The Ritz-Carlton Residences at L.A. LIVE Review

Nice rooms, conveniently located near sites, public transportation, and restaurants. Club room service is excellent.

I wish everyone would realize that the residences are not the hotel!! Rate the hotel where that rating belongs please. With that said, the views, staff, neighborhood, and neighbors are all enviable. Truly a total package and an exquisite sample of pure luxury.

My stay was very short but I've enjoyed it pretty much. The employees were really nice and the service was excellent. The pool is nice for a quick morning swim on the rooftops of Los Angeles. The hotel by itself is located literally in the middle of Los Angeles. Right in front of the hotel there is the Staples Center where every day is a concert which ones can enjoy. It's really worth a visit!

I was quite blown away by the service during my stay (late November). I admit this is the first time staying at a Ritz, so perhaps it's the norm, but even though I never requested anything obscene, the staff went above and beyond. At check in I was informed that I had been upgraded to the King Executive Suite which in itself is just crazy. I took advantage of the lounge, where Nathan and Jasmin were overly kind and professional. After a long day they helped me feel at home. I really do hope to stay again when I visit the city in the future.
