Beautiful facility, clean, comfortable beds, modern rooms, and nice staff.

First time using AirBnB, and we were lucky enough to get a penthouse suite in Tower 1 of The Signature! The pictures on the AirBnB ad said they didn't do it justice, and that was an under-exaggeration! This place is phenomenal!! From the kind and helpful staff, to the luxurious rooms, comfortable bed, massive jetted tub, to the breathtaking views... this place is heavenly! I love it as a respite from the hustle and bustle on the city streets, I love it for feeling so lavishly extravagant, and I love everything about taking in the city lights from the Luxor to the Wynn! This is fabulous, and I would definitely try to book here again when we return for our next Vegas Vacation!

Fantastic suites right off the strip. Spacious rooms with full kitchen and deep jet tub.

I went to Signature for a delivery. I am working for a vendor of theirs. The staff is very nice and helpful.

The hotel used to be condominiums so the rooms are spacious and beautiful. My particular room had a jacuzzi in it which was a nice surprise. It can be a long walk, though, to get to the main building of the MGM Grand.

We stayed here at the Signature for one night in Vegas. We opted to stay on the 36th floor and had fantastic views of the strip. Definitely worth the extra money to stay on a high floor. Our room was very spacious and clean, comfortable bed with a balcony and great views. The bathroom was very clean and open and we enjoyed the Jacuzzi tub. All the staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. We had a late flight and they held our luggage so we can walk around the strip after checking out. When it was time to head for the airport, the bellman was really helpful in quickly getting our luggage and summoning a cab. There's a walkway that connects to MGM Grand for gambling, restaurants and access to the strip. Overall, had a really nice stay and would consider staying here again.

This place if fantastic. I'm having a lot of fun. Great place to spend my spring break.

The location is at the south end of the strip with connection by bridge to New York New York and others. The rooms are spacious and clean, with superb room service. Everything at the strip is within walking distance.

First time I've spent a decent amount of money on a room in Vegas and it is Def worth it

Pros:The room is bigger then a typical vegas strip room. Nice bathroom with jacuzzi tub. The biggest reason we stayed is it is a no smoking property. Cons: You do have to walk a bit to get to the strip. Some furniture shows it's age.

Nice rooms in a quiet space with no arcade machines at the entrance of the hotel.

Valet parking complimentary, comfy beds, nice bathroom with spa tub, all for a relatively cheap price.

My sister and I stayed in September for the last Mayweather fight. We initially booked a suite but when checking in were given a standard room. I called the front dest after getting to the room and was immediately moved to a suite. Upon entering and walking through realized that the guest bathroom had a backed up toilet and a huge moth in the shower. Went out on the balcony and noticed a plastic cup in the corner filled with cigarette butts. We stayed for 4 days and had housekeeping everyday. The cup was never removed. Honestly we didn't spend any time on the balcony so it didn't bother us. A week after checking out I noticed a $300 charge to my account from the hotel. After inquiring was advised that the charge was for smoking in a non smoking room. I spoke with a manager and explained the fact that neither my sister or I smoked and that the cup was there when we checked in. I was advised to contact my bank because she couldn't reverse the charge because of the time lapse but there would be a full investigation. Well.....I just received a letter from my bank with an attachment from the Signature Hotel stating that they had photos of the ashtray that was left in the room and that they had to have the room deep cleaned to remove the smoke smell. So my bank will not be reimbursing the $300 dollars. I called and spoke with a very RUDE hotel manager by the name of Amid who in so many words told me that I was lying about not smoking in the room. I am a flight attendant for the largest airline in the world for 17yrs now. I have stayed at 5 star hotels as well as 3 star hotels and NEVER have I been treated so badly. I WOULD NOT recommend this hotel and if you decide to stay do a thorough check and report ANY and EVERYTHING you find and trust me there will be a list because in all honesty they consider themselves a 4 star hotel but if you sit in your room and REALLY look around there are A LOT of BANDAIDS.

We booked this place via bringfido as we needed a pet friendly room. When we arrived there were probably 5 or 6 people waiting to check in. There was only one associate working the desk which lead to an extremely long wait time. Once we mad it to the desk to check in, we verified the room for us was pet friendly and were told pets are not allowed. This caused some concern as it was after 9pm and we had no back up. Ultimately, it was not the Signatures fault and we were able to book another hotel.

The room included a full kitchen. The 3 towers contain 2 gyms, which include good machines for both aerobics and strength training and which are open 24/7. The staff was friendly and helpful. In these 30-story buildings, the elevators ran fast and required little waiting-time. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

This was my first stay at this hotel but definitely not Las Vegas, but definitely the last time I will stay here at The Signatures at MGM. The service at the concierge and valet was great but the room was so extremely dirty including food on floor from previous people, things we needed, blow dryer, etc... missing out of room, lock on balcony door broke, and rail on balcony dangerously loose. We informed front desk but they seemed not to care. I took pictures but have been unable to load them, it was not worth what we paid. We both were sick the whole time from the filth of the room. Beware of this hotel.

A great hotel to stay at and an excellent experience, make sure you ask for a high floor.

Our stay here was amazing! It is just back away from the strip that you don't have people who aren't staying in your hotel there but has a hallway that takes you to the MGM Grand. They have valet parking for their guests that way you don't have to worry about finding a place to park your vehicle for your stay. This is a full service hotel so they do a lot of stuff for you. My husband and I stayed in a penthouse suite. It was a perfect place for someone like me to stay...I have lots of allergies and there is a full kitchen that I was able to cook all my food. The bathroom was very nice and had a jet tub that seats two. We enjoyed our stay here immensely!

Nice, quiet hotel with fancy comfortable rooms. Close to the strip, but it doesnt feel like it. Its calm and peaceful. Great views from the room, clean, awesome bathrooms.

It is very expensive for what it is. They do not provide anything other than shampoo and soap, there is no hair dryer in the bathroom, no bathrobe or slippers. The dining room is about 15 minutes walk from the hall, sooo far. The bed is very bad and uncomfortable. I do not recommend at all

This hotel is amazing! It's separate from the casino, so it's a bit quieter and cleaner, which makes it a wonderful stay.

Excellent amenities and room service food and presentation is impressive. Gated entrance on a lot of property. Set up like an efficient apartment suite, I always look forward to and enjoy my stays there. Great vacation spot

I absolutely loved this hotel! We had an amazing room, very clean and comfortable, with a balcony and view of all the Vegas lights. The staff was wonderful and knowledgeable. Loved the room service! I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great rooms, friendly staff and best of all it's not a casino! Not many food options near by (have to walk to the MGM Grand or the strip) but it's worth it because you don't have to walk through a smokey casion to get to your room like everywhere else. I will definitely stay here next time I have to come back to Las Vegas.

Excellent rooms and great room service. Only issue is the long walk too and from the casino, (we were in tower 3) but that is not picking.

The stay here was great, our room had a kitchen with a full sized fridge, it was very nice to have. The view was great, and the service was wonderful.

Great family place to stay quiet rooms and great staff

Really nice rooms, with all the things needed for a long stay. The fridge, and stove allowed us to feel at home, while we could still walk right into the MGM to feel like we were on vacation. Definitely recommend.

The MGM Signature was amazing! They upgraded our suite to a penthouse suite for free because we just got married that day. It even overlooked the Strip! Great place and reasonable rate!

Very nice air bnb we rented here... Off the strip but walking distance due to being connected to MGM. Staff was Awesome but best of all owner Demi was great!

Location is excellent and it's nice to stay at a hotel without a loud casino. The room was fine - a little bigger than normal in the market. LSI was not on property which meant there was no early check in or post stay receipt.

Timeshare suites, connected via indoor moving walkway to the MGM Grand. Short, 5 min walk to the main MGM pool and restaurants. Room was not in line with the rennovated modern rooms at the MGM but not terrible either. Suites have balconies but no outdoor furniture. Upcharge for resort fee (normal) but also charged extra for high floors (24+) wouldn't pay this again because the view is nothing special.

With all the choices in Vegas, would not stay here again

If you are fine with not directly on the strip, this hotel has large and comfy rooms.

When you come to Vegas you expect HIGH QUALITY right ? We this was BEYOND. HORRIBLE! My boyfriend has asthma and the shower has a lot of mole and was giving him chest pain. PS THEY DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE F$@%# STAR!

Close to the strip without the craziness of being directly on the strip. All the conveniences of staying at the MGM Grand.

Love this hotel, had a blast at the Lobby Bar-serve great drinks. Wish the smoke was better ventilated and for that reason I tend to gamble elsewhere. MGM Signature is nice and smoke free.

The rooms and consierge staff are amazing. I highly recommend staying here.

Stayed at THE SIGNATURE AT MGM GRAND 2 nights Sep 23rd to 25th 19. When I left the facility and was about an hour away noticed I was missing $1,000 from my $5,000 I had in my luggage at all times (yes my mistake not using the safe) but who knew someone would go through my personal belongings INSIDE MY LUGGAGE instead of only clean my room. Called and filed a claim, 10 days of investigation later THE SIGNATURE AT MGM GRAND refused my claim saying they believe the housekeeper and it was my word against , NOW THEY ARE CALLING ME LIAR!!! Be careful with your belongings!!!! Your money!!! I never in a thousand years thought they would search through my luggage for valuables. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WORST!

Stayed in Tower 2 on the top (38th floor) floor and the view was brilliant...not too far to walk to 'The Strip' really enjoyed Las Vegas and the staff in the building were very pleasant. The room was large with a great shower and large Jacuzzi bath.
Close to the airport so really convenient if you arrive on a late night flight.

Wonderful location with great facilities. Just need to remember to ask for plates etc from the concierge if you need them for your stay.

I wish I could give this place a lower than one star! It was overpriced bullcrap! Also, even though that the hotel says No Smoking , there were people smoking weed in the room next to us, the stench came through the vents to our room and created a horrible smell! Will NEVER be back!

We booked this hotel beginning of July. We send them an email already to reserve a parking space for our RV camper. No response. We also send them an email to check how we can receive a courier sending from the Netherlands. No response. When we arrived we were first told we can park the RV and than we were rejected and sent to park really far away at a location that will probably have our vehicle in danger. There can be a break in. There are other vehicles our size or even bigger parked at the location of Signature Grand MGM. For some reason we were not allowed to park although we paid 400$ for 2 nights. They didn t even have the courtesy to cover our expenses for the parking. This was supposed to be a nice luxury celebration of our anniversary but it turned into hell. I have been to many hotels in Europe, USA, Africa and Canada. Golden member of Accor hotels. Haven t experienced such a bad treatment. Especially the tone of the valet parking manager was very humiliating.
