Would give it a negative if possible. Decided to change it up and stay somewhere different than our usual...Mandaley Bay. 1st problem was when the shower in our bedroom was clogged causing to to overflow and flood our bathroo. I cleaned it up and they sent the janitor fix it in a timely manner. Then after waiting 20 minutes for the elevator , which never showed up, because they were broken; me, my wife and 3 kids had to walk down 27 flights of stairs. Didnt make it any better that my daughter did that with a broken toe. Asked for a manager and got no response. This place is a joke. An attorney should look into this for trapping all those customers ...most who were elderly an unable to walk down all those flights of stairs.

Everything was prompt with full amenities. Had a one bedroom suite. The bathroom was large. A little odd that there were no glass cups in the room despite there being a designated kitchen / bar area.

Overpriced motel style rooms with no attractions; the one restaurant in the building can't get there employees together to open up on time. Save your money and go anywhere else. Luxor, Bellagio, even the real MGM grand is better. Extremely dissapointed.

We like to stay at the Signature whenever we go to Vegas. Their mini-suites allow for some meals to be made in the room and save some money. The fact that you don't have to walk 1/2 mile through a casino is a big plus. Parking is by included valet service. Staying here allows access to the MGM pool complex. When reserving a room, take note of who you are booking with. There are some rooms that are lower cost but are owned and managed by another company. If you book these, the Signature staff cannot help you with anything your room may need. The company we booked through was only available from 10:00 a.m., one hour before checkout, and 4 p.m., one hour after checkin, so you better get there exactly at 3 and check your room or you are out of luck for the night. In addition to the MGM pool, the Signature has 3 private pools.

Loved it! I love the fact that the location is off of the Las Vegas Strip. I love the fact that the front desk and concierge are customer service oriented. The rooms make you feel like it is your own personal condominium. A suite retreat getaway! Fabulous. CAB :)

No self park but valet ends up being more convenient and cheaper. Accomadating when I needed to stay an extra night. Very convenient having one of the hottest nightclub so close by. Room has it's own kitchen area when we dont want to go out to eat.

Be very careful booking reservations. We booked through our group rate for an event in November and the price has changed 3x in the past week even though we have a confirmation from our original reservation ($294.81) then they said it was no longer available and gave us a smaller room at a discounted price ($185) but then when I asked for new confirmation the price was different again ($225). Then once again when they sent me the cancellation and the price was different on that ($240). How hard is this?!?!?!

Pros....clean rooms, good location, easy access to the MGM
Cons.....our room had hot water maybe 30% of the time. We called and no one called back that day so we just went with it. Only a small cafe is open, the Starbucks is closed. You are NOT part of the MGM so you are not currently allowed at the MGM pool complex unless you reserve a spot.
The pools at the signature are okay but small and lots of inappropriate behavior the day we were there.
Lots of pot smoking around and in this facility.

Stayed here for a night. Great place when traveling with family or want to stay away from the casino crowds/smoke. Has a walkway to MGM (need a key card to enter signature from MGM) which makes it convenient especially in the Vegas heat.
Did not use any amenities so cannot comment on those. Check in and out was pretty quick.

Stayed with our son in July of 2015. The room had kitchenette and they brought up dishes and other items when requested with little waiting. We also requested extra towels throughout and had no issues. One star is deducted because I didn t like the location since it required a lot of walking to get onto strip- but short walk to MGM Grand and it s restaurants and casinos.

The structure is located near the strip and is ideal if you want to stay in tranquility far but not too far from the frenzy of the strip. We stayed in a suite on the tenth floor of the central tower. At the entrance of the hotel complex you are greeted by a gate where very polite staff will give you information about your booking. We were directed to the central tower and we had valet parking included, so when we arrived at the entrance of the machine tower was taken over by the local staff. After a quick check in we headed to the suite which was really spacious: entrance area, huge bed, full kitchen, huge TV, living area with table and sofa, terrace and bathroom with separate toilet, shower and whirlpool bath (jacuzzi) for two places. Nothing was missing in the room. In the elevator areas of some floors there are vending machines for drinks and food: there is a plate with the plans indicated.
To reach the strip, simply follow the signs and walk down the corridor to the MGM and from there exit onto the strip.
The very positive thing is that the hotel is NOT equipped with a casino, so there is no classic endless coming of people and above all no one smokes inside.
Highly recommended, especially for families

Valet parking only which means you will have to wait in the morning when everyone is checking out. The lobby and the building looked nice from the outside but goes downhill fast once you enter the room. The room was spacious but not cleaned well if cleaned at all. Our sheets had body hairs all over and the bathroom floor was dirty and dusty. The mattress is old and you can feel every single one of the spring. Will not be back and will not recommend.

My wife and I loved this place. Room was nicely equipped with a kitchenette. It was nice to have a fridge, cook top and all the dishes. Perfect for families.

Note that the room isn't serviced every day but they left plenty of towels for the two of us.

The private pool at the Signature wasn't busy and it's away from the hustle and bustle next door. That being said, the aquatic park at the MGM Grand (access is included) was outstanding (albeit a bit busy at times.)

Short walk to the strip along Harmon or take the moving walkway and cut through the MGM. Buy a transit pass ($8 for 24 hours of unlimited travel) and ride the strip or go back and forth to Fremont Street in old Las Vegas.

We would most definitely stay again.

This hotel is fabulous. Our room was huge. Everything you could need. The pools are lovely. Easy walk in air conditioning to casino , pools , shops and food. You don t really need to leave the MGM property. The bed is ultra comfortable and the pillows and bedding are ridiculously soft. The valet are on top of their game and have your vehicle quickly. I highly recommend getting a room with a balcony. For the sunset/sunrise plus the views from the strip are amazing. I enjoyed the entire visit. I actually only have one complaint about my entire experience and that was the young man that was working the pool bar....he refused to smile even after he was jokingly asked to. He was absolutely miserable and it was not a nice attitude to be around when you are on vacation. But that s it. This place was awesome

Not worth the stay, they don t have little shops like other hotels do, it s just a normal nice hotel but when parking gets full you have to park a block away even with a bus that s takes you back from the main mgm hotel you might deal with the headache of wondering where the pickup location might be. I d rather stay at a motel 6.

I recently stayed here on a girls trip. We had a balcony one bedroom suite on the 11th floor, a corner suite actually. LOVED. I have stayed at a LOT of hotels on the strip, including the MGM Grand. When searching for reasonably priced, but nice hotels -- Signature popped up and I am so glad I booked here.

They have separate entrances depending on which of the three towers you are in. You are not walking through the casino or the smoke which is a win. The staff from the valet, to the bellman, to the front desk were amazing. We also had housekeeping and room service staff interaction and I was so incredibly impressed with just how awesome everyone was.

Room was well decorated, clean and spacious. Sleep quality outstanding.

Sure, it is a hike to get to the casino or out on the strip but it was worth it. I still get comp offers for casino hotels on the strip but my next trip I will likely stay here again... I was that happy.

Unreal. Rooms were fantastic, casino was massive and available. Biggest issue was the fact that the resort didn't have cots, which didn't make sense as every resort I have been to has had them. Otherwise had a great time

Room was exceptionally clean! Location was so convenient to airport, like 5 mins from door to door which was great considering our 2 am arrival. Checking in was a breeze and it was very quiet downstairs and on guest floors which showed it was an upscale property. The private toilet was an awesome memory to have to speed up our dressing process. Every detail was perfect! Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Well this is my first time to Vegas and the MGM blew my mind this place is enormous. I think we were only about halfway up in the hotel but the view was awesome. The walk from the hotel to the casino floor was kind of long but worth it. All in all I had a blast and would definitely return one day. No complaints about anything on my trip MGM thumbs up

I love this resort. The staff is very attentive and it is a short walk to the mgm grand. It is our first choice when we are visiting Vegas. The rooms are big and beautiful and with the addition of topgolf it is a great place to stay.

Great hotel!! I loved that it was so quiet, yet a hallway from the lobby led us into the action of the mall and casino. We were upgraded to a penthouse suite and it was lovely. Will definitely stay again!

We booked an AirBnB room at the Signature Towers at the MGM for our 8 day trip to Vegas (Yes, I know, who goes to Vegas for 8 whole days?!). A friend and I checked in on a Friday night at about 12am and it was super easy. The front desk was very nice and courteous - we were able to leave two keys at the desk for our two friends arriving the next morning. This way, we could sleep in without having to go downstairs to get them!

Since we had booked via AirBnB, we didn't have maid service, so I can't comment on that. The room itself was very nice - I think we were in a deluxe suite? There was a small kitchenette, a large bathroom, one king bed, a pull-out couch bed, and lots of drawers and closet space. It was definitely big enough for the four of us without feeling like we were living on top of each other.

Checkout was a breeze and we were able to leave our bags with bell services, which was really helpful since our flights were not until almost 10pm that night.

I absolutely loved the location of the Signature Towers! It was about a 10-15 minute walk from the main Strip area, which is really nothing if you're a New Yorker who's used to walking! It made accessing the Strip super easy and it was also really close to a huge Walgreens. I liked that we were still kind of on the Strip without the hustle and bustle of the Strip.

I'd definitely stay at the Signature Towers again if I'm ever in Vegas again. Highly recommended!

Awful Awful Awful! It took the hotel 2 hours and 45 minutes to check us into the first room. When we went to the first room it reeked of cigarette smoke and the room was filthy! We went to 5 rooms in total and all the rooms were dirty! When we finally settled into the last room the whole process took almost 6 hours! Unacceptable! The hotel is understaffed and poorly trained! The rooms had shaving cream, broken glass and bubble gum on the floor, Contact lenses in the sink, Pubic hair in the sink and on the toilet bowl, nail polish on the curtains and to top it all off a filthy oven with food in it! The shower drain didn't drain, The towels were stained with makeup, and the television in the master bedroom didn't work! The Valet lost my car and it took them almost an hour to recover it. When I called the bell desk to send up a luggage cart they told me it would take 45 minutes to an hour. The entire facility is suppose to be a smoke free environment yet people were smoking by the pools and the valet stand throughout the course of our stay. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with any hotel! The Hotel couldn't pay me to stay there!

Our flight arrived at 9:30am, and after stopping for some drinks/groceries, we were in the hotel lobby around 11:30. There was a minor mixup about rooms with the check in, but it was eventually sorted and we were able to get into our room early which was great.

We had a great corner One bedroom suite on the 32nd floor. The view looked out at the airport on the one side, but the bedroom window looked towards the backside of the east strip which was nice. The room was very spacious, comfy bed, nice bathroom, very elegant.

Tower 3 was a bit of a haul with the limited amenities in it's tower, but if you were coming off the strip you were able to get cabs into the tower quickly. Nice change from the hustle and bustle of casino hotels. Will likely try them again.

Everthing was great, except for our noisy neighbors one night. One quick call to the front desk had the problem taken care of. They sent someone in seconds to get those late night partiers to take it someplace else

It's was good, but when we ordered our groceries, the MGM would not sign for it, so It made everything a bit more frustrating, and more of a wait for the delivery man, but the pool was very nice and there was a very convenient starbucks right in the 2nd tower of the 3.

Good hotel with a good price-performance ratio as long as you do not touch the PET bottles in the room. The bottles stand like a welcome gift on the dresser. No indication that they cost extra or how much. We took them on the drive through the desert and were charged $ 9 per bottle (1 liter). (That's almost 10% of the room rate) Actually a bargain considering that half a liter in Starbucks in the hotel lobby costs $ 6 !!!
I think this is "modern waylaying" or outrageous. That's why only 3 points.

Large property a short (7-10 min) walk from the strip. Attached to the MGM Grand. No gambling within the Signature property. Large, comfortable rooms with kitchenette (call housekeeping to get dishes). Three pools. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay - both were handled promptly. If you want to be near the strip but want a quieter location the Signature is perfect.

All the benefits of being at the MGM Grand without the foot traffic, smoke, and commotion. The Signature feels like a secluded gem of a place to stay, but it was easy to walk to anywhere up or down the Strip. Room felt luxurious and accommodated our family of four with no problem.
