This was our first stay at the MGM Signature Grand, but not in Vegas. There was Good & Not so good. Wait to Check In/Check Out/Ask a question can take some time, as not many people are at desk at any given time. (Not unusual) Very "loud" perfumed smell is always present in the Lobby. We thought that it was a customer at first; but the scent must be piped in. Our room was beautiful. We loved the "separation" of the bedroom area to the Living Room space. Comfortable bed. Nice size bathroom. Plates and cups were in our little kitchenette area, but NO SILVERWARE. You have to call down and ask for it to be sent up. We had to ask at least three times. Room was not always cleaned in a timely manner. Only 1 of the 2 pools was open and it closed WAY too early for Vegas. May stay again. But with so many other hotel options....

This place was awesome! The views were great. The room was nice and clean. I booked this through AirBnB, so my experience may be different. It was very spacious and a lot of room for storage as well. I was told there would be dishes, pots and pans in the apartment. It may have been because of COVID. But they were not there. I had no intention of cooking, so that was not a big deal. If this is important to you, I would advise checking with your host or the property to make sure the items are there when you arrive. The safe did not work and there was no hair dryer. Again, these were not things that bothered me, but I m sure the hotel will make sure these things are taken care of for you. I did not find any USB ports at first. But the clock is an iHome with 2 ports and wireless charging. It s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the MGM Grand. And you are right there by the tram station. I will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous suite! A little off the strip but a $5 Lyft ride will get you just about anywhere on the strip. Especially loved the bathroom in the suite with the large enclosed glass shower and giant jacuzzi tub! Great spot to relax after a crazy Vegas night.

Just checked in. So far so good. On the 17th floor. The view is pretty bland (at least during the daytime) The room has 1 bed and one pull out bed. Microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, 40" flat screen, closet with a safe, good size bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. Carpet and curtains are out dated. There is a security booth with a security officer that you have to stop at and verify who you are before you can enter. After granted entry through the giant security gate you will drop your vehicle off to the valet and go inside and check in. So that gives a sense of security. (Without a reservation or already being registered you will not be able to make it past the security gate.)

This hotel was everything I expected it to be. It's right in the center of every thing. The staff was exceptional and our rooms were very clean. We got conjoing suits and I loved the layout. Very spacious. Check in was easy and they even offer late check out!

The best place to stay. The hotel rooms don t smell like cigarettes and the staff are super nice. We showed up early and were able to leave our luggage while we went to eat on the strip.

Worst hotel ive stayed at..

Worst hotel ive stayed at..
Im just going to fill everyone in, since peoples reviews dont describe the bs.
1. You have to valet the car... no big deal, but no offer for bellhop, cant make trips to and from your car.. and on the card it says not responsible for lost or damaged items... its like then let us park our own cars.. so that sucked not having access to my car and i couldnt leave stuff in it affraid it will get messed with.
2. Checking in...
We got an employee discount from my friend. I thought omg this is the cheapest rates ever score! In all my years of going to Vegas this was one of the cheaper rates... SILLY ME TO HAVE THOUGHT THAT.
Now i paid around 150 for a balcony king suite. 2 nights sat and sun.. ONLINE IT SAID 100$SECURITY DEPOSIT... AND 37$ RESORT FEE.
ok totally fine with that. Thats around what every other hotel is priced around. They said maybe some tax might be added on but i rounded up anyway so i was set.
Total at checking in not what i paid online was 370....
They charged 200$ for security deposit and around 90$ for resort fee/taxes... so total was around 500-520... couldve stayed at a wayyy better hotel for that..

This was a fast birthday trip for me... and literally took almost all my extra money and i wont be seeing the 200$ for 5 to 10 buisness days.
Oh and the thing they offered since they took all my money was i could charge food to the room and they would take it out of the 200... now why in the world do i want to give them anymore of my money...

3. NOT on the strip... 10to 15 min walk just to get to the strip...

4. ONLY NICE PART OF THE HOTEL WAS THE JACUZZI BATH AND BALCONY... Minus the no smoking off the balcony.
But its ok. I wont be returning to any mgm named hotel. I know they own a bunch of hotels... but no mgm, no park, and esp no signature... hope this helps with whoever reads this, so you can have fun and be prepared for them to steal your money.
Venetian!!!! Best hotel by far that ive stayed in. And they dont nickel and dime you, and you can park your own car for free.

Nice hotel with no casino but very modern and clean. Guest service is not that great. Asked for 4 pairs of house slippers, guest services told us that we can only have the amount for how many guests are staying and no more. Other hotels provided as many as we needed without question.

Walking from the main street is a distance. It is connected with MGM Grand by indoor passage. There is a security guard at the gate of the hotel, and pedestrians are as strict as they need a room card key.
The room is cleaned properly. The staff is English only. If you arrive early, you can leave the suitcase with Bell Boy. After arriving in the room, you will be able to bring it to you by phone, so don't forget the ticket for when you left the luggage. There is a cleaning service but there is no coin laundry. Wifi is available at sufficient speed. Because the quality of body soap, shampoo and rinse is good, Japanese people can be satisfied even if they do not have it. There are many towels.
Just be careful how to open the room key and the door. After hitting the card key, turn the handle at an angle and wait for the rattling sound to push the door. Need some tips. In the middle of the night, receptions are consolidated in Tower 2. The staff is 2 people.

I have stayed here twice now and this will always be my first choice. The towers are separate from the casinos so it's not smokie or loud. Amazing views from the pent house and spacious rooms. If you want to join the fun, you do not even have to go outside. It's connected to the MGM. Thank you signature for a wonderful time and your consideration while I celebrate many special occasions!

I stayed in the pent house it was clean, nice, their bottles of water were 9 bucks and I thought they would have robes maybe fruit or chocolate something special. They didnt just coffee. Nice room great view don't expect extra specialtys.

The Signature at MGM Grand was one of the best hotel I've stayed. The front desk attendant, David, was very professional in a non-stuck up way. The room came furnished with a 2-burner, a fridge, coffee machine, a jacuzzi tub, a shower, a water closet, a TV, a desk, a king bed, and a sofa. Oh yeah, 2 sinks in the bathroom and another in the living space. Its location is perfect, just a little removed from the Strip for some peace and quiet. Because the hotel used to be a condo complex, it's a gated hotel. On the main floor, there's a Starbucks and another dining option. If/when I go back to Vegas, this is the first place I'm going to look at.

excellent hotel, great spacious rooms and no casino at the ground floor, that by itself is a recommendation in Vegas. Rooms at the airport side might by a little noisy due to presence of wetrepublic

Even better rooms than those at MGM GRand. Nice to be able to stay in a hotel with better rooms and still be able to use the entire MGM grand structure normally.
They say the walk to get to Signature is long. LIE! it's super quiet. in less than 15 min you will go from your room to the strip, walking inside MGM GRand. it's super quiet and there are those airport moving walkways on the way.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, doesn't feel overcrowded like many other hotels on/near the strip. Parking is included with hotel room which is a great perk, and the property is guarded and gated (They also have condominium rooms at the other 2 towers)

The comfort of having a full kitchen allowed us to spend a really wonderful December 31
The independence that this type of hotel gives is very good. Friendly and efficient Spanish-speaking staff. You just have to know how to locate between the 3 Towers that make up the complex.

It is nice and quiet away from casino. The room is comfy and clean. It's good that they have private pool and 24hrs fitness center. Only one issue is that strong wind often makes whizzing sound, especially on the high floor. It disturbs a good night sleep.

I always love staying here. Prices are pretty reasonable. Rooms are spacious. And you are just far enough from the strip that you don't get all the normal hustle and bustle. But close enough that you still get the Vegas feel. It's connected to the MGM Grand. Which means you also have access to Wet Republic and Top Golf directly from the hotel.

My friends & I stayed for a bucks trip in August 2017. We had a joint double room, booked through AirBnB. We were very pleased with the hotel s facilities and the pool party!

It is about a 15 minute walk to the Strip though so bear that in mind. Overall very pleased.

Come here if you only care about the room and not the service.

If you call housekeeping, be prepared to be on hold for 5-10 mins, because all their "representatives are busy assisted other callers". When you finally get through and are able to request those towels, be ready to wait for at least an hour for those to be delivered. On multiple occasions we just hung up after waiting to long.

The room has a kitchenette which is completely empty ... basically nothing that you expect to go with a kitchenette. You need to specifically order your pots and plates using the above mentioned housekeeping number.... EVERY SINGLE DAY, because the room cleaning will take everything away and not replace it.

We were two families who wanted to stay next to each other. One arrive sooner and they promised that they would block the next room for the second family. When the second family arrived a couple of hours later, they had already pawned the second room to someone else. They then found us 2 rooms in a completely different tower and the family that had already unpacked had to pack everything again and move.

It would appear that they count on people not staying in the same hotel twice in Vegas.

While checking out, no one even customarily asked about the stay. No online surveys sent about the experience after check out.

Rooms are nice, but if you need a shower cap or want to do a late check out... GOOD LUCK.

2 stars are for the view from the 33rd floor. Other pros, complimentary valet parking.

The room is nice. However, (1) front desk personnel: no greeting, no smile, no thank you . (2) the kitchen in the room has no utensils no cookware. (3) the bathroom has no hair dryer. Bad experience.

I am totally spoiled now! My husband booked the Signature at MGM Grand as a surprise for me. Now that we've stayed here, I don't want to stay anywhere else! It's kinda pricey, in my opinion, but sooo worth it. The one bedroom suites have a balcony, off the living room, to sit and enjoy a drink while watching the sun go down. And, with a full kitchen, with stove, oven, microwave, lots of cupboards, nice sized refrigerator, and a dishwasher, I sometimes like to stay in and cook a romantic meal. There are even 2 bathrooms in each suite. I feel so relaxed and refreshed after a bath in their jetted tub. As you can tell, staying at The Signature at MGM Grand, makes for a wonderful vacation!
