Forced Valet of the our car. Because of this there was damage done to it. No one said a word about it and the damage wasn't seen since it was on the underside of the left passenger side. The refuse to take Ownership of the damages they cause. So if staying here do a walk around your car and make them note if there is no damages. Because they will cover it up.

really happy with my stay. was able to mobile check in with ease. When I got to my room unfortunately had not been cleaned. Not only did they resolve the situation immediately, but they also upgraded me to a one bedroom suite at no charge. Customer service was top notch and the room was great! Good pricing for an easy walk to the strip. The MGM connecting walkway is definitely a little haul. The moving walkways make it much better, and it's still better than walking on the street. Overall I was extremely satisfied.

Definitely 4-star accommodations! My family and I stayed at the Signature at MGM for Christmas vacation. Our stay was delightful with only one exception...valet. Not sure if they were understaffed or no but it would take 30-60 mins just get your car. Aside from that, the hotel was amazing. The hotel is very secure from the grounds entry and throughout. This is a non-gaming establishment so it definitely met our needs for peace and quiet. Signature offers a full menu for room service. Each time our meals were delivered ahead of the time promised, prepared perfectly with proper utensils. Our room 621 was on the 28th floor of Tower 1 with a balcony with a wonderful view. The MGM Grand casino is only maybe a 10-15min indoor walk. Miracle Mile Mall @ Planet Hollywood is just across the street too .
On-site at the Signature Tower 1 is a full-service Starbucks with a nice lounge across the hall. The 900 sqft one bedroom suite was very modern, cozy and inviting. The king size bed was comfortable with appropriate bedding. This room even included a full kitchen and two bathrooms, a plus. We really enjoyed our stay. Check out the pics. You'll love it.

The Signature at the MGM Grand is a really nice hotel. Although they provide dishes and cooking pots and utensils, we had to go out to buy dish soap and dish towels. Otherwise, the suites are really nice. The room service menu is great. Love this place.

This is the MGM signature and not the grand. Overall, the location can be easily spotted. I would consider this the back side of MGM grand on koval street if you get lost finding the signature location (like I did). We had a suite and for the price, it was great. We had connected rooms with a balcony and a living room separate from the main bedrooms. No electronic malfunctions or antiquated equipment. Bathroom has a double sink, shower, and a private toilet. Great view and experience. Will book this place again when I come back.

Exceptional view on the second floor, very large room with balcony. Appreciable swimming pool (come out except school holidays) and access to the complexes of swimming pools of MGM and more. Everything was perfect!

Very clean, smoke free hotel (part of MGM) and close to the strip. Easy and quick check in and check out process. Great customer service from all of the staff.

Our room was ready early which was awesome! Lovely room with mini fridge, stove, large Jacuzzi tub. We really enjoyed our stay and close proximity to the strip. I would highly recommend staying here!

We used Airbnb to find a room here at a discounted price in tower 2. This is a really nice place quiet lobby, little through-traffic, access to all MGM pools, and exclusive signature-only pools. We were able to use the kitchenette to save on breakfast.
It was nice to be able to get away from the Las Vegas stimulation for a little bit. Connects indoors to MGM Grand.

My go to place in Las Vegas. Why? The rooms are gorgeous and huge, yet you pay a fraction of the cost compared to everywhere else on the strip. There is no casino and you feel like you are living in a resort, rather than a garish gambling joint. Pool area is great, and you have direct access to the MGM next door. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time on the gaudiness of the strip. This is the place to be.

Penthouse suite booked from brbo. Privately owned so your on your own...and I mean all alone. They wouldn't even sell us a packet of coffee. Had to walk to the corner store for that. No motorcycle parking. Was told to park in the MGM garage (nice 20 minute walk there and back each day) if you need them to call you a cab they handle that great. 10 channels on the TV so that's great entertainment

We stayed at the MGM Signature in Tower 3. It was a great experience. We were upgraded to a strip view balcony for only $20 more. Rooms were beautiful, clean, modern and spacious. Included a refrigerator, stove top, microwave, cabinets, jetted tub, closet, dresser, TV in the bathroom and so much more. We would definitely stay there again. The MGM was connected to each tower by hallways and only about a 10 min walk to the MGM Grand casino. I would recommend bringing a lot of water bottles because the hotel charges $5 a bottle.

We visit Vegas frequently and usually only stay at MLife properties. This is one of our favorites. Good price, good quality, clean and spacious rooms. The balconies are a huge plus. Although it's technically "off" the strip, it's really not a bad walk. Most of the walk from the signature to the mgm has moving walkways. Once you're at the MGM you're in the mix of everything, and you can also catch a ride on the monorail to hit other parts of the strip. Room service is great and customer service has always been wonderful.

Had a wonderful stay last week at The Signature MGM. My husband and I were able to check in earlier than we anticipated and David was extremely welcoming and helpful during the check in process. He even upgraded our room from the 14th to the 34th floor. We stayed in Tower 1.

Our room was large, much larger than most Vegas hotel rooms, and had a king bed, a couch with a pull out bed, a desk and chairs, and a small kitchenette with an empty fridge, coffee pot, cooktop, and microwave. The bedside clock had cords to plug in different types of devices. Our bathroom was large with a huge shower (excellent water pressure) a whirlpool tub, dual sinks, and a separate water closet. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The balcony was the best part. We had a strip view and enjoyed sitting out with a drink after we returned to the room every night. I did experience a little vertigo being up that high, but the walls of the balcony are high and sturdy enough I didn't feel unsafe.

Each tower has their own pool, which is nice, or you can use the large pool at MGM. I enjoyed the private pool. It was for 21 and older and was salt water. We rented a day bed and enjoyed it for several hours one day. My only disappointment was the drink service was incredibly slow. I ordered a refill on a frozen drink and it took 30 minutes before I every saw our waitress again and we never did get our free fruit tray. The pool was not busy. One other couple rented a cabana and I only saw her attend to them twice. I was there from open at 8am until around 2 or 3, so I expected to see her a bit more. I ended up going to the bar myself for drink refills. I did get a very nice tan though.

We ate breakfast at DeLights twice and that was very very good. I will eat there again.

Tower 1 was an easy walk to MGM casino. I think we timed it about 5 minutes.

One final note, I went to the small "gift shop" in the lobby for some bandaids after I poorly chose to wear heels up and down the strip. It was $6 for a package of ten bandaids. I chose to spend it at CVS across the street.

Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will stay there again.

Currently there is one pool open 8a - 6p which is the family pool. The hot tub is closed. The food and beverage window and poolside service is suspended. Masks are "strongly recommended" and provided. Masks are mandatory if one is getting into an elevator with another person who's not in their party. Laundry is open. The welcome letter in our room stated the salon and spa is open, but I have not gone there. Front desk said the lazy river at MGM is supposed to open Friday June 12.

Love this place. The signature allows use of all of the MGM Grand's facilities. The signature also has small kitchenettes that allow you to save from eating every meal out and the staff is beyond helpful. We will be back.

Booked a one bedroom suite, front desk lied and gave me a credit for $150 because they said they had no more high rooms. Turns out they did not have one bedrooms left because they over booked. Manger was rude and no help. I paid way more for the difference in room categories. Very unethical and had to find a new hotel during New Years.

Housekeeping was great, front desk was okay. I was unaware of the gym in other Towers until check out. Valet could have been better no assistance when loading luggage into vehicle, we did receive help taking bags to the car not placing them in the car. Overall stay experience is a B.
