Boyfriend booked the room. I didn't know what to expect but the whole experience was amazing. The room was so nice with a microwave, refrigerator and mini stove! I didn't know about the rooms amenities but it was a great plus. The walkway to the monorail station was not too far either which was great with the three automated walkway provided on the way to and back to our tower. Only downside was our rooms ice machine was down and so was another when we visited another floor until we tried the third time! Kinda dorky of us going in and out of elevators on PJs on different floors. Overall the VIPish treatment was really nice for a solid deal that he got through his m life player emails

Worst Hotel Service ever!!!

Worst Hotel Service ever!!!
Room stunk smoke smell. Called down asked for two pillows for pull out sofa and after 1 hour and 20 minutes nothing. I called back 4 times while waiting and a different room service staff answered the phone every call. They have 4 people working the phone but no one to deliver the pillows. Stay away this place is horiable.

I like this place as it is just a little off the strip. It is connected to the MGM Grand through a walkway. It is a little bit if a walk though. Tower 1 has a Starbucks and Lounge. Complimentary valet parking is available. It is a non smoking and non gaming property. Each tower has a pool.

The rooms are huge and you can use all the MGM infrastructure. There is no breakfast included in the price and it takes about a 10min walk to the strip, even going inside the hotel.

Very nice hotel, and great staff. I was in the first tower, on the 37th floor with a view of the strip, and recommend it very much. I love the fact that it's a smoke free hotel with no casino, so I can sleep well at night with no distractions. The mgm grand is only about 5 min walk and the strip is another 5 mins or so.

The location was great. Convenient for walking the strip. Plenty of activities and food spots within the hotel. There is a crowd and only half the elevators worked, so that was a hassle. I received an email letting me know when my room was ready for check in. I checked in and about 30 minutes later housekeeping came into my room before I could answer them, even with a do not disturb sign. The buffet that was included was acceptable for it being free, I wouldn't have paid the price for it. It was bland and limited.

We enjoyed the stay. Rooms are clean and quiet.
The only downside is that the lazy river at the MGM pool is not open every day. So we were able to enjoy it only once. Room service is also not as good as expected as the food is not freshly made.

We stay at the signature every summer. It's like a home away from home. The one bedroom suite is perfect for families it has a full kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The view from the high floor balcony is the best. The pools are nice and clean and you have access to the MGM pools as well, which has a lazy river. I wish they had umbrellas to help shield out the blazing 100 + degree sun. But they have removed those you only get shade if you purchase a cabana or daybed. I particularly love that their is no casino in the hotel and the entrances are locked so you dont have unnecessary traffic. There is easy access to the MGM hotel which has a food court. All in all we love our stays at the signature. I didnt give it a 5star because of some changes that were made since we've began coming here.

The hotel would be very nice but they are not keeping it up properly. I stayed in Tower 2 in the UPPER PENTHOUSE ON FLOOR 38, SMH, not at all impressed. Furniture stained, and broken, bathroom toilet paper dispenser broken, couldn't get the stove to heat boiling water for boiled eggs. Its really and lovely set up, and I'd stay there again if they upgrade and renovate.

We stayed at The Signature 3-4 times. Our last stay there was over Thanksgiving. Our suite on the 15 th floor of Tower 2 was relative good value for money. The cost for 3 nights was $684 ( including resort fees and taxes).

Things to do to for families with toddlers:
Stroll over to the MGM Grand on the moving walkways
Take the Monorail. There is a stop at the MGM Grand.
Splash in the whirlpool in the hotel suite room.
Visit the Discovery Museum for Children.
Eat out in the Chinatown part of LV. All you can eat Korean BBQ is only one of many affordable options.
Shop at Miracle Mile. Its across the street on Harmon Ave.
Go to the M and M Museum on the strip.
Eat at Shake Shack.
Hang out at Fremont Street and people watch.
Make new friends everywhere.

There seem to be multiple Google map entries for the hotel buildings at the 145 E Harmon Ave location.

We have been guests here multiple times and we now know that all 3 towers belong to the same hotel complex. They are named Tower 1,2 and 3 respectively. Tower 1,2 and 3 are connected through an enclosed walkway. The walkway takes the guests to the MGM Grand.

Valet parking was unavailable when we arrived, so after waiting in a 10+minute line to be told so, we drove to the MGM to park and walk with our luggage to our room in tower 3. Only tower 2 was available for check-in, but we were not notified. I checked in through the app with 'mobile check in', but still had to wait in line with everyone else checking in to receive a room key so what was the point ?
Rooms were adequately cleaned but had no hand sanitizer or antibacterial soap which is unfortunate in these post-covid times.
Pools closed at 6pm even with evening temperatures above 100 and they were full or at capacity by 11am. Not worth the trip.

My brother and I stayed here in September. We treated ourselves after a very long month helping family.
The experince was top knotch!. We were treated with respect and honesty and the staff were all lovely across the board!
We are planing to come back, someday as we felt so safe there. The accomadation was stunning and the service amazing.
The only thing I will say is they charge quite a lot for mobility aides which would have been helpful. And I wish the mgm grand had a non smoking casino room!
But honestly... incredible.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We got the 29th floor with a balcony and really enjoyed the views during the day and nights as well. The customer service was awesome everywhere we went. There was plenty to do and see here. We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub and got some bath bombs from the store between here and the MGM. The towels and bed sheets in the room were clean and didn't have any issues with the room. Overall, everything was clean and very friendly. We will certainly stay here again. Thank you signature!!!

Awful in all possible ways. Taxis are literally at the furthest point from The Signature. You have to walk a long tunnel to the pool area. Then you have to pass the attractions, then you have to pass the food court, then you have to pass the casino, then you have to pass the check in then finally your there. The drop off and what should be the pick up the pick up area from your suite lobby is like a 20 step exit. Also there is a one car limit the other car has to park in the other end which is equally far as the taxi. So to add more disgrace to this higher end stay our toilet broke and flooded the whole restroom. They had no "night manager" in Vegas because you know Vegas goes to bed at night. So their handling of this issue was disgusting. While they clean it their house broke and made the mess even worse. Oh and they ran out of towels don't ask me how a hotel ran out of towels. This was just at awful experience and it's location is equally awful.

The room is great and comfortable. But valet parking only!!!!! I was living at tower one, have to walk to tower two to get my car!!!!! They said there was no one until 9 o clock, come on it is 24 hours 5 stars hotel at las vagus, you tell me no one can pick up my car? I have to walk to tower two with all my belongings? This is unacceptable.

So far our stay hasn t been very nice. It s not that bad, but when you are staying at a nicer hotel you expect certain things the little things. That s what makes a nice hotel better than the next and gives you the ok to spend the extra money. When we pulled up they watched me struggle with 3 suitcases and offered no help, there was no line at the front desk but I was told to use this machine to check in and the machine was broke. While I was trying to use the machine a line formed and then I had to wait behind all them, I asked about dry cleaning they said there were bags in the closet and there wasn t then I call back and was just put on hold. I walked down there and they say they can t have it done in time, and when I checked in they asked for a card for incidentals I gave them one and they went a head and charged my other card anyway. If you are going here for a nice hotel stay you won t find the service you have come to expect from nice hotels

Aful check in that took 1 hr as they had lost our prepaid room. When we got to the room it wasn't the one we had booked. No jacuzzi nor king size bed. Went down in the reception to get the right room. Staff replied rather blaming that EVERY More

Enjoyed my stay at The Signature behind the MGM Grand. The staff is very polite, they open the door for me each time I come and go, and the hotel/residence is very nice. If you are looking for something without a casino attached yet just a stone's throw from the strip, this is your place. It's a bit more quiet and much less rowdy than other places. The Lounge bar is nice and quaint. The room is very clean and I had a Penthouse view of the strip. Enjoyed my stay!

It's a bit tucked away, off the strip but that makes for a quieter atmosphere. The suite looks great and comes with a stove top and oven but no pots and pans of any kind. There are no glassware, silverware, or plates (which seems odd). Overall though it's a nice suite and would recommend.

Virtually nonexistent customer service. Filthy room, broken jacuzzi, filthy hair dryer, advertised 50" TV with premium channels, got 32" with over the air channels. No housekeeping in a 2 week stay. Can't say I'd ever recommend this place to anyone or ever come back.

This is one of the best hotels i stayed in vegas. We booked a dellux King room and got a room at 31st floor. The room was huge! The bed was super comfy, had large jacuzzi with additional shower cabinet. Twin basins. There was a hot plate nice kitchen microwave. It was well furnished.

The Signature is a secluded hotel that is on the back of the MGM Grand, it is the only hotel that still offers free valet for its occupants. FYI, its one car per room booked. They have 3 main towers, tower 1 is closest to MGM grand, and Tower 2, is the main one that stays open after Tower 1& 3 are close late at night. The service is great, and concierge is super friendly. I booked the 1 bedroom balcony suite, which is about 900 sq feet. It has two bathrooms, one that is connected to the main room, and a second bathroom that is in the living room. Although it only has one bedroom, the sofa does open up and become a sofa bed if your significant other snores too loudly or makes you mad. As a guest at the Signature, you can also use the lazy pool at MGM Grand, which is amazing and comparable to the lazy pool at the water parks. It is about a 10 minute walk to MGM Grand if you are in a gambling mood. They also have a food court that is decent. I would recommend this hotel to all future guests to sin city.

I m still here right now! We ve been here for 5 days and we came for my wife s birthday which is a day after Christmas. The staff is so nice and helpful. They say hello to you every time you pass them like a resort. They offer suggestions for restaurants and shows. The place is immaculate. The beds are very comfortable, we use the fitness center everyday and it has EVERYTHING. Finally, the in room whirlpool is a great finish to a tough workout. I m here until Friday and I m so glad we spent Christmas here. They made us feel at home! MGM, you have outdone all of my expectations. I WILL BE BACK!!

This is a great hotel. I loved it. It's huge and you can get lost in here. So many restaurants and slot mechines and a big gym. The staff is really awesome helpful welcoming and minded their own business. Valet parking. A hot tub in the room. A big swimming pool. A big shower room. Everything worked. A Cali king bed. Everything was clean. Nice fully stocked kitchen in the room. Decently priced. I'd go again the next time I visit Vegas. Thank you!

Vegas is not my top choice destination but when I do go we usually stay at the MGM Signature Towers. Since they are a non-smoking, non-gambling property it is a nice retreat from the "standard" atmosphere of Vegas. Now with the tram connecting the entire strip this is the perfect base for a Vegas trip. My only issue is that when we booked with an outside vendor the staff seemed to go out of their way to draw attention to the fact that we underpaid for a stay at their property; seemed unnecessary.

This place is large, expensive and comprehensive. There's so much to do here alone that you may not be able to do all you want over a weekend. All staff have been accommodating, friendly and helpful as well.

Beautiful hotel and room. Stayed in Tower 1 in a one bedroom with a balcony with great views.

The room had a two sinks, separate shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also had a full kitchen, but you must request all pots, pan, plates, etc.

Easy access to the MGM pools and lazy river. The long hallways have an escalator.

There is no self-park, you must valet your vehicle. Unlike other hotels here is also no self-service luggage cart. You must either bell service or carry/roll your luggage. We will bring our foldable wagon next time.

Charged $499.99 because they found cigarettes on balcony when room service came to the room. They even took pictures to justify. Pic was a couple cigarettes in a cup. We didn t smoke in the Room!!!! Don t let them do room service. They will try to look for a way to screw you! My god what if they find a pack of yours in the room, what would the charge be?

Love this property. We have stayed here five times and each time we have had zero problems. Quiet property not far from the Strip. However, because of the location walking out to the strip and back is longer than it seems. I would recommend a car service to and from the property. Great rooms comfortable beds and excellent customer service.

The rooms have fridges and and cooktops. The one bedrooms have full fridge and cooktop the studios are bar fridges and 2 burner tops. Buy cheap water and keep it ice cold in the room.

Very nice room (got an upgrade for extra $20). Apartment with 2 bathrooms and a great view. Different experience as it doesn t have Vegas vibe. Disappointed to have waited almost 3 hours to check in after a long flight

If you want to spend thousands of dollars and still be treated extremely rude and never get your issues handled. If you do not mind blatant flat out lies told to you and absolutely do nothing to resolve a problem then this place is for you. Management is an absolute joke and never did or came through with anything they promised. This is one of the greedy companies of all time with no respect to customers.

Booked a last minute stay here and at Venetian with my wife. We did not know much about The Signature, but saw it had good reviews, seemed reasonably priced, and was close to the strip. There are 3 buildings which were behind a gated area right next to Top golf. Check-in was seemless. Lobby was nice, clean, smelled of flowers. Room was great. We actually preferred it to the Venetian. Very comfortable beds, had a small kitchenette with a fridge. Bathrooms were big. One negative was the water was not the scalding temperature that we liked. A positive we didn't know about was that it was connected via tunnel to MGM Grand which was very convenient- so in a way it kind of is on the strip... Would recommend/stay here again
