My daughter and I were overnight guests, and stayed in a king suite on the 14th floor. The vallet, bellhops, and front desk attendants were friendly, patient, and attentive. I received a text message upon arrival from my own personal concierge. The room was clean, mini bar fully stocked, and the view was nice as well. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

Worst service ever! Except for the door man he was so nice.. The receptionist guy didnt bother to check the connected room and told us to wait until the other day! He lied and said that 2 suites connect to each other so we had to pay extra if we wanted. the second day we asked the lady at the reception about the room and she said it was available and gave it to us without paying anything..the room service took about an hour for every order even when it was for just boiling water!

Service was great the bartenders were great! The bartenders were very comfortable, friendly, and professional. The drinks were excellent and the history behind the drinks by Rebecca was great entertainment!!.

Exceptional experience! From the impressive golden hall, to the attentive service, the big rooms, the swimming pool on the roof right it front of the last level of the nearby church, the live music, everything was great. A bit pricey and old fashioned but worth staying in the meeting hotel at least once! We stayed for our honeymoon and got an awesome surprise present.

I couldn't have enjoyed my stay here any more than I did. Located just across Canal street from the French Quarter, the hotel gives easy access to everything I love about New Orleans -- it was walking distance to Frenchman street, right off the streetcar line to the garden district, and easy walking to the best restaurants in the warehouse district.

The hotel itself has clean spacious well appointed rooms, the bed is extremely comfortable. I loved the rooftop pool with outdoor bar and views of the very cool church next door. But you stay at the Roosevelt for its history. The missing Huey Long safe, the sazerac bar (where the ramos gin fizz is a thing of beauty) and the countless jazz musicians who played in the basement.

There may be more modern hotels in New Orleans, but who needs 'em.

An incredibly beautiful facility and even more so when decorated for Christmas. We sat in the bar and enjoyed cocktails while a really good musician serenaded the crowd with piano Christmas songs. Delightful.

The staff took care of all our needs. We ordered room service a couple of ti.es and the food was hot and tasty. They even provided us with umbrellas when it was raining and we were going after food. The hotel has several restaurants on site and each has it's own unique style.

Visited the Sazerac Bar. Eric made us excellent drinks, and with flair. No food options at the Sazerac, but drinks are served with complimentary bar snacks. I'm never disappointed with the bar staff's service, and will be back for a visit if I find myself in New Orleans again.

Always a fantastic place to stay or visit. The Christmas decorations are always a must to go see. Everything about this hotel is well done. I like the location for being a touch away from the french quarter as it is much quieter and just a short walk to anything even with being on the other side of Canal St. Worth the price to stay at this great place.

I did not stay here. I have been here twice before to go to the bar. I love this hotel so much. It's beautiful inside and out. I hope to get a stay in one day soon.

Beautifully decorated lobby. It's so elegant and classy. It's located on my favorite New Orleans street, Royal. I enjoy there area a lot. I will update my review when I get to actually stay here.

I struggled with not giving a 5 star because overall everything was simply amazing. Two issues stopped me from giving a perfect rating and the more I think about it only one ruined it for me. We had an issue with our tub not properly draining while taking a shower but that again was minor. The real issue was during check out a few minutes ago. Kevin at the Concierge desk was sarcastic and rude with me. I found his remarks to be very condescending. After the remarks he directed us over to the receptionist who s name was Erica. She represented The Roosevelt well. Will Kevin sarcasm stop me from coming back? No I don t think it will, however, this needed to be told. Being a business owner myself I want and need to hear what stops my business from being the best in the public eye.

I wish I could give 0 star to this hotel. Worst service ever for the valet service. The girl at register was talking as if she was working at some low grade place. We paid $2000 for 2 nights and this service we get in return. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL.

This hotel is a step back into a glamorous time. Grand lobby and nicely appropriated rooms. Delicious restaurants on site and very accommodating staff! The spa is very clean and calming. Great people watching too!

Beautiful place, but not sure it is worth the money. I have stayed at similar places for lower rates. Watch for pick pocket professionals in the French Quarter. My phone and atm card were stolen.

I loved this hotel!! We had such a pleasant stay. Every staff member we encountered was extremely nice and went out of their way for us. The room was very spacious and the beds were really comfortable. The bathroom was huge (for a hotel) and also had a shelving unit that made it so much easier to keep all my toiletries together and not have it on the vanity/sink area. If we go back I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very elegant and I recommend it.
