still no sign of mine coming back out. A few minutes go by and our waitress walks past us and towards the kitchen and before she gets to the bar starts scratching her butt in front of the manager! A few minutes later she comes out with my food and sets it in front of me. It was the same burrito that I sent back. She told me that they had taken off as much of the tomatoes that they could. I could not help but start laughing. She did offer to have a fresh one made. But asking kitchen staff who would do that to a customer and after seeing our waitress hygiene I was not going trust them with my food a third time. When I did finally get it eat it i was really disappointed it the flavorings in it, it was bland, and dry. After I finished half of it I decided to take the rest because my dad was done eating before me, he did have almost 10 minutes to eat before I got mine back. I asked for a box and she brought it and went back to the kitchen, not to be seen for quite a while. So we watched the Olympics waiting for our check and got to watch almost the entire first quarter to the women's rugby game before she came out with our check. We were there for over an hour and was disappointed ever second I was there. If the management was sober and trained there employees it could be an awesome restaurant. But for now I will not be returning.
Fresh chips and salsa. Love the little mini tacos.
Great Tacos .. Great portions of meat with milagro tortillas & homemade horchata! Sandra and he sister were great service
The food is extremely overpriced for small portions! The food is tasteless and bland. This was a very disappointing first and last visit to this dump!
My favorite place for tacos in Douglasville. They serve authentic and Americanized, so something for everyone. Plus prices are extremely affordable. Love the salsa bar as well.
Perfect lil Mexican spot... Authentic and WAY better than other places I've been in Douglasville.
Great tacos for a great price. 5 for $5 Can't beat it. Their the smaller type but pack a punch. Lots of salsa to chose from for your food. Would come again if I had the chance
Great tacos and customer service! Lots of flavor. Buttery flour tortillas. We'll definitely be back!
Delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly service. The 5 for $5 mini steak tacos are my regular order.
Me and my husband had luch today ! Everything was delicious
My hubby and I have been restaurant hopping in Douglasville since we recently moved here. We've tried many Mexican restaurants and the food was no good to say the least. Los Tacos.. My goodness. The food is so delicious! The tortilla chips are freshly fried and the salsa tastes authentic and its flavorful and we tried the guac and its to die for! The steak corn tacos were great. The steak wasn't dry neither was the tortillas. The steak torta I ordered was huge! I could only eat half and was stuffed. Ugh best Mexican restaurant in town! I'm picky about what I eat and picky about the service as well but the waiter was so sweet and she knows how to upsell! Lol the flan is sweet and the right consistency. 5 stars!
When you arrive, leave and go to El Don Tequilas!! Saw them on PostMates and decided to try them and it was worst experience. Food was ok but customer service terrible.
Awesome - huge portions - authentic dishes & the Tex-Mex if you want it.
Strong entry to the OTP taco scene. No bar, but they have liquor. Good service, although they looked at me like an alien when I walked in before warmly welcoming me. Music is WAY too loud, as others have said. But the food? Quite good. Honestly, I am shocked that these far flung taco spots are typically *much* better than metro Atlanta spots. Not sure why, but that's a question for another day.
The tacos are pretty good. Easily a 7 out of 10. Store bought corn tortillas, but they are tasty and they actually cook them a bit for firmness before serving. I had chicken and carnitas. Meat was well seasoned, but a bit on the dry side. Prices are cheap. If you somehow find yourself in Douglasville (I'm so sorry for you) and craving tacos, check these guys out.
Awesome place. I saw a sign for $1 Tacos while driving the interstate. I had to stop! The little lady that waited on me was as sweet as could be and made me feel like I was at home.
Amazing tacos, order the carnitas or al pastor, both are really great. They also have a nice sauce/toppings bar with some good stuff.
Some of the best Mexican food you can find in Douglasville. I always make sure to stop by whenever I'm traveling through. The tacos are always on point and the salsa bar is such a treat.
Food was delicious but the service sucked. I'll be back though.
This was one of the best Mexican restaurants I have ever visited. The street tacos were amazing. The ambiance could use some work, but I promise you that the food is wonderful. I would probably take half a star away for the chips, but the salsa bar is fantastic.
Tacos are sooo good!!! Just enough meat in those bad boys!!!
Food is just okay. The drinks are watered down. None in my party even have a slight buzz after pitchers of margaritas. Ask to speak with manager but one is not available. I'm very disappointed in my service and the food here. I won't be returning.
Great authentic Mexican food. Awesome guacamole, cheese dip, street taco( any kind) and wet burrito is some of our favorites but all of the for is delicious
Good size portion on every plate, good taste and good prices !
Sometimes music is loud, but other than that recommend it
Authentic Mexican food with great prices! The staff are so friendly. I definitely recommend this restaurant if you like Mexican food.
I had tacos....1 pork 1 beef....it was delicious. The fresh homemade corn tortillas had me from the start!!!! The pork was my favorite!
Love the food here specially from the menu pretty authentic I'd say.
So pricey for small tacos, place no attractive, took more than 20 min, no returning ever.
Love the Food , You Ain't Tryna Spend Money Don't Bother Stepping In , You Pay What You Get & It's Worth It.
Delicious food!!!! Great service!!! Great music!! We love it!!
This place is authentic!! The abuelas are in the back cooking up a storm and the food taste like it. Price is very reasonable too.
Driven by 1,000 times.
Decided to try.
Outstanding tacos!
I asked for hard Taco's and received something fried hard an stale also I was overcharged for my order
The food is good and fast and the house margaritas are good! No complaints at all!
Been going here for good food for the last 5 years. There's never really many people so you really won't have to wait. Love the authentic corn tortilla tacos with cilantro and onions. Most recent visit several drunk Men were at the counter having a good time offering me and my 14 year old drinks. A little pricey, but it's worth it and better than the other places nearby.
Food was really good. I needed a vegetarian modification and they were super nice and accommodating. They make the salsa there and you can tell . homemade and yummy.
As posted previous, the music is loud. But the staff is very nice and everything is very clean. We are passing through , but I am planning on stopping through to eat here again when we come back through.
I placed an uber eats order tonight and when the delivery driver arrived at the restaurant, it was closed and my food was visible on the counter. Very unprofessional and unusual. Their hours of operation are supposed to be from 10:00 am - 10:00 pm on Thursdays. The delivery driver arrived at 9:30 am to pick up my food. I was actually looking forward to eating their food, but I will not patronize this establishment now that this has happened.
This is a good place to eat at.They have clran bathrooms and tables. They have really nice service.I go on sunday because its the biffet day!
Tiny place but big on taste! Authentic street tacos!
Very neat. I love the idea of the Sunday buffet. It a not expensive and kid environment
This place is amazing. Really legit, authentic Mexican food. After moving here from Southern California, I didn't think there were any good taco places in Georgia until I found this place. Their carnitas is the best I've ever had.
Awesome Mexican!!! Super fresh and incredible flavor. Not since working in Texas for a few months have I tasted Mexican this good with authentic home made variety of Salsa on bar and great price to boot... Wife said she was not in mood for Mexican so I brought some home and she couldn't stop herself. Usually I'm the Moaner when we eat so when she moaned with every bite I knew we found our new fave for Mexican cuisine...
Very good but I gave 3 stars why I think they were closing when I didn't have a good experience
Amazing tacos and chimichanga. Looking forward to trying more food here in the future.
I saw the sign for $1.00 tacos and free quest and have wanted to eat here for some time. I got the chance and made a special trip just eat here on my way back to Birmingham. I o inside and music is blaring so loud I couldn't hear the lady speaking to me. She pointed in a direction and I went that way to a booth. When I asked about the above special, she said the question was not free unless your order was above $20.00 and the tacos were $5.99 and included some sides.
I decided to leave, before I developed a headache from the loud music and the prices for the food we're not what I was expecting plus some crazy acting guy out by the highway, spinning their adverstizing sign like a mad man and yelling what sounded like obscenities at passing cars was also a huge turn off. He almost hit my car with that sign as I was about to turn into the lot. Very unprofessional. I won't be back!
Great food great service FYI cornroll taco shell bad hard and soft good
Had a awesome experience here with my wife. The food comes out fast and the service is just great. Prices are affordable.
Consistent with others, the food was pretty good, but the service was problematic. 40 minutes to get 2 tacos, but I ordered 3. Then couldn't get the bill or a refill. And sitting at the bar, which the staff decided was work space is not recommended for dining. They did comp the meal after all this. Certainly not a stellar introduction..
Food was pretty good but definitely need to work on their salsa game. Every Mexican restaurant should have a delicious salsa with chips..
