Friendly staff and big rooms. The location itself is quite far from the strip. They also share casinos with MGM and that itself is another 10/15 minute walk. If you do stay here, try and stay in Tower One because it is closer! (or at MGM itself instead). The rooms seem a little dated but overall a good stay.

The suites here a remarkable. You get your own kitchenette (virtually unheard of in the other Strip hotels) and each tower (there are 3) has its own pool. If I wasn't on a mission to stay at every hotel on the Strip, I'd certainly keep coming back here.

This was our first time staying here and we loved it. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with the full kitchen and living room. It was a little tight but was very nice and clean. Since we only spent time in the room at night we didn't even need a ton of space. We had a corner suite overlooking the strip which was great.
The best part was the great service here. At some hotels you have to call down to the valet ahead of time or you end up waiting forever to get your car...but here they were so fast! We have a service dog and I couldn't even walk her to the potty spot and back before the car was ready. The dog spot was also super clean, gated (for tower 3...tower 2 was an open area but was even bigger), and was so easy to get to.
When we were packing to leave we called for a bell cart. They came immediately! I mean, we weren't even done packing and they were at the door. They are so helpful and friendly here. We loved our stay and the people at the Signature!

Attended the Signature at MGM Grand for an event but was staying at the MGM Grand. Very nice accommodations. Very long walk to get to it though as it is at the far side of the casino, around the main pool, past the convention center and then down a very long hallway. The moving walk ways do help though.

I loved the whole room , but the service was not quite good it took them hours and three phone calls to receive the cookware I had requested. the next day there was an infestation of ants our suite so we called and no one came up to see the problem or to even try to get us a new room. The next day the ant infestation was even worse, the person with me was covered when she woke up and was bit by several ants and no one accommodated the issue. A report was made and it has been a whole month since the incident and I haven't heard from anyone yet. I emailed the hotel and no response. I just wished they could have at least changed our room and made us feel more comfortable, or maybe even an apology from management.

We got a room through a VRBO. The rooms are very nice, big with a nice view even without the balcony. The front desk staff was very helpful, as were the valets. It was more than I'm used to spending for lodging, but I don't think it was unreasonable for a stay at the MGM on President's Day weekend. With the king size bed and the sofa bed, I could have packed a few other people in the room and made it much more financially manageable

Terrible! Rude and unfriendly counter staff in Towers 2 & 3, friends given two rooms instead of the one which they had booked then forced to pay for two, others who booked MGM Grand checked in after late evening flight to find their room was double-booked. Allocated another room and upon entering found it occupied by sleeping couple! Annoyingly, no crockery or utensils in rooms and those requested continued to be removed and not replaced. Pick your act up guys n gals! Not worth the price you charge!

This is a excellent hotel but very pricey. This is a 4.8 star hotel and the only down fall is it has cheap toilet paper. I dont know about anybody else but if I'm paying almost $800 for a 5 night stay plus $35 aday resort fee I would like to have more then a 2ply toilet paper. I'm just saying. Our suite had a refrigerator that didnt get cold and it didn't have a temperature control knob so all of our beverages were room temperature..

It's not on the strip bit the rooms are great. Spacious and we'll layed out. Multi room entrance allows for those with 2 rooms to have one entrance to both room. Staff is nice and friendly and clean.

We have stayed at MGM Signature twice. Our first experience was great. Although not the most conveniently located, it was very good.
Our 2nd stay was a bit disappointing. We paid extra for some VIP perks, but received none. We did end up getting some of our stay refunded. We probably won't be returning.

Horrible horrible customer service! They threw my friends family on the streets after they complained that the room they were getting was not what they signed up for! DO NOT stay here there is much better places in Vegas especially if you are traveling with a larger party that would like multiple rooms and the possibility of connected rooms

Enjoyed staying here for several days, comped. Be sure to be polite and tip whoever checks you in, to get a high floor, highest floor before penthouses is floor 28, 30th is the top. Not too far from the casino but it's a nice walk, there are some airport style walkers to help once you get close. Enjoyed the jacuzzi tub, separate enclosed shower, and enclosed toilet with a door. The fridge is nice, along with the stove top cooker, juicer, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy my stay here and will be coming back again next year for the wsop.

Stayed here for 3 nights. They had excellent housekeeping, complementary valet, and access to the MGM Grand. Smoking is not permitted here so this could be a good hotel if you're bringing the kids along. Overall a great hotel.

There are a few great things about this location, No Smoking in any of the rooms or building at all!, Clean Clean Clean, Great friendly staff. However, there really wasn't any food options of any significance at the hotel, the pool has very dim lighting at night, and the room was rather small for the price.

You'd think a hotel of this scale would have proper staff for all three towers, my tower, 3 not only had no staff, but the "service room" across the hall, wreaked off weed right across from our door. The nearest casino, smells of cigarettes, horrendously. I believe the connected MGM grand.
On a positive note, roomservice was great Clean rooms.

Absolutely awful. Paid in advance including all hidden charges. Clarified with Airpads call centre (after 30 minutes!) that first name of guest on room could be altered without incurring charges 2 weeks in advance of stay. Altered name and was charged full room rate for 3 nights!!! Emailed airpads - no customer service, no response

Going downhill. I have been staying at the Signature for the last 8 years for each time I come for the annual veterinary meeting. I have always loved the large rooms with views and the amenities. Noticed this year appear to be scrimping on everything.
Complimentary water, only 300ml! And twice they forgot it.
Had to ask for robes. (Another tip required ) The next day they took it away.
Full kitchenette. No plates, glasses knives and forks. Had to request them. $tip. But they provided nothing to wash or dry them. Another special request. Got some dishwasher powder. But no dish towel. You shouldn't have to continually follow up on these things. You get tired of having to ask. I expect more.
They used to have lovely soaps and body wash. Now very plain.
Next year I will be looking elsewhere.

This is our fifth time here as we appreciate the proximity to the Strip without the vending machines and crowds of visitors.
The rooms are pleasantly furnished, the bathroom is wonderfully large with a large shower, whirlpool bath and two sinks. The small mini kitchen is functional and can be used reasonably.
The staff are all very nice and in our opinion very service minded. We absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews.

The Signature Hotel was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It was more like an apartment than a hotel room. Despite being off the strip, it was very luxurious, clean, spacious, and aesthetically pleasing. The price was excellent for what we got with our room. We had a massive jacuzzi tub in our room, two separate bathrooms, full kitchen, a tv that comes out of a desk, and a great balcony with excellent views. The staff were friendly and the hotel was located well.

We booked the one bedroom balcony suite, it was amazing! Large jacuzzi tub, full kitchen (oven, microwave, full size fridge, freezer, kitchen sink), two bathrooms, one with standalone shower in the living room and the other with bathtub and shower which is nice when you have friends wanting to meet up and wait/get ready with you but you don t necessarily want them going through your bedroom whenever they need to use the bathroom. Customer service is excellent, you have to ask for a kitchen dish set if you want it, had I known that I would have said so at check in because I didn t want to wait in my room for it the rest of the time.
The only reason it gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think for a suite it should have at least had a corkscrew/bottle opener ready in the kitchen (luckily I have one on my keychain but it s Vegas! Surely it should be expected that a room with a fridge will need a bottle opener or wine key!) , and about two more towels per bathroom. I don t usually count the towels as soon as I walk in so to have two towels between two people and one with very long hair was not the most convenient thing to discover right after a shower. The body lotion could also have had a less distinctly masculine scent, I usually bring my own but forgot this time so it was nice to have but felt like it smelt a bit manly.
The lady checking my in was very nice, no hiccups and she was very polite and informative, it was a quick and easy process I got to check in right after I walked in (mid-late October isn t the busiest time but still).
Valet only, which is fine with me as I never needed to wait long, helpful staff, prompt service, quick to get my bags up to the room after check in. I think it s a great deal for what you get, especially that whirlpool bathtub and kitchen.

Very accommodating, valet parking makes life easy, and they have all the amenities you need. Can get very busy down stairs for valet parking but that's expected in Las Vegas. Overall great experience.

We got in about 5pm and tried to check in, but they said our room wasn't ready and needed to be cleaned. Ended up waiting just over an hour and a half. Nothing was offered to offset this inconvenience. Otherwise the stay was fine.

Rooms have staind carpets and when I pulled out the hidabed there was all kinds of stuff under it. My family and I went out on the strip early to catch the shows and when we got back around 2 pm we could not get into pool because of wait list on the hottest day of the year so far. They have three pools one 21 and over and two for families. I understand covid is going on and things are not normal but with that being said they know this and have failed to address the issue that this causes. So they won't open the third pool because they say they are under staffed but have six people working in the tower two pool and only need two life guards. They are not asking people without kids to use the tower one pool for people 21 and over to make space for families. Nore are they setting time limits for the pool so that more people can have a chance to swim. This is a plain case of poor management and no fault if the employees that are doing there best while taking the brunt of the anger. I am very disappointed and will not be returning to this resort!

Made a reservation 4 months in advance and still waiting to check in after two hours... Carpet is being cleaned and waiting for it to dry?! It's 9:30 at night and you knew I was coming!!!
