Had a couples massage. Facilities are nice, and staff friendly and accommodating. Masseuse that I had was great, my wife wasnt too pleased with her masseuse. But overall was a nice experience.

The Ritz was very nice but there were a few items. The outlet by my bed had to be repaired, the phone didn't work, then did.

The valet service always took 20 minutes at least as they kept forgetting to get our car. The room was nothing special for how much it was, it even had stains on it.

Great views. The beach club is a great perk. Almost private beach with amazing views and a tiki hut restaurant/bar on the beach. The pool is nice too but what won my heart was the hospitality of the staff. Can't wait to go back. It was a last minute booking so I couldn't book a nice room but the staff was generous enough to upgrade me to a corner room on the highest floor with an amazing view.

Excellent time there for my son's 29th Birthday John Davies ll, also a supervisor for the Marriott. Our waiter was professional and extremely kind

Hope Home Inspections did an inspection of one of the units. This was a well kept one and it had a great view.

Great hotel especially for an event. Staff is very accommodating and helpful. Bartenders are awesome especially Amber. Great housekeeping staff.

The service was great. My only critique would be the lack of a view pin the rooms

Plan to be pampered by all of the extremely attentive staff. A flute of champagne greeted us at check-in, very nice touch.

This place was everything from the employees, service down to the food. Great place to stay

First and foremost outstanding hospitality from the moment you drive up. Joe the lead bellman is truly an exemplary employee/person. He cares about his guests and shows through his professionalism. The front desk staff as well were great from check in to check out. You are treated as VIP throughout your entire stay. My family was extremely pleased when we enjoyed the Beach Club as well. All around from room cleanliness, club level staff/food, pool attendants, ETC...We have stayed at many Ritz locations and by far the Sarasota location is at the very top of the list. Location is good, staff is great. Food is ok, but the major issue is that the room walls must be made of cardboard. It looks very nice, but you can literally hear the elevator ding all the way down the hall, and every conversation and toilet flush and phone buzz as you walk through the hall...and it goes on all night.

My husband and I got married there 16 years ago and we spend a weekend there on our anniversary every year the service,staff and amenities are equaled by none! They recognize us and treat us like a loved family. I have friends from Texas coming this Labor Day weekend and I would not consider putting them up anywhere else! I know that staying there will make their visit more memorable. Barbara Sanders

Upon arrival, we were offered s glass of champagne during registration!
Enjoyed a few cocktails at Jack Dusty outdoor lounge area. Helen was our server and she was utterly delightful (and very helpful). The sheer presentation on the Smoked Painkiller and on the Smoking Jacket made them well worth the price. Snacks/apps were available that included pretty much what you would expect for bar snacks/apps. But a full dinner menu was available. There is a raw bar included in the bar snacks.
The view of the grounds and the water are beautiful; and the lounge area, at night, has a firepit which makes the experience even more enjoyable.
Thus far, our visit has been flawless! We'd love to come back again.
